Alex left the Card dimension, making his way back to Earth and returning to Pond City. He entered the maglev and took up a seat in a cabin of the train.

As the train quietly whizzed pa.s.sed the various landscapes, Alex closed his eyes to rest. However, he soon found something poking his chin. He had already sensed what the disturbance was using his Energy Affinity and so didn't panic and simply ignored the poking and went into sleep. A few minutes pa.s.sed by.

"Mama, mama, look his cheek is like playdoh." A small girl had climbed onto the seat beside Alex and pinched his cheek out.

The girl's mother got embarra.s.sed. "Little Lan, don't make mischief!" The mother said as she tried to grab the child and bring her on her lap, opposite to Alex.

"No!" The child cried and continued to hold onto Alex's cheek as she was taken away, waking Alex up from his shallow sleep. He opened his eyes to see a little girl sitting on the lap of a woman opposite him, continuing to pinch his cheek.

The little girl saw that the boy whose cheek she was holding woke up, and quickly released her hands. "Hehehe."

Alex had a weird smile on his face. "Little girl, what is your name?" He laughed and pinched the girl's cheek.

"Mama, this boy is bullying me. Call the FBI!" The girl called Little Lan yelled loudly. When Alex heard that, his face developed a purple color, several of the other people who were looking at the scene coughed at the little girl's dialogue and the mother wanted to die of embarra.s.sment.

Alex shook his head. "Little girl, who taught you to be so naughty?" Little Lan smirked at Alex and then took out a toy to play. It was a toy similar to the rubix cube.

Alex did not disturb the child and was about to go back to sleep, when a group of people suddenly entered the cabin. They were youth, who seemed to be in university or school, and wore handsome clothes and appeared to be rich.

"Are any of you card users?" One of those youth yelled out with rage in their voice.

The shout chilled the hearts of the other people who had occupied seats in this cabin. The youths looked around. "So none of you schmucks are card users. Get out out of this cabin, me and my friends want to use the cabin. Card Users privilege."

The other people in the cabin were all ordinary folks who at best had formed a card, but didn't know anything about the world of cards. They knew the privilege that those in the Card World had, and did not dare disobey this young man.

Little Lan was shocked by the sudden shouting of this youth and got scared. When he asked everyone to get out, she started crying in fear.

Alex saw the little girl cry and felt uneasy in his heart. He sighed. "There is no rule saying this cabin is only for Card Users."

"If I am telling you to get out, you get out. Do you dare disobey a person from in the card world? With a flick of my finger I can kill you all." The youth scorned.

The child Little Lan got even more scared. Alex had a cold look on his face. "I won't move, nor will I let you move anyone else. There are empty seats in other cabins, go look for them."

The youth looked at Alex as if he were looking at a fool. "Do you think you are a righteous one? We are Card Users. We have special ident.i.ties, special privileges. If you disobey me, prepare to get a good thras.h.i.+ng!"

Alex got up quietly and walked in front of the group of youths. Along the way he patted the head of Little Lan, to make her stop crying.

"I'd like to see you try." Alex nodded to the youth.

The youth smiled as he activated a card and his hand suddenly had a fireball appear in his hand. He looked at Alex, expecting to see fear. "Leave this cabin, or else, prepare to burn." However, before he could turn his vision away from the growing fireball in his hand to look at Alex and enjoy the fear in his face, he felt a terrifying slap hit his cheek.

A crazy vibration flowed through his face as his left side entirely swelled up and dozens of teeth spilled out of his mouth. He was immediately put out of commission.

The others in the youth group were shocked and hatred filled their face. "How dare you? You dared to actually hit a student of Star University?" One of the guys called the security services. "A man attacked my star university student!" The youth then quickly tried to tend to the unconscious friend of theirs.

The train was halted and soon several members of the special department had circled the cabin and immediately appeared.

They saw the scene of the student from star university, lying unconscious with a terrifying swollen face.

The leader of the investigative group quickly looked at Alex who seemed to be attracting hate from the other students and fear from the pa.s.sengers, but when he saw Alex, his face cooled down.

"Wasn't this that crazy student who helped defeat the Scarlet Tide school attack?" The leader remembered partic.i.p.ating in that crazy mission some months back.

He wasn initially going to act aggressively but calmed his voice and asked. "What happened here?"

"He attacked and almost killed a student of star university! Arrest him!" One of the students attacked.

Alex shrugged. "This group of people were planning to blow up the train using their cards amd threatening ordinary civilians. I simply slapped him."
