The h.e.l.lfire Sword Style was different than other styles. It required the user to master the Absolute h.e.l.lfire technique to imbue his sword with h.e.l.lfire. At the pinnacle of the style, it could melt anything in its path. Tais.h.i.+ Dan was afraid that the h.e.l.lfire would recoil when he tried to advance to the Energy Shaping Realm. The only way to prevent it was by using the Thousand Years Absolute Zero Ice.

Tais.h.i.+ Dan drew his Magical Weapon, the Flaming Unicorn Sword, from his back and imbued it with his energy. Flames began to spark around the sword.

“I’ll let you witness the true power of the h.e.l.lfire Sword Style!” Tais.h.i.+ Dan roared and raised his sword.

Flames gathered around his sword and formed a huge sword projection, longer than 30 feet and bursting with heat as if it was trying to burn down everything in its path.

Warriors that were in the Spirit Cultivating Realm could feel the air being sucked away from them by the flames as they found their breathing becoming harder and faster. Most of it was due to them being trained in ice-related Cultivation Method, which made it harder for them to withstand the flames.

The Absolute h.e.l.lfire definitely lived up to its name.

“The h.e.l.lfire Sword!” Tais.h.i.+ Dan roared as he noticed Ye Mo was staring at the sword with a worried expression. He grinned and focused all of his Flame Energy into the Flaming Unicorn Sword.

To everyone’s surprise, four other sword projections formed above Tais.h.i.+ Dan’s head.

Five h.e.l.lfire Blades floated in mid-air as if five suns were s.h.i.+ning down on them.

“What power! So this is the h.e.l.lfire Sword Style! He could even manifest five h.e.l.lfire Swords! The attack could destroy our whole palace!”

“He definitely lives up to his name of being one of the disciples who got a free pa.s.s into the Qingyun Alliance.”

Everyone began to shake under the intense heat from the five swords.

“Let’s see how you defend against this!” Tais.h.i.+ Dan shouted and brought his sword down, and with that, one of h.e.l.lfire Swords swung down, leaving an intense heat trail behind.

“Your technique sure is powerful!” Ye Mo said as he raised the Sky Blood Spear above his head and tried to block the attack.

Boom!

As soon as the first sword hit Ye Mo’s spear, they engulfed Ye Mo in flames.

“There’s four more!” Tais.h.i.+ Dan focused all of his energy and brought the other four h.e.l.lfire Swords down, striking Ye Mo one by one.

The palace’s floor began to crack under the pressure and heat.

Ye Mo was completely engulfed in flames as the h.e.l.lfire burned towards the floor as if it was trying to incinerate the whole palace.

“You see now? This is the infinite power of the Absolute h.e.l.lfire!” Tais.h.i.+ Dan laughed. “Even Energy Shaping Realm warriors wouldn’t dare go head-to-head with it! The flame will definitely burn you to crisp, and when that happens, I’ll throw your remains to the wilderness and feed all those animals roaming out there!”

“So this is the power you’ve been saving up for? It’s powerful, I got to give you that,” Ye Mo said while the h.e.l.lfire was still burning away around him.

Ye Mo was unharmed by the flames, though. He could’ve neutralized the flames if he wanted to but changed his mind after he’d witnessed the raw strength of the Absolute h.e.l.lfire.

Isn’t this a good chance for me to awaken more Dragon Energies? Ye Mo thought.

Suddenly, the h.e.l.lfire was absorbed into Ye Mo’s body at a tremendous speed. The Rising Dragon Pillar took in all the flames as 10 dragons opened their eyes and began to soar in Ye Mo’s Energy Center.

He’d finally awoken a total of 80 Dragon Energies, even though he could only use 70 at once since he was still a Spirit Cultivating Sixth Realm warrior.

The Wood-Element Core began to crack under the flames too. The energy in Ye Mo’s energy center was denser than before. It won’t be long until his next advancement.

Ye Mo opened his eyes as 14 of his Dragon Energies exploded. Ye Mo thrust his palm towards Tais.h.i.+ Dan without giving him any time to react from the shock that his Absolute h.e.l.lfire had disappeared. Tais.h.i.+ Dan could only feel intense pain as he was sent flying by Ye Mo.

Tais.h.i.+ Dan collapsed a few yards away and spat blood onto the floor. It looked like he still hadn’t recovered from the shock.

“Did that guy just walk out unharmed from Tais.h.i.+ Dan’s h.e.l.lfire Swords?”

“How did he absorb the Absolute h.e.l.lfire?”

Tais.h.i.+ Dan’s companions were all shocked by what they had just witnessed too. It was their first time actually seeing Tais.h.i.+ Dan losing by a huge margin.

“The Thousand Years Absolute Zero Ice is mine,” Ye Mo said. “You’ll have to find other ways to advance to the Energy Shaping Realm. Oh, since I’m sparing your life, you better not go and tell the Pleasure Valley that I’m here.”

“This is not the end!” Tais.h.i.+ Dan cursed while he spat up another pool of blood. “We’ll definitely tell our seniors that you’ve hurt us, they’ll definitely come for your head!”

“Whatever!””Ye Mo grinned and took out a badge. “I’m actually a disciple of the Qingyun Alliance too, so even if you did go back and tell the seniors, this is just a brawl between a senior and junior.”

The badge that Ye Mo had taken was the badge that represented the Qingyun Alliance.

The boy in front of them would definitely be one of the key disciples in the alliance.

“So that’s why he refused the marriage offer,” Bing Bing gasped, also looking at the badge.

“You’re one of the disciples who pa.s.sed the entrance test?” Tais.h.i.+ Dan frowned.

“Let’s retreat while we can,” one of Tais.h.i.+ Dan’s companion said. “We’ll have to find another method for your advancement. Now that we know he’s a part of Qingyun Alliance, we will find another way to deal with him in the future.”

Tais.h.i.+ Dan nodded and stood up. All five of them bowed to the Palace Lord and left with angry faces.

The Palace Lord’s laugh echoed throughout the palace as soon as they left. Even the guards were commending Ye Mo’s actions.

“Looks like you still have some secrets up your sleeves,” the Palace Lord laughed.

“It’s just that those five tried to abuse their position to get what they want, they didn’t even show any respect to you. I can’t tolerate anybody like that,” Ye Mo said as the spear in his hand began to vibrate again. The eyes on the spearhead opened as if it was about to rampage again.

“Looks like the Dragon Energies are about to reach their limits in suppressing the spear…” Ye Mo sighed.

“What is that weapon of yours?” the Palace Lord asked curiously. “I can feel a hint of uneasiness even from where I’m sitting at. Is it a Spiritual Weapon?”

“A Spiritual Weapon?” the crowd all gasped in awe.

“Yes, it is a Spiritual Weapon,” Ye Mo replied as he ignored the reactions from the other people. “But I don’t think I can hold its rage any longer. This rage could provide a lot of help during battles but it’s hard to control when I’m not using it. That’s why I need the Thousand Years Absolute Zero Ice to make a sheath and freeze this rage.”
