Given how his luck had been until now, Yang Shen didn't really have much of a hope in obtaining anything special.

After all, the greater one's expectations, the more their disappointment.

With such thoughts, Yang Shen watched the arrow spin with zero expectations almost as if he was fulfilling a formality, and not playing a lucky draw with great rewards available for the taking.

Watching the arrow start slowing down as it approached the part of the wheel where the best rewards were at, Yang Shen desperately pushed down his excitement and maintained an emotionless facade.

Unfortunately, what happened next didn't let him continue behaving as if even the sky falling down couldn't shake him.

And all of this pain was focussed on the side of his neck making Yang Shen afraid that his neck was going to be cut off.

Worst of all, he just couldn't faint!

Nerves stretched thin as they forced their way to the top of his skin and showed how much of a pain he was suffering from, Yang Shen looked bright red as if blood would start flowing out of every pore of his body any second.

Falling headfirst onto the hard floor, Yang Shen couldn't care about what the impact did to him since right now he was feeling as if he was in heaven.

After all, he finally wasn't feeling that uninvited pain anymore.

Ignoring his sweat soaked clothes which made him feel as if he was lying on ice due to the cold night breeze, Yang Shen continued lying on the floor as he panted nonstop.

Muttering under his breath as the stupid alchemy dust lying on the floor flew up and stuck to his face, Yang Shen forced his body to turn around.

Lying on his back now, Yang Shen didn't dare touch the part of his neck which suffered from various tortures until now since he didn't know what was there.

Waiting until he recovered enough strength to move, Yang Shen stood up and looked towards his reflection in the mirror.

Barely making out the new 'thing' on his skin which wasn't there before, Yang Shen was forced to take many deep breaths to calm down.

Did he just bear with so much pain to obtain a stupid tattoo?!

Glaring towards the reflection of a very lifelike looking Chinese dragon on the left side of his neck, Yang Shen almost started doubting if this thing was worth being considered as the Grand Prize.

Luckily, the system showed the details related to it right away and allowed him to calm down.
