As I'm opening the door, I hear two girls voices having a very fun yet loud discussion.

"No way? Daebak?"

"'Hul, he said that?"

I'm pretty sure Irene's badmouthing me to a friend right now.

"He was like 'help! help! someone save me!'"

Yeah, that's definitely about me.

"Seriously, I would have dumped him then and there"

"Haha, but he was really cute fl.u.s.tered though."

That's my girl!

When I enter the living room, I'm greeted by the sight of two girls sitting around the coffee table very comfortably I might add, chomping on various brands of candies and potato chips. The floor is littered with packets. It doesn't worry me though, Irene is a bigger neat freak than you can imagine.

Across from Irene sits a younger girl, or she looks that way. She has milky white skin, with a cuter than most face and her eyes smile when she does. She's much taller than Irene If, I had to guess she would be around 5.7ft or 170cm ish. She really has the Bagel style about her. Baby face + glamorous body = Bagel.

"Baechu. I'm baaack" I say as I enter. "Oh you have company"

The tall 'baby giant' stands up, and greets " Annyeonghaseyo, I'm Choi Jin-ri"

"Nice to meet you, Jin-ri s.h.i.+. I'm Park Dylan, Joohyun has probably told you about me before."

She smiles and nods happily.

After the niceties are out of the way, I turn to Irene, "I thought you'd be worried but here I return to find you pigging out"

She looks at me while making a face that if I had to translate into words it would simply mean 'Say anything else stupid and you're dead'

I close my eyelids blocking out this view and offer a prayer to buddha, finding a little inner piece.

"Guess who I met this morning"

"Who?"

"Lee Soo-man hyung"

"WHAT!" Jin-ri and Irene both exclaim.

"Hyung?"

"Yeah, he said I could call him that" I smile smugly. "I 'spoke' to him about our issue. It's been sorted"

Irene is not convinced, "Just like that?"

"Well he may have needed some persuasion" I motion with my hands together showing the international sign language for money.

"Dylan, I will pay you back! I will work hard" Irene declares

Does she even know how much I just spent? She will have to work hard for 2 lifetimes to pay me back

"Baechu, It was my responsibility too you know. You never owe me anything, I do everything because I want to"

I look into her eyes deeply and once again can't help but marvel at the marvelous beauty of her dark hazel pupils which is reflecting a picture of my face looking back at her.

"Ahem!"

Our little moment is ruined by the 3rd wheel whose been eating silently while enjoying the show.

Irene turns her head quickly and blushes a deep shade of pink.

Turning to Jin-ri, I make a conscious decision to get to know her a little bit. I mean she is Irene's first Seoul friend and all.

"Jin-ri, you also in the Idol program or are you in actress branch?"

She laughs noticing the way, I just suddenly decided to change the flow of the conversation, "I'm in the idol training too. I'm actually planning to debut soon"

"Really? In what group?"

"I don't think I can tell you, It's a company secret" She says

"Oh really now, what if I told you. S.M wouldn't mind you telling me."

"As if. If that's true then I will eat my hat!" She says and points at her baseball cap.

Taking out my phone, I call Yoona who picks up the phone immediately

"Hey Dylan. Don't tell me you miss me already"

"No, I need you to corroborate my story. I'm going to put you on speaker. Okay?"

"Okay"

I click the speaker Icon and the noise of the yoona's surroundings become transferred.

"Yoona! can you hear me?"

"Yes Dylan, loud and clear"

"Ahem, I told you not to call me by my name. Call me by my t.i.tle please"

"No way, once was cringey enough"

Bringing the phone closer, I bring thing phone close and whisper, "Come on just one more time, I'll owe you a favor whenever you need it again."

"Okay, we have a deal" I hear her cheery voice respond.

I signal for Jin-ri to keep quiet and let her speak.

Yoona clears her throat and then says loudly, "Yes, Vice President Park"

Jin-ri and Irene don't fully understand what Yoona means so I ask this time, "Yoona where am I the Vice president?"

"At S.M entertainment sir"

"Thanks Yoona, I owe you one"

"Yes you do! byeeee. I got to go"

And with that she hangs up.

The first to question me, is my lovely little bride-to-be "Dylan, you joined S.M??"

"That's correct my dear. I'm still an actor for DPH but I just got some S.M connections now too"

"Really? How? Why?"

"You gave me the idea you know, this morning you said you don't want to work for a perverted CEO, so how about a perverted President. We can do something really fun in the office" I raise my eyebrows twice in quick succession to tease her.

As a result of my antics a couch-pillow is thrown my way

I turn to Jin-ri, "So about our bet?"

She looks grumpily, "You win, but i'm not going to eat my cap. Merong" (For some context, It's an expression kids use to tease one another. They would hold out their tongue, crumple up their faces and say merong)

Her childish antics are pretty cute, "So what's the group name?"

"F(x)"

"F(x)? EFFECTS!"

For those who don't know, The 'f' in their name stands for flower while the 'x' stands for the mathematical factor that allows infinite possibilities. They are a 5 member girl group under S.M well until a member leaves in 2015. I never really kept up with them. My focus was always elsewhere. I do however remember one girl, I wonder if Jin-ri can let us meet.

"Do you have a stage name yet?" I ask, trying to figure out which of the five Jin-ri is.

"Yeah, it's something my family and friends used to call me when I was little.... Sulli"
