After handing over the house to the 'family' they proceed to have the vacation.

I'm given the task to a.s.sist with their baggage to the vehicle after which I then give greetings and make my way back to the building.

After the cameras and crew have set up. We once more begin filming and Daesung is handed the to do list for this week.

Jaesuk then takes the reigns as the MC and begins reading out loud, "Firstly, Make mola.s.ses. Second, Knit together straw moonhouse and have a bon fire and thirdly, Watch over the house well."

Yoona exclaims in joy. She's really good with her reactions. That's a true pro right there.

Jong-s.h.i.+n, the ever lazy old man, chimes in, "We have to make mola.s.ses?"

"How do you make mola.s.ses?" I can't help but ask.

This causes the eyes of the dumb and dumber duo to light up.

Daesung, taking this opportunity to show off, "You don't know how to make it? hur hur. Hyung, he doesn't know how"

Jaesuk plays along, "Didn't we learn how to make this in kindergarten. Tsk Tsk today's education"

Hyori then shuts the duo up, " So how do you make it?"

They huddle up and after a loud internal meeting, "Hyung, how do you make it?" "I don't know I thought you did" , they decide to give the following statement, "We don't want to spoil the fun, PD-nim why don't you tell them how to?"

Hyori is clearly annoyed and starts kicking them, which is a really funny scene to see two grown men, run from a vicious little chihuahua like female.

After calm is restored Jae-suk begins hosting his MC duties once more, "At this village, in order to usher in an abundant new year, they have a tradition of erecting a tree house, and then burning it"

Jong-s.h.i.+n then adds, "The need firewood and bamboo, to make the house, so we need two teams to go get the firewood and to get the bamboo"

So in order to find the materials for the house first, Jaesuk appoints Yoona to pick the guys to go with her.

She begins to look around, strangely enough we are already separated into two groups. On the left of her is Me, Daesung, Chunhee, Su-ro and Ye-jin while on the other is Jungkook, Hyori, Jaesuk and Jong-s.h.i.+n.

With a little hop she lands in front of our group and make her choice, "These guys right here!"

The guys in our group can't help but get excited and Daesung can't stop himself smiling, "That's perfect!"

I laugh, she didn't even take a full second to decide and Jaesuk them are already bickering now that they are stuck with Hyori.

I honestly don't know why Korean men prefer the cutesy act rather than the mature strong women. Isn't it cuter when someone like Hyori becomes shy and blushes than when someone who does it all the time?

After getting changed into more comfortable clothes for chopping trees. We, Yoona's team, head to the bamboo forest.

Daesung, Chun-hee and Su-ro are having fun pretending to be Yoona's Knights and are being extra cautious. I can't help but join in on the fun.

Seeing Chun-hee and I, walking next to each other, Yoona says, "You guys are really tall"

Su-ro comments, "I don't know about Dylan but Chun-hee's height is useless"

No wonder his called step-mother Su-ro. Chunderalla has it tough.

He continues and asks, "Yoona what's your ideal height for a guy?"

She answers. "I don't really care about height?"

I decide to speak up, "Oh really?"

Yoona looks at me and questions "Why you don't believe me?"

"What if the guy is smaller than taeyeon-ssi?"

She laughs, "Smaller than taeyeon unni? okay okay . But a little taller than me would be nice"

"How about age?" I ask, "older or younger?"

"Uhmmm older"

This causes Daesung and Su-ro to break out in smile, "Hyung, We have hope!"

We officially begin our work to start mowing the bamboo and are each handed handsaw. While the other four are still busy making content I begin to work up a swear.

Rolling up my sleeves I begin warming the wood I cut a bit to prevent it from splintering.

I begin helping the others by teaching them to cut at a 45-degree angle, and by making sure that their saw is sharp enough so the cut is clean and not jagged.

I make my way over to help Yoona who is struggling. from behind, I lean over abd grab her hand and with a quick motion cut through the stalk of the bamboo.

Oblivious to the implications of my actions, I turn to her and say "As a general rule, faster cuts will preserve the structure more. Next time do it just like I showed you"

"Thank you" she says while blus.h.i.+ng a little but I attribute that to the cold and just carry on.

Not one to be outdone, Daesung, starts portraying a Male lead in a romance drama, and ask "Excuse me" and begins brus.h.i.+ng her hair.

I can't help but admire this young man. His shamelessness is something to behold. No wonder his my sunbae!
