"I'll be getting these." I said to her.

She nods, "I'll pick some for myself then." She said then walks around the store again picking some sweaters from the shop's clothing racks then goes into one of the changing booths.

I really can't say anything say anything when people pick out clothes for me. Especially when mom pickes them. I haven't seen mom in a while... She's too busy with her job in england to come back home.

"Does this look good on me?" Yamato asked opening the curtain of the fitting booth that she went into.

I notice that the sweater that she has on really matches her purple hair, "Yes, Yes it does."

She smiles making a peace sign with her left hand, "Alright, I'll be getting this one then." She closes the curtain again.

We both ended up buying three sweaters each, we headed back to the station right after purchasing the said sweaters. We took the Tokyo Metro Hibiya again on the way home. Yamato asked me to exchange phone numbers and i agreed. When the train arrived at the Ueno station i noticed that yamato didn't follow me to the doors of the train, "My stop is at Tabata." She said to me when i turn back to her. I continued to head for the the doors.

I took out my phone from my skirt pocket and called my family's driver to pick me up from the station. When i got home i hanged up the new clothes i i got earlier in my walk in closet and did my daily routine that i did everyday after school.

The next day miss uzumi sent me a message around the time that school ended telling me to wait for her at the school gate due to her being stuck in traffic. After thirty minutes of waiting at the school gate miss uzumi finally arrives. We picked up yamato at her school just like the previous day, we got to the agency and saw some actors aside from the fellow idols that we see all the time. Some of the actors are on TV shows that i watched last year.

Me and Yamato were taken to the music room first then taken to the dance studio right after our voice lessons.

When i got to the school the next day the student council president came to my cla.s.sroom before cla.s.s started.

"Is Alcott Kasumi here?" she asked.

"Yes?" I answered getting up from my desk.

I heard my cla.s.smates whisper to each other as i walked towards the prez. I hear one of them whisper, "What does the prez want with miss alcott?" along with another cla.s.smate whispering back with a "Who knows..."

"I need you to go to the student council room after school, don't worry you're not in trouble. It's just about the cultural festival next week, That's all." She said then leaves the room. About the festival? After school i went to the council room like the prez instructed me, the prez was already in the room alone when i got there.

She noticed me opening the door and immediatly asked, "Are the rumours about you being an idol true?"

How did she found out that i'm an idol? Her sudden question made my body tense up, "Well... I'm still training to become one..." I sweated nervously.

"Can i ask you a favor?" The prez asked.

"A favor?"

"Yeah, Could you be the MC of this year's beauty pagent?"

"An MC?"

"Yeah, since you're an idol i'm pretty sure this job will suit you well." she replied.

"Did something happen to this year's MC?" I inquired.

"Well, she informed me yesterday that she'll be too busy managing her cla.s.s' Haunted house."

"Is that so... I guess i could." I replied.

The prez smiles, "Great! I'll see you on the day of the culture festival then."

She told me i could go after she told me that. I went home straight home since i didn't have to go to the agency, i decided to watch some TV since i didn't have homework to do.

...

The day before the cultural festival uzuki went to my cla.s.sroom while i'm in the middle of eating my lunch, "Can i come over at your house after school?" She asked.

I smile at her, "You don't even have to ask that, you're always welcome at my place."

Her fidgets her fingers, "I-I'll be stopping by then..." She ran out of the cla.s.sroom after that.

When uzuki arrived at my place i asked her about why she suddenly stopped coming over to my place for a while.

"Well, I've been busy reading light novels." She said taking out a light novel volume from her bag that i saw her reading the other day to show me then puts it back in her bag.

"Sorry, i got curious about why you suddenly stopped coming over in a while." I said as we both headed to my room.

"Well, that's not the only reason... I also didn't wanna bother you too much, sumi-nee"

When we got to my room she took out a game console from her bag, "Wanna play a video game together?" She asked taking out a controller from her bag.

I shrugged, "Sure, Why not?" I sat next to her on the floor.

She also took out some cables that she then plugged into my TV and the console, then she took out a Disk of a JRPG video game from her bag. We ended up playing it for 2 hours straight.

When we finished it was already time for dinner, uzuki packs up her game console. I told her that she could eat dinner with me and darjeeling and she agreed since she hasn't seen darjeeling yet ever since she came back.

"It's been a while, darjeeling." Uzuki said as she notices my little sister enter the dining room.

"Uzuki? Since when were you back?" Darjeeling approaches uzuki gives her a hug.

"It's nice to see you again too, darjeeling." Uzuki said as my little sister lets go of her.

The three of us ate dinner together then uzuki went home right after.

The next day at school the student council prez called me via the school's intercom, she gave me a piece of paper that has the names of the contestants of the beauty pageant on it and a pair of fake cat ears.

"Cat ears?" I Inquired.

"Put em' on before you go on the stage later." She explained.

"W-Why?" I asked embarrased.

She just laughs at my reaction, "No need to by shy... It'll look cute on you, trust me."

"F-Fine, I'll wear it." I said still feeling embarrased.
