31 Eventually...

"We're almost there," Allon announced taking the lead on the situation.

Keme took the chance to look back at Tsuru, "The Philippines is amazing, you're gonna love the place. I'm going to take you to the beach and I'll rent out a great place by the sh.o.r.e, it'll be the best."

"We're not there and you're already making plans." She chuckled slightly at his remark, "Still the main goal is always more important after it.... let's just go."

"You can tell me, Tsuru." Stopping and letting the bags hanging from his shoulder fall slightly and nearly hitting the ground, "You can tell me anything. Remember that."

She hummed and kept to herself unsure of how to reply, what to say, how to say it... so lost in her own mind. Tsuru just kept battling with her own inside choices, whether to continue this self-made mission to end someone who caused her so much pain. Or... to let it all go, forget about it just like everything else and get a different purpose for herself.

They sat on some chairs close from the plane they would be taking facing the doors that would eventually open for their departure. She crossed her legs and started fidgeting with the dress she was wearing. Keme sat beside her and closed his eyes, leaning into the chair, "I'm going to catch up on sleep, let me know when they open."

Allon came back shortly after sitting on the empty chair beside her, "Wanna talk or something?"

"I'm alright, did you sleep well or going to take a nap like Keme?"

"I slept fine." Just then he yawned, "I a.s.sure you this changes nothing."

She smiled, "I'm hungry then."

"Anything you'd like?" He looked around trying to spot something quick and easy but the place was getting crowded with people wanting to get on their flights, attendants and overall busy people.

"I don't know, I'm just hungry." They had to catch the plane early in the morning not having the chance to catch a bite before they grabbed their bags to leave. Not that either of the boys thought about it, seemingly to busy with the plane leaving to think about eating. She took notice of the place getting crowded, "Let's forget it, the plane will probably board soon." Tsuru sighed and kept her eyes glued to the door.

"It'll leave in half an hour we've got time. Stay here, I'll get you something." Without anything else, he stood up and before she knew it she lost him in the crowd leaving her and Keme to wait.

She heard shuffling beside her, watching Keme sit up straight, his hair messy and bags under his eyes given his lack of sleep from the night before, "You could have asked me." She felt even a little guilty about it believing their conversation had something to do with his lack of sleep.

"You were sleeping."

"So? I can still be just as capable of waking up and getting you some food. It's not that hard..." he rolled his eyes at her and crossed his arms, he seemed in a changing mood since he woke up. Having swings of annoyance and then suddenly beaming with nice things to say, "Sorry to ask, but will you tell him?"

The small smile on her face withered, her lips falling on a stoic expression, "There's nothing to tell him."

"Again on that... You will do it eventually at least, right?"

"Eventually..."

If you want to say something, then say it before it's too late... why wait an eternity?

Tsuru's eyes were on Keir as he bandaged up some of his wounds, having rejected all her attempts to let her help. He refused to wish himself healed, saying she'd be the one to pay the price... and he wasn't wrong. Even then she begged him to just wish things better, he refused endlessly, like a broken record.

"Are you better?" She asked in a whisper floating close beside him.

He winced when the cloth sc.r.a.ped his wound, gritting his teeth and re-adjusting the piece where it should be, "I'm just fine, nothing I can't handle."

"Keir... please..." she began, "Let me help... I don't wanna see you this way..." Tsuru reached out to rub his back having him move away from her.

"Then look away, I didn't ask you to be here." His words were cold speaking to her as he continued patching himself up, "There's nothing you can do, so just go outside and attend your flowers."

She attempted to speak to him again, "But, Keir-"

"Go, Tsuru!" He yelled stomping his way out the room and out of her sight, snickering to himself away enough to never be heard.

She felt depressed each time he spoke to her in that way, unable to bear the cold shoulder he gave her, the way he would walk away and not return for hours. It was like a day where you couldn't see the sun, making you feel all gloomy, that's how it would feel each time he wouldn't spare a glance at her. He was everything to her, her only reason for still being around, and having him shun her made her heartache.

"I'll make this right, I promise." She whispered to herself again and again. Something she would never let herself forget, and time was running low, she needed to find a way to give him immortal, so they could be together forever... or so she thought.

But some things, are best kept quiet, you never know how the rest will react

"Here you go," Allon exclaimed having combed back with a bag in hand, placing it on her lap. Tsuru opened it to find something wrapped in paper hearing him explain what it was, "Cheeseburger, fries, and water because I don't know what you like to drink. Enjoy!"

Keme watched her and looked at Allon momentarily mouthing the words, 'seriously?' He didn't pay the food another glacé s.h.i.+fting in his seat away from the two closing his eyes.

Her lips twitched up, "Thanks." She dug into it taking a big bite of the burger stopping when she did and shewing it slowly. She looked over at Allon and swallowed, "Do you like the changes there have been through time?"

"Some of them, others not so much." Just as they spoke the doors opened and they started taking people in, "We can talk later. We shouldn't miss our flight, maybe you can tell me about yourself if you want."
