Seeing the guy grab the rabbit leg and run away, Dong Ling narrowed her eyes and ran to catch up!

Lin Zang, the robber, carefully avoided being tracked down. Just now, he saw Dong Ling and realized that she was merely a kid. He wondered why there was a kid on such a snowy day.

But more importantly, he knew that his master would die if he still failed to find something to eat.

Thinking of the hards.h.i.+p and grievance during the trip, Lin Zang even itched to kill the d.a.m.n traitors! If his master hadn’t been framed up, why would he be stuck in such a tight corner?

Covering himself up and changing serval lanes, he finally ended up at a secluded cave.

It was a clean cave, whose entrance lay in the gap of the rocks and was covered with snow. No one could find it unless he searched very carefully!  

Dong Lin followed afar off. Seeing Lin Zang conceal traces and walk into the cave, she smiled as if she had achieved something she expected.

“The man inside the cave is hurt and around him there is a loyal subordinate in gorgeous guard’s uniform. Wu Jitian, finally, I found you!” thought Dong Ling.

Ahem! There came some weak cough from the cave. Wu Jitian was leaning against the hard rocks. His face was pale and his belly was bleeding. He breathed faintly and frowned, with his eyes tightly closed.

“Lin Zang, where have you been?” he asked when he suddenly opened his sharp eyes. With great charm and dignity, he continued coldly and confusedly, “It’s in cold winter. And where did you get the toasted rabbit?”

“My Lord, I grabbed it from…” before he finished, he was stopped.

There came a girl’s clear voice, “He grabbed it from me!”

Wu Jitian looked up and saw a thirteen-year-old or fourteen-year-old girl come in through the gap of rocks. She looked quite beautiful.

Dong Ling reached out her hand without hesitation and said loudly, “There is no such thing as free lunch. Since you took my rabbit, you should pay me accordingly. Or you’ll be sorry!”

Hearing that, Lin Zang pulled out his sword immediately and looked rather serious!

“She managed to catch up with me and concealed her breath. She then turned up behind us surprisingly! She must be very powerful!” Lin Zang thought.

Well, that was understandable. On such a cold day, how could a normal girl hunt in the snow?

“Lin Zang, take back your sword.” ordered Wu Jitian.

“My bodyguard Lin Zang didn’t find the girl. She must be nearly as powerful as him. Instead of fighting her, I’d better do nothing. And I’ll see why she set the trap to reach me.” Wu Jitian thought.

“My Lord. I’m afraid I can no longer serve you. Hope I can still protect you if I have the next life!” yelled Lin Zhang.

Then, he raised his sword and stood in front of Wu Jitian.

He asked Dong Ling, “I just grabbed a rabbit leg. Then you ran all the way after me? Seriously?!”

Just then, six men in black, who had hidden in the cave, rushed up to attack Wu Jitian!

“Watch out!” yelled Dong Ling. She rushed up without hesitation. She wielded the sword bravely. In every move she took, the sword was waved so hard that the men in black had to dodge it.

Unfortunately, good times didn’t last long. A man in black on the right suddenly attacked her with full strength. In this case, she had to fight attentively with him. While another man on the left took the chance and approached her. He directly attacked her vital part.

Wu Jitian hurriedly pulled out Lin Zang’s sword, but the latter stopped him. Lin Zang said, “My Lord, don’t take any risk!”

“Step aside!” ordered Wu Jitian, restraining his anger.

“I’m sorry! Please kindly forgive me, My Lord!” Lin Zang apologized immediately. When he saw how Dong Ling was fighting, he couldn’t help feeling scared. Cold sweat rolled down on his back. He added, “This girl looks powerful! But you’re still weak, My Lord. You’d better stay!”

Just then, Dong Ling used some skills and dodged the attack. Soon, she spilled some white power, exactly into the men’s noses. They fell down and pa.s.sed out.
