She was so purposeful and strong-minded in getting back Ryu's trust and love. This time around her intentions were pure and she wanted to make up for those six months they've lost.

Arya looked around and was mesmerized with the superb interior design of Ryu's apartment. The interior colour palette drew on aquas, blues, neutrals and soft silver greys which suited Ryu well, the very masculine aura.

Then she giggled at her own naughty thoughts.

Floor to ceiling windows of the living areas made a strong design statement. But the biggest piece of art was the view looking out across the Gulf and the City's skyline which she bet will look so glinting at night.

"Hmm, I bet all this one is super expensive," Arya murmured while she touched the big vase.

Then the displayed photos in frames near the vase caught her attention.

'What is this? The Ken Family? Wow, they all look good.' She commented silently then her eyes focused on a particular woman in the picture.

'She looks familiar. Have I seen her already somewhere?' She thought as she tried to recall where she saw that same familiar face or facial features maybe.

Her thought was disrupted by a woof on her back. So she turned around and saw Ar-Ar a meter away from her.

"Shhh… Quiet! Why are you barking at me?" Arya murmured as she stepped backwards when the dog was about to move towards her. Then she quickly ran and the dog chased her.

She went up at one of the chair in the dining table but the dog was about to jump and reach her so she climbed on top of Ryu's table and quickly pushed the chair farther.

She almost felt like crying. Her heart was beating so fast. She felt like she was running for her life.

She never told anyone about it but the real reason why she chose to stay at one of the room in their hotel was because of Reese' dog which was given by Rita saying it was her gift to her little sis. She just can't stand the dog. However, Reese liked it so much.

Maybe it's time that she really consider seeing a doctor. Until now she was still palpitating and nervous.

"Ar-Ar, stopped that!" Ryu shouted when he saw Arya's nervous and pale face.

Ar-Ar ran towards him and Ryu led it outside the garden then closed the sliding door.

"Are you alright?" Ryu asked as he quickly walked towards her.

Arya controlled her breathing and moved to go down the table but she saw Ryu opened his arms and said, "Come here."

Arya's lips curved up, her fear awhile ago vanished in an instant. She hurriedly jumped into Ryu's embrace with excitement in her heart.

It's been minutes already and Arya was stilling clinging to Ryu.

"It's okay now. Ar-Ar is playing in the garden and won't be able to come in unless we open the gla.s.s door." Ryu said as he was trying to gently release her.

But Arya did not let go and instead cling to him more tightly.

"Arya," Ryu whispered.

"Hmm?" she murmured.

"Ehhrr I can't breathe, can you let go now?" Ryu said slightly chocking.

Arya quickly released him and said laughing, "Ooops sorry, I thought I should stick like a glue so I did."

Then she quickly turned around with her wicked grin and said, "I will go look what I can cook for lunch later."

Ryu will not go to the office today so they will have to spend more time being together and just the thought made her chuckle.

Meanwhile, Ryu just shook his head while he looked at Arya's back going to the kitchen. He walked to the living area and sat on the couch to watch the television.

It was the news about the new company who said to be competing with their company. The SL Group who's the CEO was a young bachelor and known as a killer in business.

"What's with the suspense?" Ryu murmured.

He already knew about SL Group that was really competing well with theirs. SL Group entered all the business lines their company was into. And today SL Group opened their new Airlines.

Ryu smirked. Surely he will be pestered by his dear cousin Dean anytime soon today. Because Dean was the one in charge of their Airlines and they had another compet.i.tor.

He just can't understand why would the SL Group CEO did not show his face ever since they entered the country for business. He heard that SL Group CEO wanted to maintain a low profile and protect his privacy.

"Is he ugly?" he murmured jokingly as he continued watching the news.

"Who is ugly?" Ryu heard Arya commented on his ear.

Her face rested on his shoulder and it was just a centimetre away when they both turned to face each other.

"So who are you saying is ugly in the television?" Arya continued and smiled at him.

Ryu was taken aback and stuttered, "Oh it's nothing the SL Group..."

"So do you want some fruits here? I'll cut some and let's watch together since it's too early for lunch. I'll cook after an hour." Arya asked still smiling at him and seemed not to care talking on his face.

Ryu answered by nodding. Arya blinked and quickly gave him a smack on the lips before she quickly left him.

Ryu just stared blankly at the television while his face turned red. His heart's beating was so irregular that he needed to inhale and exhale loudly for several times to relax himself.
