His men arriving and bringing them to the hospital… all these scenes kept coming and going repeatedly. She was numb, couldn't understand what actually happened. She was not able to accept that Aldrin was dead.

She sat on that hospital bed like a stone statue neither her eyes blinked nor did she move. She didn't even utter a word from her mouth.

The bodyguards that brought Aldrin and Cecile to the hospital were in grief because of Aldrin's death but were worried to see her shocked state.

When Aldrin's family arrived at the hospital they received the news of the death of their son.

His mother wailed loudly and fainted because of the shock. His father broke down and cried loudly while his siblings were in total grief and didn't know how to handle the situation. Everything was chaotic…

The doctor approached them and told them about the condition of Cecile. How unresponsive she had become like a statue, she is neither responding to anything nor speaking.

Aldrin's younger brother who had known Cecile's relations.h.i.+p with Aldrin and the deep bond they shared went to her room and was shocked to see Cecile sitting on the bed with no expressions on her face.

He went closer to her and called her out, "Cecile… Cecile…." But she didn't respond.

Seeing no response from her, he again said, "Cecile, how are you feeling now? Do you know Aldrin is dead?"

She still didn't respond. That worried him very much because this state of not accepting Aldrin's death could even make her lose her mental balance. He knew how much they both loved each other and Cecile was a very sincere girl and liked by all his family.

He again tried to talk to her when she still didn't respond he got up from his chair and looked straight at her face and said harshly "Cecile, wake up. Come back to your senses. Do you even know what has happened?" and then he shook her by holding her shoulders.

Cecile moved her eyes and looked at him with a questioning gaze, "What are you doing here little bro? Did you meet Aldrin he must be worried for you. Your exams are approaching, don't waste your time in parties and go study. If Aldrin will see you he will scold you."

"Cecile, wake up… Aldrin is dead. He is dead. He will never scold me again." He said in a very harsh tone and shook her body badly to make her bring back to the time and to her senses.

When she heard this she smirked and said, "What? Why are you trying to lie to me? You must not speak like this for your brother it's not a good thing." Cecile pouted and complained looking in another direction.

Aldrin's brother lost his control and burst in tears. He was sad for losing his brother but Cecile's condition of not accepting his death was even worse.

He again went in front of her and said, "Cecile, accept the truth, Aldrin died. He died while trying to save you. He died in your lap. Cecile if you will not accept his death you will go mad. Wake up and come out of your fake world. Aldrin is DEAD, he is gone and will never come back. He died because he was shot three bullets in his body. Cecile… please come back to reality."

With these words that he spoke loudly harshly while crying. Reality struck back to Cecile and she came back to her senses and tears rolled down her eyes.

"Aldrin is dead?"

"Yes Cecile. He is dead. He is gone forever. He left us all…"

"He will never come back?"

"No Cecile. He will not."

"Aldrin is dead. No, he can't leave me and go like this… little bro… how can he leave me and go away? The doctors must have made a mistake in diagnosing. Go and check him once more. Yes, there must be some mistake. You are his favorite in the whole family go tell him to stop this drama. Bring him here. He can't die, he can't go away." Cecile wailed loudly and hugged by his brother. He tried to comfort her.

"He is gone Cecile. And this is the truth. Please gather your courage and look after yourself." He stayed for her to calm down a bit and then called the nurses to look after her before leaving.

The doctors thanked Aldrin's brother for bringing her out of her shocked state and then he went to check his father and mother. His father had also collected himself by that time and was taking the exact note of the situation that had happened with his son that night.

Stuck by sudden grief the whole family was in a very bad state. And when they came to know about the ordeal of Cecile they all felt really bad. Mr. Go decided to go and talk to Cecile and comfort her also.

While Cecile was now in her senses she was still crying with tears rolling down her eyes it was very hard for her to accept this reality. Cecile was sitting on hospital bed tears rolling down her eyes lost in Aldrin's thoughts she was startled with the sudden loud opening of the door.

Diana stood there; her face was so dark and fiery. "You wh.o.r.e b.i.t.c.h! It's your fault it's because of you that Aldrin died! You should be the one who died! You Killed Aldrin to save yourself"

She walked inside her room and pulled out a gun from her purse.

On hearing her words and seeing her in front of her like this Cecile's eyes turned cold and she looked at Diana with hatred and said, "What now? You want to kill me? This time I would be really grateful to you… pull the trigger and do it now at least I could be with Aldrin in that world!" she spoke in a broken yet calm tone.
