Then Ryu lifted his leg and kicked him hard in his stomach and on the sides of his body… and then Ryu kept hitting the man with all his might full of rage.

Seeing the angry state Ryu was in, his security team tried to stop him so that he doesn't end up killing the man.

"Sir, that's enough. You will kill him. We need the guy alive." The team leader tried to hold Ryu back and said aloud in order to make Ryu understand his point. Ryu was so much in anger that it took them a while before they separated Ryu from the kidnapper. Ryu was breathing heavily in rage and his chest was moving up and down because of this.

It was then that he turned towards Arya. He saw Arya standing near him and quickly pulled her into his arms.

He almost squeezed her into himself and took a sigh of relief. His love, his life was safe.

Ryu looked at Arya with anger and frustration on his face when he released her from his embrace and looked at her.

"Are you nuts? Why would you do that? Couldn't you see that a gun was pointed at your head? What would I do if anything had happened? How could you be so reckless and thoughtless about yourself?" he was so furious and was shouting at Arya who just stared at him unconsciously.

Then his face suddenly softened when he saw Arya's eyes welled up and tears started to fall from her eyes.

"Oh G.o.d, I'm sorry love… I'm really sorry… please don't cry… I can't see you crying like this. I shouldn't have said all that, I shouldn't have shouted on you like this… please don't cry… I am sorry, I really am," he whispered as he hugged her tightly.

"I know You must be scared. I'm really sorry for my words, but I reacted this way because I was really scared seeing you like that. I was so afraid that they will shoot you anytime while you were struggling with them. Please don't do that again. Just wait for me to take you back and don't do careless things like that again… Please don't scare me like that…" Ryu continued while he hugged her more tightly as he sobbed right at that moment.

Arya had never seen this side of Ryu, he had lost track of his emotions and his fear was so clearly seen. He held Arya tightly in his embrace and kept his forhead on her shoulders and sobbed.

She also could not stop the constant rain of tears from her eyes…

They both hugged each other and waited till their emotions settled down a bit.

By now, policemen were all over the place to take all the attackers and kidnappers that were taken all down by Ryu's security team.

He rushed inside the library where the Old Man Skull was happily reading something.

"Just What did you do? How could you even think about taking this step?" he asked scornfully.

Old Man Skull lifted his head and looked at him nonchalantly. Then he raised an eyebrow and said, "Are you questioning me? I'm impressed, news travels really fast to reach your ears so soon. Or is it that you are tailing my every move?"

"Ha! You really can talk like that to me even now? Yes! I got the news sooner than you would have thought… but that's not important right now… I told you not to lay a finger on her! I told you you keep her out of any of your dangerous plans ..but it seems you don't care about what I feel at all. But no matter what you think…get this one thing straight in your mind… This will be the last time you did that if this is repeated again… you won't like what I will do then! You know me… you know me very well inside out… You raised me and you are well aware what I can do if you crossed the line one more time!" He hissed without batting an eye as he stared at the Old Man Skull.

"Calm down my dear child... I just did this all for your happiness. You like that woman and wanted her by your side, didn't you? Yes, right! so I just tried to bring her to you. I am doing you a favor... You can have her anytime you want so why hesitate?"

Nothing seemed to calm him down and he was still staring at the Old man skull with rage filed eyes.

Seeing that he was still angry Old Man Skull shouted angrily, "This is not how I groomed you! These weak emotions are not what I taught you. I never taught you to wait for someone, never let anyone have what you want or wish for. If you want something, take it forcefully! s.n.a.t.c.h it by all means! Have you forgotten all that I taught you for a mere woman's sake?"

Hearing the angry words of Old Man Skull He let out a deep sigh, looked straight at the old man and said expressionlessly, "Let me handle her and Ryu. That's our deal. I will handle them and you handle the Elder Master Ken! I have my own plans and you're ruining it by messing around like this!"

"Nah!!! Don't kid me! You're becoming soft! Ever since you have met that woman, you have changed a lot! Behind every man's failure there is always a woman! Or is it something else? Huh! don't tell me you're also softening because of Ryu an..."

He quickly cut his words and jeered, "Stop it! Don't you dare say another word or you'll have to handle everything on your own!"

"Are you threatening me now? Are you forgetting who gave you the right to live with pride? Who saved your life? You were nothing but a piece of trash that I picked up from the streets! And now you want to bite your Master, your saviour?" Old Man Skull growled. His face was pitch dark and crumpled.

"How dare you b.a.s.t.a.r.d!"

He raised an eyebrow and said with disdain, "Yeah maybe you gave me clothes, food and education but I guess I'm still trash and will be trash forever. Don't worry I won't bite you. But I'm giving you a warning… Touch her again without my approval and you won't like the consequences of it at all!"

He turned around and left as the sound of breaking gla.s.ses and things falling down resounded around from the library where the Old Man Skull was throwing all the things on the table.

Old Man Skull still glared at the door, "How dare that b.a.s.t.a.r.d say all this!"

Yes, he was messing around with Ryu Ken. After their casino game he couldn't stop himself from making a move to threaten him. He wanted to know how tight Ryu Ken's security was. He was right all along, Ryu definitely had learned his lesson.

"What a sly bull just like his cunning grandfather." He murmured laughing like a crazy person. Then he creased his forehead when he noticed an envelope on his table.

It was an invitation for the Field Marshall's only daughter's twenty first birthday.

"We will meet again Demon Don…" he whispered with a heavy tone. Finally, the time has come.
