Making her way through the crowd she heard someone apologizing "Sorry sir, please do forgive this little one as I do not know where the courage burst from," Finally at the forefront she saw her baby and a richly dressed man crouched at her side and the older woman with her two hands together in the air like she was going to bow to the Lord.

Looking up Qing Ran was the first to notice her and wiped her tears with the back of her palm as she ran towards her "Mommy," She held onto her mother's thigh and felt her hand and cloth wet as she backed away a little to give her mother a questioning look. "What happened? what mess did you get yourself into?"

Following her departing body as he was still crouched on the ground he saw her running to a woman whom had her hands full and water dripping from the leafs design of her clothes.

The leafs looked like it lacked nutrient and sun for it has turned from green to yellow and some parts orange. Lifting his eyes up to examine the woman he discovered it was a gown and leafs hanging from a tiny short stick. He didn't know such design existed but it looked really good.

Watching as the man in suit inspected her she wanted to smack him with the bags in her hand but she didn't want to offend anyone especially not a richly dressed young man.

The young man had his black hair laid flatly onto his head like it was stuck and would never rise again.

Finally she caught a glimpse of his face looking down her baby she prayed hopefully that he hasn't been offended in anyway.

"Quick, apologize to Mr Xing Zhao as he was disrespected by your daughter," the older woman said.

"I am..." Xueyan was cut short by Zhao Lin.

"You don't need to apologize for anything." Zhao Lin said standing up to face the woman and was 'surprised' to see her or maybe the right word was 'shocked' but he didn't allow his emotions consume him as his face returned back to it original self. 'Normal but cold' 'Ruthless but cold'.

She never thought they would meet in this kind of situation.

She knew who he was.

The same man from her past.

The same man whom was now wors.h.i.+pped like a G.o.d by many.

She turned around to leave but was stopped by someone, for a moment she hoped it wasn't him but then realized the hand holding her wasn't that of a man.

Smiling she turned around and came face to face with the older security woman whom stretched out her other hand but didn't speak tilting her head towards Qing Ran and raising an eyebrow, Xueyan dropped the bags to search for the child's security code.

She searched through her hand bag and gave it to the security woman.

She left to go pick her trolley which was parked at the exit side.

At the same time s.h.i.+ Ya came out and saw the little crowd gathered around the security house as they were beginning to leave in different directions.

Mere looking at the man standing staring into a distance she could tell it was her man.

She knew for a fact who he was.

This man brought attention to himself even without meaning to. His mere presence will acknowledged by many.

Raising her head up high as she walked side by side with Zhi Hao. "Linlin?" she called out to him but what greeted her was silence and the perfectly muscled cold back.

Following his line of sight she saw him staring nonstop at a woman and a little girl child exiting the supermarket.

"Daddy?" Zhi Hao called out as the man didn't seem to notice their presence.

Forcefully dragging his eyes away from the mother and daughter pair he turned to acknowledge his son's presence.

He didn't hear s.h.i.+ Ya call him but he sure felt their presence and then driven out of his trance as he heard his son's voice.

He bent and picked Zhi Hao up and smiled at him before heading to the exit.

Following closely behind the father and son duo s.h.i.+ Ya fumed internally. 'does he only see his son?' she wondered if she had become invisible or he was meant to show the world he didn't care about her.

At Zhao Lin residence.

Inside the kitchen s.h.i.+ Ya mistakenly dropped a ceramic mug on the floor as she regained her senses and trying to step away she got a cut yelped "Ahhh."

Running to her side miss Lee ran to her side as she helped s.h.i.+ Ya to her feet.

"Madam, are you OK?"

Nodding she limped to the kitchen table which had a total of four chairs.

The car ride to their home had been quiet and long. No one spoke.

She had called him back at the supermarket but he decided to ignore her.

She had been invited to a dinner party by her friends Qing Nuan and YaoYao but she couldn't go alone.

She had wanted to ask him to come along but knowing that his mood wasn't good and he would find any excuse not to go with her, her anger increased ten fold.

Rus.h.i.+ng to the kitchen Butler Hai went straight to the young madam with a first aid box.

Miss Lee had been busy cleaning up the mess that she had forgotten her madam was injured until she saw Butler Jing rus.h.i.+ng in.

Butler Jing had been serving the young master and the little master when he heard a clattering sound from the kitchen. He needed no one to tell him what happened, he knew for a fact that the young madam was angry. He didn't know why, tho she was always angry.

Looking at the two he saw them both collected and quiet like nothing has been heard.

Zhi Hao turned and wave him off before he left to check on the Madam.

"Madam, do you need me to call the doctor?" Butler Jing asked as he was trying to examine her wound.

"There's no need for that." s.h.i.+ Ya face twisted with anger as she thought ways to go to the party, not even feeling the pain on her leg.

She stood up and stormed out of the kitchen.

She wants to be at the dinner party.

She needed to be there mostly to prove to her enemies she was still together with Xing Zhao Lin.
