For the students, once they found out that the entire day's cla.s.ses were canceled, they rejoiced!

They had a brief period of time with their homeroom teacher in the morning, then there was the extremely long teacher's meeting, and after that, who knew that there would be no cla.s.ses?

Due to this, many students were now loitering around the hallways. The teachers couldn't scold them since they were still in the abnormally long meeting.

"Hmm? It's already 2:31 pm..." Wen Hui complained as she looked at her watch.

"Well, it was our fault. The princ.i.p.al told us to fetch you, but G.o.d knows what happened." A close friend of Wen Hui who was also a teacher responded.

She looked curiously at her watch. It was only 27:51 pm.

These days, the duration of one full rotation of the Earth had been prolonged to 60 hours, and that meant that a full day would last 60 hours as well.

She yawned as she covered his mouth. "Hai... there's still 3 hours before midnight..."

Of course, as she was monitoring Zhou Lei's every action, she naturally had a clock of her time as well.

Eventually, Wen Hui and the rest of the teachers exited the room they were having a meeting in and went back to their respective cla.s.srooms. Those who didn't have a cla.s.s were allowed to go home immediately by the princ.i.p.al.

Wen Hui opened the door with her eyes closed. She was ma.s.saging her forehead as she was thinking about how annoying the princ.i.p.al was, especially earlier.

"Haah..." She sighed as she expected to hear all the students fixing everything in a hurry. She kept her eyes closed, not even bothering to look at the mess they made.

A long time has pa.s.sed. The clutter of noise she expected to hear was absent. There was total silence as she just stood on the front door.

She raised her eyebrows but still didn't open her eyes, instead, she walked towards her desk blindly.

That was when she heard a voice.

"Uh, teacher?"

The voice felt so good to hear, but it also sounded familiar.

Nonetheless, these worries were forgotten by Wen Hui as her tense expression gradually relaxed.

"Hmm, teacher, I have a request of you."

"Hmm?" Wen Hui showed an accommodating smile, while still having her eyes closed.

"It's this... I... want you to sleep with me."

Wen Hui heard the voice's request, but instead of getting angry, she subconsciously responded while nodding. "Yes, of course."

It was then that she felt that she snapped out of her daze.
