It was then that System came out of silence with another quest.

Description: If you want to be popular, you gotta act cool. How do you think I became so popular? It's this way, my dude.

'What? Another one?'

As he read the contents of the new quest, he felt like System was making fun of him.

'd.a.m.n it, System! It feels like you're telling me to act out a scene... with quests.'

As the door in front of him had opened, Zhou Lei walked outside 'coolly'.

There he saw his mother meticulously examining her daughter, Zhou Zhenya. Their father stared at his wife, his expression saying 'I told you so' with his tongue almost out.

As he saw this, Zhou Lei fixed his expression and walked straight to the bathroom. Everyone's heads turned over to him as he made his way.

Opening the door and shutting it, Zhou Lei was hyperventilating inside the bathroom.

Then System, who wanted to embarra.s.s and humiliate its host for some reason, gave him another unreasonable quest that had nothing to do with becoming popular.

As his weird noise pa.s.sed System's requirements, he felt genuinely satisfied.

'Wait... 10 lottery tickets?!... and 1 upgrade point?'

System suddenly notified him the exact same way as the last two times that there was a bug. Zhou Lei nodded as if he understood what was happening.

After putting on his shorts and fixing his expression again, he walked out of the bathroom.

He entered the sight of every one of his family members.

On the verge of collapsing due to nervousness, Zhou Lei stood still with the gazes of everyone in the room pointing towards him.

Zhou Lei stayed silent and went into System's lottery.

'There's got to be something that can help me get out of this situation...'

As he saw the lottery, he immediately used one ticket, not caring about what prizes were available. As long as he got something that would help him in this situation, he would be satisfied.

Seeing his son close his eyes and ignore him, Zhou Jiahao felt rage surging up inside him. He started walking towards Zhou Lei.

Zhou Zhenya and Zhou Xiang just stood still, curious about what would happen.

Suddenly, Zhou Lei collapsed. His face was flushed red, while his whole body started to sweat profusely.
