After the commotion, Zhi Hei contacted Chen Mu and had him get to the ceremony location as soon as possible . During the wait, Zhi Hei paid all his attention on s.h.i.+ Xue ignoring his surroundings . He didn't notice, but President Mos had stood by them all along since the accident occurred . He had a worrisome expression since the accident happened during an event that he had hosted . Also, Zhi Hei was someone whom he deeply respected and treated as a friend . When he saw how anxious Zhi Hei's expression was, and how he rushed over to ensure s.h.i.+ Xue's safety, he knew that the girl must've been someone very important to him .

Zhi Hei held onto s.h.i.+ Xue's sweaty palms . Even though she was wearing sungla.s.ses and a mask, he could tell that she did not feel well . Her body was trembling and her forehead was forming more sweat than before . Her breathing quickened as well .

She nodded her head with great difficulty as she whimpered a little . She must be biting onto her lips from the pain she's suffering from . He looked at the burned area and noticed that the burn was more red than before . He continued to rub her sweaty hands as he stared at his phone waiting for Chen Mu's arrival .

"Don't worry, Chen Mu is on his way . Then he can treat your wound . "

She muttered something in a very low voice, but Zhi Hei couldn't hear what she was saying at all . He looked at her with a confused expression, but he froze in the next second . When she tried to repeat what she had just said to him, all he heard was, "T . . there's . . . . ," before she collapsed . Her breathing drastically slowed down and she was gasping for breath . Her body gave out and leaned towards his way . He caught her cold sweated body in his embrace as he shook her body .

"President Mos, is there any way you can help me prepare a clean room for my girlfriend to rest? She is feeling very unwell right now . "

President Mos nodded quickly as he made a call and personally escorted Zhi Hei to the room with s.h.i.+ Xue in his arms . After placing s.h.i.+ Xue onto the bed, he took off her sungla.s.ses and face mask .

"QUICK! CALL THE AMBULANCE! WE NEED IMMEDIATE a.s.sISTANCE!" The bodyguards automatically closed off all entrances and exits so n.o.body was able to get out of the party . They managed to capture the girl who spilled her food onto s.h.i.+ Xue back to the party . The girl was crying and sobbing as she apologized in fear .

President Mos was in shock when he heard the uneasiness in his voice . He arranged for the ambulance and notified the nearby hospital to clear out a whole floor and have doctors and nurses stand by for s.h.i.+ Xue's arrival .

Chen Mu arrived before the ambulance, and made his way to the room . When he entered, he saw Zhi Hei's pale figure as he counted 42 . . 43 . . . . 44 . . .

He was checking s.h.i.+ Xue's pulse and heart rate that had drastically dropped a few minutes ago . Her temperature dropped low and her breathing slowed . After removing the mask, Zhi Hei discovered that her lips were totally dehydrated . The colors on her face was lost and cold sweat continuously formed on her body . She trembled and is currently in a coma .

Chen Mu rushed to her side to inspect her wound and everywhere else that may have caused her body condition to deteriorate within the past hour . His eyes widened in shock as he quickly ran through his medical kit and took out a small wrapped up package . Inside of this package was some white powder looking substance . He instructed Zhi Hei to quickly hold her up so that she could take in the powder . He didn't have time to explain what he was doing, and Zhi Hei caught his nervousness through his trembling voice . He followed Chen Mu's instructions for the next 15 minutes . After Chen Mu made sure that the white powder had been swallowed, he took out a set of acupuncture needles . He started locating her acupuncture points and stabbed the needles one by one around the burn earlier .

Normally, Zhi Hei would not allow Chen Mu to directly touch s.h.i.+ Xue's body other than her limbs during check ups, but this time was different . He sensed the extremity in Chen Mu's voice as he demanded what must be done at the moment . He started to sweat as he continued stabbing the long needles in her soft body . President Mos had to step out of the room as the treatment required her to be undressed, leaving only her undergarments on . Zhi Hei could tell that she was suffering from an enormous amount of pain as tears began to flow out of the corners of her eyes . His heart felt as if lightning had stroke him countless times and it is now darkened and filled with pain . Her body was covered in needles and she was unconscious . Her face was as white as a piece of paper and her body didn't have signs of warmth . He is very afraid right now . . . . but what went wrong . . . .
