Interesting, I always liked the concept of the inventory in those video games though this is severely limited compared to those of the games. I walked towards the training dummies and picked up the kunai. The blue screen for the inventory was there as it kept on closing itself and opening back up with every step I took.

I picked up the kunai and shuriken that threw. All 54 in total. Some were missing but it was expected since I just started to practice my throwing. In the past four years all I ever did was eat healthily, use both my hands so that if I ever injure my dominant hand, I could use my other hand to fight just as how I would fight with my left hand (Dominant hand). I also tried running around the whole village but my mother immediately slapped me and took me home and grounded me. Since then I never made her angry.

Sigh, I never did get to measure my speed because of that. Oh well now for the matter at hand. I took out the scrolls from my inventory and started the process for absorbing it. This process takes time, I know this even though I don't have any new skills because the system allows me to absorb knowledge regardless of its usefulness but If I absorb too much I will get a headache and then catch a fever.

Theoretical knowledge can be absorbed but it takes a lot of time for it to be absorbed. So with the little experience I gathered, I concluded that practical knowledge is easier to absorb, theoretical knowledge can be absorbed and the time to completely understand and memorize it takes around at most a month and at least 24 hours. I have no idea about the combat knowledge but I can deduce that it will at most take up 24 hours.

I always get a message or should I say a notification when the absorbing is complete. Memorizing doesn't mean I can understand what it means, for example if I did not understand a word or what that sentence means, I would need to ask someone what it means or just check a dictionary otherwise it would just stay inside my head as if a blank text in a library filled with information. There are somethings I can't remember such as extremely long books due to my low int or so says my system.

There is another benefit from absorbing knowledge instead of forcibly trying to remember them. It is that you never forget what you absorb. If you simplify what it means down to its essence, you could say it is a library that's books never age and grow old so you can forever read them when ever you want while forcibly trying to memorize something is similar to buying some book you need at the moment but forgetting about it later on.
