The a.s.sa.s.sin with questionable motives after me was a man wearing a bird mask. Who hereafter shall be called birdbrains. I laughed at the thoughts I was having. Well birdbrain did not say a single word as he threw a bunch of shurken at me, this was quite similar to what I did to when he was hiding in the shadow of the tree but the only difference was that he threw them with excellent accuracy and it would definitely hit me if I did not dodge.

I dodged to the right side where the man was ready to attack me with his tanto. I took out my own tanto and got ready to fight. Every time he attacked I could only use my tanto to guard, I could not even find an opportunity counter and turn my situation around.

It was honestly quite frustrating when I found out that all my hardwork could amount only this much. Shouldn't those guys with systems be able to overturn any situation. Whatever I need to concentrate on finding a weakness that I can use to kill or atleast injure him.

The worst part was that he did not say a single word and instead looked at me as if I was a fat sheep ripe for the taking. I should surprise him with uh the move called gates of h.e.l.l path of illusion. Lets call it Hades Six Paths: Path OF Myriad Illusions, no that sounds evil and could spark a lot of controversy, hmm how about Paths Of The Immortal: Blind Mans Glory. Nah that just sounds wrong, this is the final one, I'll go with this.

I said in my normal voice "Loki's Deception: Humans Blurry Vision" I am pretty sure he was confused and stopped attacking for a second. In that second I used the Clone Technique and raised my tanto before running towards him and slas.h.i.+ng vertically. He blocked the slash but I saw an opportunity to strike. I used the clones which were honestly quite useful when they were at max level. Although they still don't have any substance, I could create a shadow in those clones which made finding the real me in the clones quite hard in battle where people die from not paying attention.

I sometimes hid behind a clone when attacking him but the difference in combat experience was like night and day as I had made a mistake and he took that chance to attack my neck with his tanto. I immediately used Fire Style: Hiding in Ash Jutsu which slightly burned the man.

I had no choice as I was about to die. I tried running away but that was a big mistake as I do not know how but he somehow found me in the ash and slashed at my back. This would forever leave scar on my back. I screamed out in pain but just as I said before, this place was quite secluded so no one was going to arrive here for my rescue.
