Chapter 715 Heated Argument

He didnt want to waste his time speaking to her without hearing from her husband. His thoughts on this matter currently, was for her to get a divorce as there was nothing more to savage in that relations.h.i.+p.

Before everyone dispersed, Fu Juan directed a question to her father. She asked if she would be allowed to live in the house if she eventually gets a divorce, but Grandfather Fu rejected it.

Lanying knew that all was not well, and worried about them being thrown out of the house, so she quickly tried to comfort her, while at the same time, asking if everything was okay.

The only thing Fu Juan said to her was that she was never going to divorce that man, before going into the washroom.

Lanying sighed and went back to the bed and picked up her phone to continue watching videos on her phone.

Around noon, Fu Hee was told that Lanyings bedroom was ready, so she went to check things out for herself. Finding everything in other, she asked the housekeeper and two other servants to move Lanyings things into that room and inform her it was ready.

When Fu Juan and Lanying learned that her room was ready, they were happy, more especially the room owner was happy, as she could now have her own privacy.

Following the housekeeper to go see the room, Fu Juan looked unhappy, and more so when she finally saw the bedroom.

Lanying had no problem with the bedroom, but her mother did. She even stopped the servants from moving her things into the room.

When Fu Hee heard about the commotion, she came to check things out. After she heard Fu Juans complaints about the location and decoration of the room, she replied

You and your daughter wont be here for long, so there is no need to take a week of ha.s.sle to decorate a room to her taste, and then change everything after 7 weeks.

Since Fu Juan was going to stay here for 2 months, that is 8 weeks, there was no need to change the style of the room to Lanyings taste and then change it back to what it was supposed to look like after they were gone.

Fu Juan couldnt accept her words as they made her feel that her daughter was an outsider and she had to retaliate.

Fu Hee was still angry about her coming over with her adoptive daughter without letting anyone know beforehand. For now, she has done everything she can to make her daughter comfortable in the bedroom she arranged for her.

She made sure that she wouldnt lack bath supplies and the rest before her stay elapsed. But here was Fu Juan not appreciating the little efforts.
