Chapter 557 - A Mother's Worry

One of the amazing things about Jasmine's first day at Kindergarten was Jia Li preparing gifts for her teacher and snacks for her classmates.

The Fu family also gifted the little girl flowers and Jasmine had hugged Paco in the car, while her mother hugged her, before she reluctantly let go.

When Jasmine was taken to her classroom by her teacher, the little girl stared at her classmates curiously before she was asked to introduce herself.

"Da Xia, wave to your classmates and tell them your name." Jasmine's teacher said to her with a smile on her face.

The teacher was happy to have the little beautiful Fu family's princess in her class.

Jasmine glanced at her new classmates before introducing herself to them. She waved at them and said, "Hello, I'm Da Xia, it's nice to meet you."

Her classmates who have been thinking about how to reply welcomed her and clapped for her. After that, Jasmine's teacher took her doll, backpack and lunchbox from her, before showing her to her seat in the front row.

At the end of school that day, Jia Li and Fu Hua came to pick her up from school. Her classes ended by 1 pm and the parents came some minutes before that time.

In the car, Jia Li was very happy to see her little bun again. She hugged her and planted kisses all over her face.

When Jasmine had seen her parents, she called out to them joyfully before running to them, while her teacher followed behind her with her lunch box and doll.

Jia Li had hugged the little girl first before Fu Hua took her from her arms.

In the car, Jia Li engaged in a conversation with the little girl. She asked her so many questions about her experience on her first day at school.

Fu Hua was at the back seat of the car with them while the driver and the bodyguard were in the front seats.

Jasmine answered her mother's questions, and from her tone, she looked satisfied.

"Do you like your school?" Jia Li asked with a smile.

"Yes!" Jasmine replied excitedly.

Jia Li went on to ask if she liked her teacher and her classmates, and the little girl responded positively.

When the family of three got back home, Jasmine had her bath and changed into another pair of clothes before joining the rest of the family at the dinner table.

YingPei, Ling, FangSu and Meixu were absent. They were not back home yet.

After lunch, Grandfather Fu had asked the little girl posts of questions. After filling her little stomach with the special lunch her grandmother had prepared for her, Jasmine was in a good mood to answer al their questions.

Jasmine would have gone straight to find Paco if her mother had not stopped her. She told her she needed to rest first before going out to play.

Taking the little girl back to their bedroom, Jia Li sat with her on the bed and asked her what she learned in school that day, while Fu Hua checked her school bag and lunch box.

According to Jasmine, they had learned about the Alphabet and Good habits.

Good habits for a subject for little kids to learn about the simplest manners and the right way of living.

After answering a few questions for by curious mother, her father faced her. After going through her backpack and lunch box, he discovered that she finished her food, but her snacks were untouched.

"Princess, you didn't eat your snacks?" Fu Hua asked as he took out the snacks Jia Li had put in her backpack.

"I did." Jasmine replied as she took a bar of chocolate from him and played with it.

Jia Li used her eyes to count the snacks before nodding in approval. "She did eat only one snack. I packed more than enough snacks for her, so she wouldn't get hungry."

Seriously, Jia Li was too much for worrying about her daughter getting hungry that she packed food for her and a lot of snacks, which even in one day, she wouldn't be able to finish her snacks.

Fu Hua didn't want to laugh. He just gazed at his wife who still had their little girl in his arms. He didn't know what to say to her.

She was being too worried or concerned about their daughter that she got up very early in the morning to make lunch for her and also try to talk him out proceeding to send their daughter to school.

Jia Li wanted Jasmine to get some rest, so she took her in her arms and pat her back gently until she fell asleep, and only then did she relax.

Later in the evening, when Jasmine was playing with Paco, Jia Li asked her if she would like to go back to school the next day, and the little girl nodded eagerly.

"I'm glad you like school." Jia Li said after sighing in relief.

The next day, Jia Li and Fu Hua got off work to pick their little girl in school. Jia Li asked the little bun if she made any friends that day and the little girl responded positively.

When asked of their names, she was able to recall only two names, which was a good progress.

Jia Li and Fu Hua followed this routine for almost two weeks before they stopped. Other days, any member of the Fu family could go to her school to get her, after they gave the school their consent.

For FangSu and Meixu who liked to take the little girl out, Fu Hua had told them not to do that anymore without his permission, and they couldn't post any pictures next to Jasmine's Kindergarten, to avoid people with evil intentions from knowing the school she attended.

After Jasmine fully settled into Kindergarten, Jia Li and Fu Hua celebrated their wedding anniversary in a simple manner.

They had gone on a romantic date without Jasmine. Having dinner in a place where they could see the beautiful night sky and enjoy the view.

After their anniversary, the Fu family released news of Grandfather Fu's 80th birthday party, which would be celebrated in a Grand Style.
