Chapter 466 - Sunny Suspects Jia Li's Real Identity

The next day, Jia Li continue with her illustration at work. But close to the time for lunch, she noticed an uncomfortable feeling in her lower abdomen and a familiar feeling in-between her legs and guessed that her period must have come.

Jia Li had to take permission from Sunny to go to a nearby store to get something important. Since it was almost time for a break, Sunny allowed her to leave.

Without wasting time, Jia Li took her bag and left the company, and went to a convenience store to buy a pack of sanitary pads. She also got into a departmental store to get a new set of undies to change the one she was putting on, which was already stained by now.

Thankfully when Jia Li returned to FJ and went to use the lady's restroom, she didn't stain much, so she used the pad and the new panties she got.

Coming out from one of the cubicles to wash and dry her hands, her bag turned upside down and the contents fell and scattered on the floor.

Jia Li looked annoyed while staring at her things that poured out. She quickly washed and dried her hands before squatting to pick them up. The first item she picked up, was her phone. After glancing at the screen to make sure it did not crack, she sighed in relief and placed it on the stand/table/sink before going on to pick the other items.

While picking up those things, Sunny walked into the restroom and saw the mess on the floor, and squatted to help her pick them.

"Thank you!." Jia Li said in a low tone.

"It's fine, hope you're okay?." Sunny asked as she passed a lipstick 💄 to Jia Li, before going on to pick up what looks like an ID from the floor.

"I'm fine thank you!." Jia Li replied.

When Sunny was about to pass the ID card to Jia Li, she saw something that made her suspicious. The name written on the ID said 'Fu Jia Li'. And as far as she knows, Jia Li used the name, 'Qin Jia Li' to get into FJ, and she thought that was her husband's surname.

Jia Li who had just finished picking up the last item on the floor, moved her gaze to Sunny, only to see her ID in her hand. She became scared and out of reflex action, she immediately snatched the ID from Sunny while hoping that she didn't see the details there.

"Thank you for your help, Miss Sunny." Jia Li said with a smile as she put her ID card in her bag before standing to her feet.

Sunny who was already standing after Jia Li snatched the ID card, faked a smile, as she said, "No worries" but then, her gaze moved to Jia Li's phone as its screen just lit up because a silent notification just came on.

That few seconds her screen lit up, Sunny saw Jia Li's screen saver. It was a picture of Jia Li and a little child. Sunny thought the little child in the picture looks familiar, but before she could take a good look, the phone screen went off, and that was when Jia Li turned to grab her phone.

"Hope you're okay? Your face looks dull." Sunny asked as she finally arranged her raging emotions.

"It's nothing serious, Miss Sunny. My period just came, and I wasn't prepared, so I have to deal with it." Jia Li replied with a smile.

Sunny frowned and asked, "Are you sure you don't need help with anything? I have a pain relief drug in case you need one."

"No, thank you, I'm all good now. Thank you Miss Sunny for your help." Jia Li said in a respectful tone before walking away.

After Jia Li disappeared from the restroom, Sunny was lost in thought, as different conceptions started coming up in her head.

Clearly, she saw Jia Li's picture on the ID card that bore the name, 'Fu Jia Li' and now, she was beginning to wonder if the family she married into, bore the name, 'FU'. Not only that, Sunny still found the child in the screensaver familiar, but before she can continue with her thoughts and speculation, she had to make use of the bathroom first.

When Jia Li returned to her office, she sighed in relief that she was not caught. She quickly took out her phone, and the screen lit up and unlocked immediately.

She was a text from one of her close friends, DanDan. DanDan was a model now, and immediately Jia Li saw her name, she got an idea to get her to wear one of her clothes, but then she became worried as she began to think if it would be appropriate to use a model who was not famous for the competition. Jia Li was now thinking if Sunny will approve of it or not.

Putting her worries aside, Jia Li opened the text to read the message, while on the other hand, Sunny has been restless since she saw the two disturbing information about Jia Li.

Immediately she returned to her office, She immediately used her desktop to look up the name, 'Fu Jia Li' on the internet, but she found no reasonable information. She saw people with a similar name to the one on Jia Li's ID, but she didn't see anyone with Jia Li's picture.

'Could the information have been hidden, blocked, or deleted?.' Sunny thought with a frown.

While thinking of this, a shocking idea came to Sunny's head as she immediately searched for, 'Fu Hua's wife' on the internet. She read all the articles concerning the topic, but never saw Jia Li's name, in fact, nobody knew the name of Fu Hua's wife, as the latter and the Fu family had never divulged her name.

Sunny was getting a bit restless until she came across the pictures of Fu Hua's wife that were posted on the internet, and they were the pictures from the 1st birthday party of her Boss's daughter.

From all the pictures posted, no one could tell or show her what she was looking for. The person in the picture did not resemble Jia Li in any way.

Their hairstyles were different, and even though the side profile was seen in the picture, but it didn't look similar to Jia Li's because their make-up was very different.

'Could it be because it was a different person that made them up?'

Sunny was right because Jia Li puts on makeup by herself every morning, but during her special occasions in the Fu family, a professional makeup artist would doll her up, hence, the reason she looked different from her pictures on the net.
