Chapter 303 - Full Of Herself

Bai Fen pretended to care for her and comforted her in a sweet tone. FangSu felt loved by the way Bai Fen spoke to her.

As Bai Fen was about to hang up, FangSu remembered the reason for making that call.

"Aunty, I can't reach Jun, how is she?." FangSu asked in a concerned tone.

Bai Fen Chuckled and replied, "Jun is fine, but she is a little under the weather."

"She is sick? I will come over to see her." FangSu said immediately.

Bai Fen was alarmed and said to her, "Don't come over, It's useless as Jun won't be able to see you, wait till she has recovered."

"But I feel bad as we haven't been communicating for a long period. I, at least need to come over to visit her" FangSu said in a worried tone. Learning that her good friend was sick, she felt uneasy and wanted to visit.

Bai Fen was annoyed at how stubborn FangSu was. She was only being nice to her, because FangSu didn't seem to want to give up on the relationship she had with her daughter, despite all she had lost. But she was annoyed as she couldn't continue acting sweetly and tolerating her, especially now that she was trying to avoid her.

"FangSu, there is no need to visit. You can see Bai Jun when she has made full recovery. If you come over now, it's useless, and besides, your family is against this, so please stay at home and don't cause any more trouble. Let's talk another time." Bai Fen said and went on to hang up, to FangSu's surprise.

As brainless as FangSu was, the only thing she thought was wrong, was that Bai Fen was avoiding her because of her family. She got angry when she thought up to that point, but there was nothing she could do.

Anyway, she had no power in her family currently, and she needed a job, so she would go find one for herself. She didn't want to get help from anyone and decided to go job hunting herself to prove that she was capable of taking care of herself.

Going to FJ with full assurance to apply for a job, FangSu dressed in one of her expensive pants and accessories.

When Fu Hee saw her, she was curious and asked where she was going, dressed up like that.

"I'm going to find a job, I don't want to rely on grandfather's money, so he wouldn't have the right to freeze the money I worked hard for," FangSu replied arrogantly as she pats her straight shoulder-length hair.

"Oh... go ahead then." Fu Hee said and walked past her with a flask in her hand. She was dressed as well, and she seemed to be in a good mood.

FangSu saw the flask in her hand and asked, "Mum, where are you going to?."

"I'm going to your brother's house to visit Jia Li and my grandchild." Fu Hee replied happily and walked away without hesitation. As she has been allowed to visit once in a while, she was happy. And this was the first time she was going alone.

Due to that happiness, she personally made some healthy soup for Jia Li.

FangSu squeezed her face in a frown. She was jealous as her mother had no time for her and instead wanted to go and visit her enemy.

FangSu's love language is attention from people she loves and admires. And now that she was not getting it, she was clearly unhappy.

FangSu left the house angrily. She got into her car and drove away. Although her freedom was returned to her, it was a little restricted. She was not allowed to visit the Bai house, but it looks like that part didn't sink into her head because she thought of going to visit Bai Jun earlier.

Grandfather Fu asked her to get a job for herself, as he was no longer going to support her until he sees a positive change in her attitude.

The only money FangSu had in her account was all she could ever get. At least she had the sense to start looking for a job earlier before she runs out of money.

When FangSu got to FJ, she parked her car and got out of it with her expensive handbag ???? and a file with her. She strutted into the company in confidence and went straight to meet the receptionists there.

She told them what she came for and submitted her file to them. Normally, they would have turned her down. But her name sounded familiar to her, so they took her file from her to glance at her resumé.

Seeing that 'Fu' name printed beside her, that was a good start for her. The receptionists there smiled and treated her warmly. One of them quickly searched FangSu's name on the internet and read the short biography. She was shocked and immediately whispered to the one beside her...

"She is the CEO's younger sister."

That way, all the receptionists knew her identity. FangSu took off her sunshades and glanced at them with a proud look.

The receptionists thought that FangSu was humble and didn't want to use her connections to get employed, and they treated her respectfully.

"Miss, we will help you to submit your Resumé. We will keep you posted if there is any update."

FangSu pushed her sun-shades back to her eyes after she smiled at them, then she proceeded to leave her name card with them and walked away full of herself.

"Don't you think she is a little arrogant?." One of them asked with a frown.

"What do you know? I don't mind if she acts that way, she is so rich and came from a wealthy family, she has all the right to be arrogant." Another replied.

"Stop gossiping and get back to work, I will submit her Resumé." The other receptionists said and picked up FangSu's file and walked towards the elevator.

FangSu felt that she has already achieved a lot. She thought she has made it for herself and went out to celebrate. She went shopping before going to a restaurant to eat an expensive meal.

Before going back home, she has almost spent half of the money in her bank account.

When she got home, she was all smiles as the servants carried several shopping bags and followed after her.

When Butler Lu saw this scene, he sighed and shook his head in disappointment, and walked away.
