Chapter 230 - The Only One That Is Weird

Jia Li instinctively pushed his hands away. "Is that all you want?" She asked with an unafraid look.

Fu Hua smiled and added, "I want you to love me as I do."

"But I love you!" Jia Li blurted out with her gaze on him. Then she when she recalled that she had confessed her feelings to him, she blushed and looked away from his smiling gaze.

"Beautiful, what did you say?" Fu Hua asked as he moved her face to face him with a smile. He just heard her confess to him and he wanted to hear that again.

"I didn't say anything." Jia Li replied as she avoided eye contact with him. How could she repeat her words, I mean her confession?

"But I heard you say, you love me already. Is that true?" Fu Hua asked.

"You didn't hear well."? Jia Li insisted.

"That means you said something." Fu Hua said as he chuckled softly. Teasing his wife has always been fun.

Jia Li glared at him as she felt annoyed for teasing her.

"I heard you say you love me, I love you too." Fu Hua said as he caressed her face before drawing her face closer to him.

In that kind of ambiance, he was about to kiss her but she didn't let him. She put her hands on his chest to block him.

"Freshen up." Jia Li said to him.

"You really know how to ruin a good mood. You glare at your husband now, you scold him and you refuse him. Have I been spoiling you too much?" Fu Hua said as he let her go and messed her hair up.

"The last part is true and I chose it. Continue, don't slow down. Your baby is watching as well." Jia Li said as she caressed her abdomen.

"I want to speak to my child tonight, go and wash up." Fu Hua said as he helped her up.

'He wants to speak with the child?' Jia Li thought while making her way into the bathroom while Fu Hua stayed back to pack up the gifts he got for her.

Jia Li didn't seem to understand Fu Hua's logic of talking to their child when he wanted her to be half-naked.

"The baby can feel how intimate we are and grow happily." Fu Hua said while sitting up on the bed. His facial expressions were serious and it was hard for Jia Li to tell if he was lying.

"Where did you hear that from?" She asked.

"Have you forgotten the doctor mentioned that our child can feel our love for it and each other? It is also good for our child to grow happily. Don't you want our child to grow happily?" Fu Hua asked as he reached for her clothes.

Jia Li held his hand and said to him, "Wait... wait, I feel that you are deceiving. How can I be naked under the covers while you caress my abdomen and talk to our child? Is there no other way?"

"What are you afraid of, I'm not going to do what you're thinking." Fu Hua tried to convince her as he closed up on her.

Jia Li knew he was lying to her. She had an idea of what he wanted to do but she let him. Today was Valentine's Day she thought. It wouldn't be bad if she shows him a little love.

Under the covers, Fu Hua enjoyed caressing Jia Li's body. He kissed her cheek, arm while putting his hand underneath her nightdress to caress her legs.

"I can feel you communicating with the child." Jia Li voiced out.

Fu Hua chuckled as he could feel how annoyed she was.

"Don't think too much, I just want to touch and sleep naked with you." Fu Hus said.

Fu Hua really kept his promise. He only touched her a few times and hugged her to sleep. But the next morning when he woke up, his promise had already expired.

With his little brother troubling him, he needed to find a release after holding in for a long time. He was human, not a robot.

How was it possible to sleep half-naked with his wife under the covers and he won't have an erection? That's wasn't possible.

Jia Li woke up to his kisses and touches. She didn't need to ask to know he already wanted her, as she could feel his little brother poking her from behind.

Being the good wife that she was, she complied and gave herself up for sacrifice.

Fu Hua was particularly gentle as he loved her dearly on the bed. When they finished their deed, they rested in each other's arms before Jia Li got so pressed that she had to leave the bed.

After breakfast, Fu Hua took Jia Li to soak in Beverly warm Springs. Jia Li felt her muscles relax after soaking for a while. When they went back to their hotel room, Fu Hua helped her to put on some cream on her back, before they got dressed and left again to visit other places.

In the evening, Fu Hua took Jia Li to get another massage with essential oils, to help her relax and sleep properly.

On their way back to their hotel room, they decided to take a short walk, while the soldiers followed closely behind them.

"Can I take pictures of you?" Jia Li asked as she gazed at him with a smile.

"Why not? But I'm not a good model." Fu Hua reminded her.

"I don't mind." Jia Li said happily as she took out her phone to take pictures of him. She finally understood his warnings. He stood like a tree and had that cold gaze.

Jia Li tried to make him smile, and he said, "It's weird taking photos."

"It's not weird, you are the one that is weird." Jia Li said as she glanced through the pictures she took of him to see if there was any one good enough.

Fu Hua snatched her phone from her and glanced at the pictures she just took of him. "Ugly." He said with a frown and preceded to delete them.

Before Jia Li could protest, he had already handed her phone to one of the soldiers to take pictures of them.

Jia Li was still in a daze when she felt the pair of strong arms hug her from behind.

"If you want beautiful pictures, you have to smile." Fu Hua said as he kissed her ear lobe.

"I'm smiling, focus." Jia Li said to him immediately. She was embarrassed at how shameless he could be in public.

Quickly, Jia Li's mood changed and she was happy to take so many fun pictures with Fu Hua.

When they went back to their hotel suite, Jia Li couldn't get enough of staring at the pictures with a visible smile on her face.

"Why do you look so happy?" Fu Hua asked with a smile.

"I'm thinking of how much money I will make if I sell these pictures to the media since you banned them from taking pictures of you." Jia Li teased.

"You can only do that when you're sure you don't want to get out of bed for at least a week.." Fu Hua said as a smirk slowly turned up his lips.
