_Amus.e.m.e.nt:_ prohibition against keeping billiard halls for hire, except in case of hotels having twenty-five or more rooms for use of regular guests. Murphy _v._ California, 225 U.S. 623 (1912).

_Barber shops:_ a law forbidding Sunday labor except works of necessity or charity, and specifically forbidding the keeping open of barber shops. Pet.i.t _v._ Minnesota, 177 U.S. 164 (1900).
