Li Bingbing turned to Xia Meilin and frowned, "I should be the one crying so why are you the one crying?"

"If you won't cry when I'll be the one who'll cry for you!" She hugged her once again, "My brother is so stupid for not realizing how lucky he is to have you!"

Li Bingbing sighed, "You're such a baby."

"I'm not a baby!" Xia Meilin huffed as she pulled away from the hug. She wiped her tears before she showed her pinky finger to Li Bingbing, "No matter what, we will always be friends, okay?"

Li Bingbing smiled as she wrapped her pinky finger around hers, "Not friends, we're always going to be sisters."

Xia Meilin ended up smiling as she looked at their wrapped pinky fingers, "Ehehe... I have a sister."

"Stay here, I will call a.s.sistant Xu so that he can bring you home." Li Bingbing said as she stood up. "I know it's cold but I can't carry so-"

"It's because you're short!" Xia Meilin laughed. "Bingbing is so short! Short!"

Li Bingbing wanted to hit Xia Meilin for mentioning her height but she tried her best to control herself that's why she took a deep breath and forced out a smile, "It's not because I'm short, it's because you're heavy!"

"Who's heavy? I'm not heavy!"

"For a fragile girl like me, you are!" Li Bingbing exclaimed. "Don't go anywhere, okay?" She said firmly. "I'll be back soon."

Li Bingbing left Xia Meilin and hurriedly went to look for Xu Han, s.h.i.+ Fen's a.s.sistant.

Xia Meilin felt groggy at that time which made her lie down on the bench. All she wanted was just to sleep. She didn't mind the cool breeze blowing against her since her body was feeling hot. She covered her eyes with her arms as she tried to sleep.

Just then, Lu Yifeng entered the garden and saw Xia Meilin on the bench. After ending the call he received, he walked towards her.

Xia Meilin was wearing a baby pink dress with v neck design and this revealed her cleavage. Her porcelain-like skin looked smooth and soft and any men would be tempted to touch her.

Because of his sharp smelling ability, Lu Yifeng was able to smell the scent of alcohol mixed with vanilla from her.

Could she be drunk?

Since Xia Meilin was covering her eyes with her arm, Lu Yifeng wasn't able to see much of her face.

Lu Yifeng took his coat off before he placed it on top of her. It would be a problem if another man came and decided to take advantage of her.

"Bingbing... I'm thirsty..." The woman's soft voice entered Lu Yifeng's ears.

Instead of leaving her alone, Lu Yifeng went to sit on the other bench that was nearby. He couldn't bring Xia Meilin anywhere since he was sure that if he waited, someone might come looking for her. Aside from that, he just couldn't leave a helpless woman alone.

If no one would come, then Lu Yifeng didn't have a choice but to let Su Lei, his a.s.sistant, bring her to a room where she could be safe from others.

Lu Yifeng waited for a while and thought that no one was going to look for her that's why he called his a.s.sistant through the phone.

Although while he was talking with Su Lei, Li Bingbing came with a.s.sistant Xu.

Lu Yifeng was able to recognize Xu Han easily since he was s.h.i.+ Fen's, right-hand man.

Li Bingbing blinked a few times when she saw the coat on top of Xia Meilin. When she looked around, she saw no one.

Lu Yifeng already left the place at that time.

Xia Meilin was woken up by Xu Han and with his support, she was brought to the car together with Li Bingbing.

Li Bingbing had already told her parents that she was going ahead and she told the Xia elders that she would be taking Xia Meilin in her place.

On the way to Li Bingbing's place, she couldn't help but wonder who was the owner of the coat.

Li Bingbing couldn't leave the coat since no one was looking for it. Instead, she made Xia Meilin wear it so that it could warm her up from the cold weather.

She couldn't help but sigh in relief when the guy didn't take her away and do anything bad to her or else, Li Bingbing could have snapped.

When they arrived at her place, with Xu Han's help, Li Bingbing was able to bring Xia Meilin to her room.

"Thank you, Mr. Xu." Li Bingbing said with a smile.

"If you need anything else, just tell me." Xu Han said with a smile.

"Aye, sir." Li Bingbing said with a grin before she accompanied him until her doorstep.

After bidding goodbye to him, Li Bingbing went to help Xia Meilin to change her clothes since Xia Meilin was in a deep sleep already.

Just then, she heard a whistle. "d.a.m.n, you know that we are here right?"

Kuro's face appeared on her computer screen.

Li Bingbing rolled her eyes, "If you dare cheat on me by looking on my best friend's body, I'll pull out your intestines!"

A loud nervous gulp was heard from Kuro, "I was just joking, wifey." He disappeared after that.
