Li Bingbing's laugh was suddenly heard near them which made the trio turn their heads to her, "Oh sorry, sorry."

Li Bingbing went and stood beside her mother before she eyed s.h.i.+ Anhao from top to toe. s.h.i.+ Anhao was a beauty but it was obvious that her att.i.tude wasn't. Li Bingbing snickered, "Seriously? You were the sperm that won? Oh well, you must be born on a highway 'cause that's where most accidents happen."

Mu Xijiu pursed her lips together as she tried her best to contain her laugh. Although it wasn't fair if Li Bingbing was going to protect her whenever she was in need.

"My father won't really mind Xi'er but mom might. Don't worry, as long as I am with your mother, nothing will happen to her."

s.h.i.+ Fen patted her head, "Have you forgotten who I am? I always make sure that the people I love are protected well."

Mu Xijiu sighed, "That's enough you two. I am not a weak woman you know."

Li Bingbing raised an eyebrow in disbelief as the side of her lips curled up into a smirk, "Oh really?"

"Mr. s.h.i.+, give me your belt, let me show this daughter of mine how scary I can get." Mu Xijiu said with a dangerous smile on her lips.

Li Bingbing quickly used s.h.i.+ Fen as her s.h.i.+eld, "Daddy, please protect me, don't let mom turn into a beast!"

s.h.i.+ Fen chuckled at how Li Bingbing addressed him, he was getting used to it and he couldn't help but feel a warm sensation grow in his chest whenever she does. He turned to Mu Xijiu and smiled, "Sweetheart, be patient, you can undress me later after all of this is done... or would you rather want to skip this party with me?"

Mu Xijiu's face went at its deepest shade of red, "s.h.i.+ Fen, we have a child sitting with us!"

Li Bingbing pouted, "I am not a child anymore you know."

In the middle of the celebration, the newly wedded couples danced in the middle of the dancefloor while Xia Meilin played a piece that she made for them on the piano.

Xia Meilin was wearing a mask at that time and all the attention of the guests were focused on s.h.i.+ Fen and Mu Xijiu.

After she played a piece for them, Xia Meilin noticed Li Bingbing walking out of the place, holding a bottle of wine.
