Later that day, Xia Meilin was staring at the lovers that were in front of her. They looked closer than before and Xia Meilin was even able to notice the faint mark on Li Bingbing's neck.

It was awkward for Xia Meilin to be in the same room with them, especially knowing that she felt like she was being a third wheel.

The Xia elders entered the dining room and sat on their respective seats.

"Xiao Bing, how are you and your mother in the place that we suggested for the both of you?" Ji Ruo asked with a smile on her lips.

"The place is wonderful, grandma. I'm really grateful to receive your help."

Since Ji Ruo's eyesight was as sharp as an eagle, she was able to notice the love mark on Li Bingbing's neck.

Well, Li Bingbing was proud of the mark that's why she didn't bother hiding it.

"As much as I want to have a grandchild, finis.h.i.+ng your studies is important so make sure that you finish them first, okay?"

Xia Sinian's cheeks red when he heard what his grandmother said. He was feeling so embarra.s.sed at this.

But with Li Bingbing knowing no shame, she smiled calmly, "Grandma, I have already taken precautions. Don't worry, my goal is to finish my studies first and be a woman that Sisi can be proud of."

Ji Ruo and Xia Jiamu nodded in agreement when they heard this, it made them accept Li Bingbing more in the family.

Even if Xia Meilin had already know Li Bingbing's personality, she still couldn't help but be amazed by her that she sometimes wanted to give her a clap for it. Sometimes, she even wondered how she ended up becoming her friend again?

"Sisi, here are the tickets," said Li Bingbing with a wide grin on her face. She waved the tickets as if they were fans and held one in each of her hands. She loved the actors and actresses partic.i.p.ating in this movie, so she figured that the movie should be good.

"Let's go," said Xia Sinian with a smile as he held her hand. He was holding a box of popcorn on his other hand. As they made their way in, Li Bingbing would occasionally maneuver around his body to steal a piece or two of popcorn. At the rate she's eating the popcorn, it would be finished before they sat down!

The two entered the movie theater and went to sit at the last row in the room. Surprisingly, the theater lacked people. Every row, which consisted of 20 seats, had three or four people in it. Li Bingbing deliberately chose the seats in the back. In Li Bingbing's opinion, the seats at the back were the best, mainly because it lacked people. Soon, the world dimmed and the adverts that played a couple hundred times stopped.

"Tch, they should just run away instead of being curious," commented Li Bingbing with a huff, "I swear if I were there, I'd be long gone. Why do people in movies always find the fastest way to get themselves killed?"

They were currently watching a thriller movie. Li Bingbing forgot to check over the movie's reviews, mainly because she doesn't come to the theater often. Li Bingbing bought the tickets of this movie the cover was appealing. Never was the statement don't judge a book, or rather movie, by its cover more correct…

"Oh my G.o.d! This guy is an idiot. Why does he have to come back?" She continued while eating her share of popcorn. Earlier, Xia Sinian had to buy another box of popcorn because Li Bingbing demolished the first box before the movie even started.

Xia Sinian sighed as he kept hearing Li Bingbing's complains and rude comments that flew out of her mouth only to bombard his poor ears. Pieces of wet popcorn escaped her mouth because she kept talking while stuffing her mouth. But he didn't think much of it; instead, he was busy thinking of a way to tell Li Bingbing that he was going to leave by the end of the week with his family. Thoughts and unlikely scenarios played in his mind until the movie ended.

"This movie sucks, but the actors and actresses are so good that I feel bad for them," said Li Bingbing as they left the theater together, holding hands. " By the way, Sisi, where should we have lunch?"

Hearing no answer from him, she turned and saw him in deep thoughts. She stared at his cute, round face and eyes for a second because they were captivating. After setting aside her thoughts, she shook his shoulder, "Sisi?"

Xia Sinian's train of thought crashed, and he came back to reality when Li Bingbing called his name. He turned to her, his eyes glued on hers, with a dumbfounded look on his face, "Yes?" A cold sweat slid down his neck when Li Bingbing put on an inquisitive face.

Li Bingbing's eyes narrowed, "What are you thinking about? Don't say nothing; I can clearly see that you're thinking of something."

Xia Sinian sighed. His plans to tell Li Bingbing about his trip failed because of Li Bingbing's sharpness. Should he tell her now? Li Bingbing was clearly in a good mood, but he was still tentative.

Looking at Li Bingbing's curious gaze, Xia Sinian gave up, "My family and I will be leaving for New Zealand by the end of this week."

"What...?" Li Bingbing was in a daze because his words caught her off guard. Her eyes and mouth slowly opened wider and wider.

"We're leaving." Xia Sinian whispered the words as he didn't want them to be true. Standing in front of her, Xia Sinian put hands on Li Bingbing's shoulders.

It was as if a clap of thunder struck down Li Bingbing when Xia Sinian repeated his words. Tears started forming on the side of her eyes that turned red, "You... You're breaking up with me?" It wasn't even a month and yet is Xia Sinian already tired of her? Her mind blanked out, and all reason escaped her.

"..." How in the world did his words turn to 'breaking up with her?' Did Li Bingbing hit her head? This girl always finds a way to make him speechless.

Fearing that he'd escape from her if she didn't take action, Li Bingbing hugged him to the point where both they both ran out of breath, "Sisi! Please don't leave me!"

Because of Li Bingbing's sudden outburst, the people that were pa.s.sing by couldn't help but give them a glance out of mere curiosity.

Xia Sinian panicked and felt embarra.s.sed because of the unwanted attention, "I-I'm not going to break up with you..."

"But you said that you're leaving me!" Li Bingbing cried even louder. At some point, a crowd of people surrounded the couple. Faces of pity, disappointment, and confusion pierced holes through Xia Sinian.

Why was a fat boy like him making a pretty girl like Li Bingbing cry?

Xia Sinian sighed. He ran his index across both of her pretty eyes and wiped her tears away, "My family will just be spending the vacation in New Zealand. We'll be back a week before the end of the summer break."

Relief sprinkled in her eyes when the last words left his mouth, "You're not breaking up with me?" Li Bingbing wanted to be sure.

"I'm not. Why would I break up with the girl I love?" Xia SInian said those words slowly to allow them to sink into Li Bingbing's head.

Li Bingbing's cheeks turned to the brightest shade of red. Her heart raced faster than ever, and her lips pursed upwards, "You can't. You won't be able to find someone prettier and more awesome than me."

"Yes, yes, you're special," said Xia Sinian with a soft smile on his lips. Xia Sinian handed her a handkerchief that was in his pocket, "Now then, where were we?"

"We're about to go have lunch," said Li Bingbing, wiping the mess off her face.
