276 I Can

"Wait I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to do that." Zhao Wei shouted as he tried to exit the small s.p.a.ce. When he tried to stand up however, he found himself spinning as his attempt had suddenly launched him into a black flip, the other leg somehow found itself connecting with Matt's chest sending him hurtling.

"Wait wait! I didn't mean that!" Landing on the ground, Zhao Wei tried to dash towards Matt to catch him before he fell. But it was safe to say that if even the act of standing could launch him into the air, his current attempt did far more than just that as it turned him into a human bullet.

He couldn't even react in time to his own strength as his body collided into Matt's, eliciting more than a few loud cracks from his body before both of them continued on their path down the mountain, ramming into homes, piles of fruit, and more than anything else for some reason, other apes.

And it was fine when Zhao Wei was the way he was when he was reacting less with society. But being him, every time he accidentally hurt somebody who was innocent, his subconscious reaction was to go help them and apologize. But now because of his uncontrolled burst of strength, those reactions turned into a deadly game for all of the current residents.

It took him less than 3 minutes to realize that his attempts were just inflicting more injuries and with one leap decided to take himself far away from the crowd. But it was already three minutes too long as what he left had turned into a field of devastation with several groaning apes on the floor.

And so he landed in a spot where there was nothing and no one around from him to break.

When he left most of the residents sighed in relief, especially those who had yet to be hit by this walking catastrophe. G.o.d knows if they'd have been included in the list of victims if he'd stayed just a few seconds longer.

It didn't take long for Greg to spot Matt who's body was in shambles.

[I told you he was a d#ck.] Matt groaned with the little bit of strength he had left.

Greg looked at the state of his friend and just shrugged. [Y'know, I don't think he meant to do anything to you.]

[You're still defending him!? Uh!] Matt shouted, regretting that very action almost immediately as he felt his rib pierce further into his lung.

[I'm not defending him, just stating a fact, besides you're the one who wanted to come here to prove he was a d%ck in the first place, so even if he was a d#ck not that I'm saying he is, you got exactly what you came here for so I don't see what you're so mad about.] Greg spoke indifferently as he kicked around his friend's mangled leg, curious to see if there was any feeling left in it.

[Oh f$%k off Greg!] Matt snapped.

[Okay.] At those words Greg directly decided to walk away, already deciding what he was going to eat. Fighting for such a long time was fun and all, but he had to admit he missed eating delicious food.

[Wait! wait!]

[Hmm?] Greg turned to his friend who was hollering at him in panic.

[Could you throw me up first?] Matt gingerly asked.

[Oh! suddenly mister tough guy needs my help? So which one you want me to do? f#$k off or throw you up? cause honestly I think we're getting chimichangas today and I really don't want to be last in line.]

[Fine I'm sorry! happy!?]

[Ecstatic.] Greg replied with naked sarcasm as he picked his friend up.

[Oh and save a chimichanga...] Matt's voice grew smaller as he looked at his friend's disapproving face. [What? it's a chimichanga, you can't blame a guy for trying.]

[Yes I can Matt.] Greg stepped on one of his dangling legs, quite purposely as well as he grind on it's bones with is heel until it snapped. It was a little better since he already had no feeling in it, but Matt could more or less feel the deep resentment Greg was holding against him. [I very much can.]
