Chapter 766: Kill, Steal, Change

The more Sezsny did not wish to bump into the Divine Beast Blackscaled Axeblade, the more Xia Fei wanted to lure it toward him. This was yet another habit of Xia Fei, never letting his enemies succeed.

*Rumble*

Like a train running on tracks, the Blackscaled Axeblades appearance was accompanied by an earth shattering blast. This was a Divine Beast that was well over a hundred miles in length; destruction and mayhem followed it wherever it went.

Xia Fei knew very well that using the Delusion technique to create a clone with Furball could only temporarily inconvenience the enemy. As time passed, he would inevitably give the ruse away. If he wanted to be victorious, he would have to advance while facing death head-on and turn the battlefield into utter chaos, so much so that Sezsny had no way of grasping control!

*Whoosh*

Xia Fei was still darted left and right in the cavern, as the thousands of segmented body parts of the Blackscaled Axeblade dove into the mist, using a simple yet rough manner to act unreasonably, further fueling the havoc.

Depressed!

Extremely depressed!

Sezsny was hating Xia Fei to the bone right now! He hid in the mist, coldly breathing hard.

Everything had its pros and cons, and the Law of Mist was not perfect. Using the law could indeed thicken the mist in the surroundings, hiding within making himself impossible to be found.

The hardest thing about this law, however, was controlling a big mist. Once he lost control of that, Sezsny would have a hard time revealing himself to everyone, and so the Law of Mist would lose its effect in hiding his physical self.

Xia Fei had attracted the Divine Beast Blackscaled Axeblade. This Divine Beast had no capabilities to speak of, except to be an expert in throwing the battlefield into a state of pandemonium. As it rolled about its body in that thick mist, the mist became even harder to control, and Sezsny had to devote his full concentration toward it just to control the volume and area it covered.

While he was distracted with gathering the mist, the power of his attacks, which were infused with the Law of Flash Blitz, got greatly reduced. As there was a limit to the level of concentration a warrior possessed, Sezsny poured all his energy toward hiding himself, so how could he be paying any additional attention to attacking?!

Xia Fei knew very well that no matter how capable his enemy was, what he must do should naturally be the thing that they were least willing to happen! There was no need for reason or logic. The biggest reason was just to inflict the greatest suffering to his enemy!

The pandemonium the Divine Beast Blackscaled Axeblade created on the battlefield was even more effective than what Xia Fei had hoped for. As energy flew, Sezsny desperately did what he could do to maintain his stealth state.

He did not have the speeds that Xia Fei possessed, able to evade the attacks of the Blackscaled Axeblade very easily. As such, Sezsny could only rely on his mist, and the moment that failed, what protection he had would go along with it!

Hahaha! Well done! Using that huge thing to keep messing around with Sezsnys law power, how did I not think of it? Oro marveled in glee.

Xia Fei did not share the demon lords optimism, though, for he was facing the heavy assaults from both Sezsny and the Blackscaled Axeblade. Though the latter had occupied much of the formers concentration, he should still be able to find time to attack Xia Fei with what strength he had to spare when he could. That high speed Law of Flash Blitz was still a huge threat to Xia Fei!

*Whoosh*

An appalling black light flashed once more, cleaving down on Xia Feis lower torso at the speed of one hundred thousand meters per second!

The Law of Mist and the Law of Flash Blitz were all subsidiary under the Law of Darkness, so this mist was the users control of Darkness, while the Law of Flash Blitz magnified the speed of the darkness many times over! It was so quick that even a superspeed warrior like Xia Fei had trouble avoiding it!

Law of Primal Chaos!

Since he was now backed into a corner, Xia Fei decided to just go for it! He decided to clash head-on against this swift Law of Darkness attack with his Law of Primal Chaos!

*Boom*

A loud explosion ensued. A portion of the law force from the Law of Darkness Sezsny released got mitigated by Xia Fei, while the rest got reflected back!

As Xia Fei gained greater comprehension of the Law of Primal Chaos, the combat strength of it increased substantially as well. At present, it could not only reverse and nullify the law power of others, it could sometimes create a backlash, too. It was just that Xia Fei had not yet made sense of how to control this backlash.

Argh!

Sezsny, who was still within the mist, let out a pained cry. He originally thought that Xia Fei was merely a speed warrior, so he truly did not expect the latter to possess an outstanding power that could disrupt others law powers. As such, the Flash Blitz that he could unleash became very ineffectual; even if Xia Fei did not choose to evade the attack actively, he could use that law power of his to disrupt or even reflect it back!

It was said that the Darkpearl Clan was the mortal enemy of the Skywing Clan, but such a statement only applied to the average speed warrior, and Xia Fei was an exception. This was because Xia Fei belonged to the handful of warriors in the mortal plane
