When Xie Yuansheng saw nanny taking away the baby, he said, "Keira, why do you have to give the baby to nanny. Make her sleep with us."

"Xie Yuansheng, you people have come after a long time and I want to talk to you. Rongrong is a naughty child. She has kept Shengjun and me awake yesterday all night. Shengjun needs some rest now. He had come home late and had been with her non-stop for almost twelve hours now. So if Rongrong will stay with the nanny, we are going to get some rest," replied Keira as she went and sat next to Xie Shengjun who smiled at her. His eyes were looking red because of less sleep. 

Xie Yuansheng couldn't say anything to that because his older brother really liked he needed rest. "In that case let us go Feng Xinying and let brother take some rest," he suggested. 

"No! You people have come after so long. You are not leaving. In case I want to sleep, I will go inside," ordered Xie Shengjun. 

The couple in front of him smiled. They couldn't go against his orders. 

It was Keira who talked mainly about how Rongrong had been doing and what all changes were there in her. She lamented that perhaps she had started recognizing Xie Shengjun as her mommy instead of her. 

Xie Yuansheng laughed and felt excited again. Even he would become mommy of his kids. 

They must have talked for half an hour when Xie Shengjun couldn't take it anymore. He announced, "I am going to sleep." Then he looked at Keira and said shamelessly, "But I need my wife near me in bed."

Keira replied as shamelessly, "Sure dear. Will join you in some time."

Feng Xinying shook her head at the shameless couple. They were just too adorable. 

The nanny came and said that it was Rongrong's feeding time. Keira took her baby and fed her after covering herself with a shawl. Xie Yuansheng went away to the main living room and poured himself a gla.s.s of whiskey. He saw that the nanny had come there to collect the clothes of the baby that were littered there. He stared at her and something about her was slightly off. He thought perhaps just because he was so biased with the nannies, he was finding her off. So he brushed off the idea. The nanny didn't meet her eyes with him and quietly left. He noticed that she spoke very less. 

Once Keira had fed the baby, she gave her back to the nanny and then said, "Xinying, I am also going to sleep. See you later babes."

Feng Xinying nodded and said, "Sure, I understand and thanks for explaining Xie Yuansheng. I hope he changes his mind."

"Don't worry, he will once he would know what are the benefits. You will definitely need help around the house with the baby because there is no elder in the family. Also if Xie Yuansheng insists on not getting a nanny, consider mine as a gift to you. Then he won't be able to say a word." 

Feng Xinying laughed at Keira's cute scheme. She was a true friend indeed. They hugged and Keira left to join her husband. As soon as she reached the bedroom, she jumped beside him. Sensing her presence, he curled his hands around her and kissed her on her head. "Thank you darling," he whispered and they slept. 

Xie Yuansheng finished his whiskey quickly and the two of them left. From the corner of his eyes he looked at how the nanny was singing a lullaby to the baby. In his heart he felt warm but he didn't show it in his eyes. 

When they were coming back, Feng Xinying said, "See these are the benefits of having a baby-sitter." 

"Hmm…" he replied and looked outside the window. He remembered that in his home, despite having many servants, his mother always did the ch.o.r.es about him and his older brother on her own. She groomed them personally and that is why the brothers were extremely close to their mother. But times change…"I will give a thought about it," he said. 

Feng Xinying held his hand and patted it. "Thanks darling. I won't insist now but yes the benefits outweighs a lot."

"Hmm…"

Two days later, Xie Shengjun called Xie Yuansheng. He was sounding very nervous, "Rongrong has been taken to the hospital."

"What? How did this happen? I mean why?" asked an equally nervous Xie Yuansheng. 

"She has had a severe case of diarrhea. I don't know how. She is only on her mother's milk."

Xie Yuansheng was sitting in his office, but he left the office building immediately and went to see Xie Rong at the hospital she was admitted in. When he reached there, she saw that Xie Shengjun was standing with the doctor while Keira was standing with Feng Xinying. They both looked nervous. The nanny was also standing a little far away from them. Xie Yuansheng looked at the room in front of which all of them were standing. It was a VIP room and he could see little Rongrong lying on the bed with a tube coming out of her mouth. His heart went out. 

The doctor was explaining to Keira, "Right now the baby's condition has been taken under control but you have to be careful in what you are eating. Whatever you will eat is going to directly affect the baby. So did you eat anything wrong yesterday?" 

Keira shook her head. "No doctor, my diet is strictly prescribed by the nutritionist, and the chefs at home take care of the food preparation strictly. I just don't remember eating anything unhealthy. As a matter of fact, I have stopped going out for parties or outings only because of Xie Rong."

The doctor nodded in confusion. He said, "Okay, we will take a blood test. She will be fine within a day and you can take her back tomorrow morning. But tonight she will stay in the hospital under observation." 

"Okay…" replied Xie Shengjun who looked like he could cry now.
