Chapter 794

Thanos wasnt losing patience even though he was being surrounded by so many heroes! He was a powerful figure that had already survived endless slaughters, so no matter how bad his current situation might be, he wouldnt lose composure!

Among the three heroes that surrounded him in place, he was most wary of the one that used the huge scythe as Thanos could feel endless energy coming from his human body. Then, Thor, the G.o.d of Thunder, came close in second as Thanos knew that Thors thunder could strike him down if he wasnt careful.

Steve was the least of Thanos worries as he didnt think highly of Steve. Regardless of Steves worthiness to wield Mjolnir, Steve was still a human with so many flaws. After all, the other two might be capable of slaying Thanos, but no matter how hard Steve tried, he would never be able to do so.

This was the reason why Thanos focused mostly on Dio and Thor. Nevertheless, Thanos still got injured from time to time, and of course, Dio wouldnt overlook this, so he didnt give Thanos time to catch a breath!

Meanwhile, Tony was also trying his best to keep Thanos army out of the battlefield so that Dio, Thor, and Steve could fight Thanos without worrying about anything else. Still, Tony did send a couple of rockets in Thanos way when he had the chance.

Thanos helmet was already destroyed by Steves previous relentless attack, but it was all because Thanos was caught off guard by Steves sudden change in combat style after picking up Mjolnir. If Steve couldnt pick up Mjolnir earlier, he would have no qualification to join this battle and would probably be better off fighting the mobs.

Meanwhile, Thanos and Dio were caught in another scuffle! Steve immediately threw Mjolnir towards Thanos to distract him once again. This time, Thanos was already prepared for Steves distraction and tilted his head just enough to avoid Mjolnir that was hurled towards his head. The Mjolnir came hurling towards Dios body as it missed Thanos.

Dio reacted subconsciously and protected himself with his scythe. Mjolnir immediately fell to the ground as it hit Dios scythe, but Thanos immediately attacked Dio at the same time. Dio blocked Thanos attack and evaded Thanos attempt to get ahold of Dios head.

Dio evaded it by deleting the future using [King Crimson]s power, but it didnt work! Its the same as [The World]s power, and apparently, all time-related power wouldnt work right now.

Instead, Dio took Mjolnir and blocked Thanos hand with it! Dios body was immediately enveloped by thunder as he wielded Mjolnir in his hand. Thors power surged inside his body, and Dio charged it into his scythe.

Now, [Reapers Gaze] was even more powerful than before as the Cosmic Energy inside Mjolnir was also inside it!

What the h.e.l.l is happening? Thor said with a frown on his face as he saw Dio wield Mjolnir. He didnt even expect Steve could wield Mjolnir, and now he saw Dio could also do the same thing!

But the truth was that Dio could hold Mjolnir from a long time ago, but he didnt do out of consideration for Thors baby ego.

Nevertheless, as Thor sensed the intense cosmic energy inside Dio, his frown was even more evident as the energy Dio released was far more powerful than he ever did! It was like Dio was the real G.o.d of Thunder!

Dio himself smiled bitterly as he now thought that the destruction of Asgard might be a good thing. Otherwise, the Asgardians would consider him the future king of Asgard simply because anyone who could wield Mjolnir had the opportunity to become the next King of Asgard!

This was also one of the reasons why Loki would never be crowned as the King of Asgard in the past!

Thor couldnt wrap his head around what happened here, but he knew that it didnt matter right now! Even if Dio claimed to be the real G.o.d of Thunder, Thor knew that he would outlive Dio in the end! No human would be able to outlive a G.o.d after all!

Nevertheless, Dio threw several curses as he never intended to wield Mjolnir, but now the water was already under the bridge! Then Dio swung Mjolnir towards Thanoss face, knocking him down to the ground.

Hey, dont get the wrong idea! Mjolnir is the one who tempted me to wield it! Dio said with a frown on his face as he tried to explain why he could wield Mjolnir to Steve and Thor. Steve was confused, but he didnt really need Dios explanation as Mjolnir itself wasnt his to begin with. But as for Thor, he just smiled awkwardly at Dio as he didnt know what to say.

It doesnt matter! We have to defeat Thanos no matter what right now! Steve said as he focused everyones attention on Thanos again. Dio nodded and turned his attention to Thanos again, and so did Thor.

I have to say that your effort is commendable, earthling! You have a lot of tricks, but it wasnt enough! Thor said as he stood once again. His armor was tattered from the Avengers relentless attack, and he even coughed out some blood as the result of Dios last attack.

Wasnt enough? Havent you kissed the ground enough by now? Can you withstand another attack from us? Stop lying, you cunning sack of s.h.i.+t! Dio coldly said fearlessly.

Yes, it is over! But for you, not for us! Steve added.

Why are we still talking here! We have to kill him quickly, cut off his head, and be done with it! I want to get drunk after this! Thor said annoyedly.

Dio sighed and threw Mjolnir towards Thanos, hitting him on the head! Mjolnir bounced and landed on Steves hand. Steve also threw Mjolnir and hit Thanos in the head again! Mjolnir bounced once again and now landed on Thors hand! Thor threw it too and hit Thanos head again! The Three of the Mjolnir wielders kept throwing and catching Mjolnirs without pause, smas.h.i.+ng Thanos head repeatedly!

It was endless, and Thanos found it hard to escape it!
