Partly because she needed money right now and partly because she had learned that the stock price of the company that Gu Jiangxin had spent most of his life on had plummeted. She realized that there was no guarantee in managing a company.

After weighting all the pros and cons, she asked for addition two-story house within the Second Ring Road and finally agreed to the transfer of her share of stocks.

This was probably the best option for her.

She would spend of her assets in the development of her pre-school, half of them in investment in the housing market, and the remaining cash saved in the bank.
