The baby snow dragon, who has now given the name of Guinevere commented.

"MEOW"

[She needs some exercise. But if you insist, do you want us to ride you instead? Let us see how great a legendary snow dragon was. HAHA..]

Mu Lingxi badly wanted to shut the mouth of the two cute beasts near her. It was like her ears were starting to grom some calluses after hearing them gave snide remarks to one another.

Both of Mu Lingxi's feet were sore and it was aching from all that walking that she did. Thankfully, she managed to find her way back.

When she finally finds the familiar path, Mu Lingxi almost wanted to kiss the road in delight. She did not dare wander anymore and decided to went back to the boy's dormitory.

Little did she know that all that 'getting lost' and 'not finding the way back' situation was just an illusion made by the snow dragon.

If it would have been made known to Mu Lingxi that she had been played at and she had fallen victim to a spoiled brat's petty little tricks, will she knock the fluffy white creature out of her shoulder?

I guess not, for She certainly had a soft spot for those adorable creatures in her heart.

When Mu Lingxi arrived, the room was still empty, Her other dorm mates have yet to return from their night out in Majika.

Mu Lingxi went on her usual routine in reading books as she lay on her bed. While she had Ja.n.u.s and Guinevere to share the remaining meat jerky left in the storage ring.

As usual, Ja.n.u.s was eating his portion with a bad heart. One thing that he really hates is eating meat jerky. He finds this food too bland and the taste is definitely appalling.

But left with no choice, he still chewed his food in an exaggerated way as he cursed the snow dragon sitting across him

"MEOW"

[If not because of the sudden arrival of this annoying thing. I would have had a sumptuous meal outside tonight... Ahrrggg. Thinking about the roasted chicken with its natural oil oozing out from its meat with every bite makes my stomach angrier!!!!]

"MEOW"

[How I wish I could roast this small little thing as a compensation on my hunger.]

Before Ja.n.u.s could delve deeper into his feeling of lamentation, the snow dragon interrupted him.

"Do you want me to roast you instead???" I can hear you from here!"

"MEOW"

[Hmmp!]

After an hour or two, the other occupants of the room also arrived. It was unclear whether they happen to spend their night together at the Majika or if they just met along their way. But the group went back to their room, together.

Even Chan Gu was with them, and he still had that bright and huge smile on her face. He does not appear to be exhausted at all. From how it looks, it was obvious that something good happened to him.

Just what could have possibly happened to make him in such a good mood like that? To the point that the smile on his face cannot be erased

The group of warlocks was still in high spirits as they continued to chat in merriment.

"Haixt! So noisy! Can't you tone it down???! I'm trying to rest here!"

Out of the blue, they heard an annoyed little voice.

"Su Yan is that you who speak???"

Yun Xue inquired with a raised eyebrow.

"No, it's not me...."

"I knew it was not Su Yan. It certainly does not sound like his voice at all. It's definitely someone else"

Long Yue said as he looked around the room.

"You're right. It's not him, it's me... I'm over here. Do you have a problem with that???"

Guinevere answered as she shows herself. Apparently she was snuggling in the bed next to Mu Lingxi's pillow.

She was just about to fall asleep when the noisy group of warlock barge in and disrupted her beauty rest.

"Snow dragon????"

Just like how Mu Lingxi and Ja.n.u.s reacted when they first saw the snow dragon, the group of warlocks also gasped in shock when they see the baby snow dragon again.

More importantly, it was resting inside their dormitory!

"What are you doing here?"

Long Yue asked when he recovered from his shock.

"It's none of your business..."

Guinevere answered back before returning to her sleeping position.

"..." Long Yue and the rest of the group.

'Thank the heaven you were born cute. If not, I would have wrung your neck for talking to be like that...'

Long Yue thought to himself. Since the snow dragon has no plan in explaining her self, Long Yue and others stared at Mu Lingxi instead. Waiting to hear an explanation from their friend.

As expected, Mu Lingxi recounted everything that happened to her and Ja.n.u.s at that night. She told them everything, not leaving a single detail.

"You mean to say, the snow dragon just appear out of the blue saying that the old hermit told him to do so?"

Long Yue summarises Mu Lingxi's story.

"Uhmmm..."

Mu Lingxi nodded her head to show her answer to Long Yue's question.

"Don't you find the situation a bit suspicious??? Why will the old hermit do such thing???"

It was Fan Lei who first express his doubt about the matter.

"I don't know either. Just like the rest of you, I also don't know the reason why the old hermit did that. I tried sounding out the snow dragon on our way here, but it seems that she also doesn't have any idea. Since the snow dragon was already here. I cannot just abandon her and let her be."

"Yeah...  You got a point there. Besides, we still got some use with the snow dragon. Don't forget that we still need her help in Luna's condition once she managed to successfully awaken her ability in soul beguilement"

Long Fuzi agreed to Mu Lingxi and supported her right away
