I stretched my arms up and winced as something in my back cracked. Lord above I'm only eighteen but I have the body of a f.u.c.king ninety year old. I sighed as I plopped down in a barrel facing the moon. My stomach grumbles. I didn't eat anything for the whole day so that I could provide the crew members with food as we are rationing. They need it more than me anyways. I closed my eyes once more as the sound of the waves slightly tapping on the bottom of the s.h.i.+p filled my ears.

"Aren't you cold like that my dear wife?"

I turned to see a familiar sight face me. Baron walked towards me dressed in his usual reddish coat, black slacks, white blouse, and captain hat. A smirk decorated the bottom of his handsome face. His green eyes glistened as the silky blonde hair on his head fluttered with the air. I manually shut my mouth closed as I flushed. d.a.m.n it, the b.a.s.t.a.r.d must've noticed me gawking at him. But he truly was beautiful. Even more so than the white full moon facing me.

I stood up. JESUS CHRIST SINCE WHEN HAVE I BECOME SUCH A FANGIRL OF A b.a.s.t.a.r.d!

I sighed and plopped back down. The sound of a barrel being dragged against the wooden deck filled my ears. I smiled as Baron plopped down on the barrel next to me. He stared ahead at the full moon with me.

Just like a forest after the rain, his eyes resembled a dewy leaf. They sparkled as they unwaveringly looked ahead. Just looking at his eyes one can feel at ease. I felt my worries melt away as I watched him. Baron also had a calming presence which surrounds him.

I chuckled. Look at me now. A couple of months ago I would have slapped the current me and said that he was a pervert. We've sure come a long way from that time.

"The full moon is beautiful tonight, now isn't it Mila?"

I nodded as I looked at Baron. Baron exhaled as he took off his hat and tuned to face me. His teeth slightly showed as he smiled. I felt my heart skip a f.u.c.king beat. Jesus Christ, I don't need a coat anymore this man's beauty has warmed me enough to feel as if it's summer.

Baron leaned in as he softly said.

"The moon is beautiful but my dear Mila's beauty can not be compared."

I flushed as Baron took one of my loose hairs and twirled it around his index finger. For some reason the action in itself felt embarra.s.sing. Baron then brought his barrel close to mine as he faced me. He then took off my captain hat and set it on the deck. Baron chuckled as he reached over. I pushed him away.

"What the f.u.c.k do you think you're doing?"

"Always so p.r.i.c.kly and violent my dear Mila."

Baron then wrapped his arms around me and carried me. He then placed me on is lap facing him. Our faces were only inches away. Baron smiled slightly as he said.

"Now I could see your face more under the moonlight. You truly do always take my breath away. I can't help but let my eyes follow your every move."

I swear to G.o.d that running a marathon would not raise my heart rate as much as this man's words did. Baron's strong arms wrapped themselves around my waist as he rested his head on my chest.

"Hmm? Well this is a surprise. Your chest seems to have grown slightly since the last time I've touched them- Ow! That was a compliment!"

My fist stung as the top of Baron's head started to have a b.u.mp. He had to ruin the mood. Baron sighed before he rested his head on my heartbeat once more. He then mumbled.

"Why do I love such a violent and mean woman."

I smiled as I ran my fingers through his hair. The yellow color was gorgeous just like that of the sun's rays. It shone brightly under the moonlight. Maybe I actually do like this f.u.c.ker. I bent down and kissed the top of his head softly. I felt Baron move slightly under me as he pulled back and looked at me with flushed cheeks. I chuckled. How cute.

"Does my dear Mila hate me?"

I looked down at his pouting slightly teary face. Lord above how could I say no to such a cutie! I shook my head as I hugged him close to my chest. I then whispered in his hair.

"I do not hate you."

Baron chuckled as he said.

"Then did my dear Mila fall for me?"

I flushed as I quickly said.

"Don't push it b.i.t.c.h."

Baron's laughter vibrates against my chest as I smiled.

"I have not fallen for you Baron, but I do like you."

Baron quickly pulled back as he looked at me with widened eyes.

"Wait, my dear Mila you like me?"

I flushed as the weight of my words got to me. My hands started flailing as I stuttered.

"I mean... I like you more than when we first met.... it didn't mean that I love you though.."

Baron chuckled as his eyes pierced my soul. He then lifted his hand and touched my cheek. His large hand warm as I nuzzled my cheek on it. I then placed my hand on the one which held my cheek. I felt my heart beat quicken as Baron used his other hand to pull me down closer to him. Our faces were only a few inches apart.

I felt all reason slip out of my mind as all I saw was Baron. Baron licked his lips as the hand clasping my cheek slid over to rub my bottom lip. I s.h.i.+vered as he chuckled. I pouted. This f.u.c.ker was teasing me! I then pulled his collar upwards as I landed my lips on his. Baron's eyes widened before they close slightly. Baron raised his hands to hold the sides of my neck as he pushed the heat from his mouth into mine. Our lips moved in sync as we acquainted ourselves with each other. A sweet sugary taste filled my mouth as Baron's tongue intertwined with mine. Euphoria filled me as we continued to kiss. After a few minutes I pulled away as I struggled to breathe. Baron hugged and puffed as well as we looked at each other. His cheeks were slightly flushed as his slightly closed eyes darkened. Baron then chuckled as he he rested his head on my chest once more. Despite the fact that we had kissed before, this felt like my first kiss with Baron. Was it because I also had feelings for Baron? Baron sighed.

"Baron?"

"You really aren't fair Mila. What a wicked woman. I can't believe that you have taken advantage of me in such a way."

I smiled as I looked at the red tips of Baron's ears. I chuckled as I patted his head.

"Yes I am a wicked woman Baron. Are you still willing to love a woman as wicked as me?"

Baron chuckled as he answered.

"What a direct question."

Baron then pulled back and clasped my hands as he kissed the top of them.

"Even if you were the most wicked woman in the world, my heart would still beat only for you."

I flushed as I pushed Baron's head on my chest.

"Mila?"

"Shut up. You can't see my face right now."

Baron laughed as he said.

"Is my dear wife ashamed of her shy nature?"

I nodded as Baron pulled back once more and moved a loose hair from my forehead. He smiled genuinely as he said.

"I never knew that I had such a cute blus.h.i.+ng bride."

My compet.i.tive spirit burned. Do you think that you're the only that can use such sugar coated words? I leaned in and caressed Baron's cheek as he seemed to melt with my touch. I then whispered in his ear.

"I never knew that my dear husband could show such a shameful expression. How sad. I was about to finally confess my feelings for you. I guess that we will leave that for another time."

Baron looked up at me as his whole face reddened like a tomato. He purses his lips to stop himself from smiling. Baron then cleared his throat and hugged me close as he said.

"What a sly woman. You are quite dangerous. I must be careful or else my whole heart would be eaten by such a wicked woman such as yourself. Not that I would mind."

I tilted Baron's flushed face to face me as I pecked the corner of his lips and whispered.

"So would my dear knight in s.h.i.+ning armor allow a witch such as myself to ear your heart out right now? How chivalrous."

Baron's melodic laughter filled the empty deck as he smiled and said.

"Your wish is my command my lady."

I chuckled as I leaned in. Baron closed his lips and puckered his lips. I smirked as I kissed his forehead then bridge of his nose, then his cheeks. Baron shuddered as I nearer his lips. I then chuckled as I placed my hand on his lips.

"Did you actually think that I would kiss you once more?"

Baron opened his eyes with disappointment. He then smirked as he clasped my hands and said.

"We have a lot of time together. I will wait for the day that you willingly do more than just kiss me. My body is yours now and forever."

I flushed as Baron smirked. Son of a b.i.t.c.h! Whatever let him win this round.

"Who knows. That day might be close."

"Are you saying the truth Mila?"

I nodded as I felt my face warm. G.o.d d.a.m.n it. As my fists shook I had realized that I truly had fallen for this f.u.c.ker. f.u.c.k.

Baron's face brightened as he smiled happily. Baron then picked me up by my waist and twirled me around as he laughed. I held back my vomit as I looked down at Baron's happy smile. I sighed. This man is a lost cause. I will give in to him tonight.

Baron then put me down slightly as I wrapped my legs around his waist. Baron smiled as he looked at my lips.

"Is it fine if I kiss you once more my dear wife?"

I nodded as our lips met once more. I have no idea what the future holds for us. But there is one thing that I am now sure of. I truly do love Baron.

How f.u.c.king troublesome.

For the rest of the night Baron and I kept each other's company as we watched the full moon and chatted. As the sky lightened and the sun started to peek out of the sky, Baron and I snored as we slept next to each other on the deck. Our hands were intertwined as our hearts beat as one.

I never knew that such joy could come from liking someone. I smiled as I looked at Baron's angelic sleeping face. I wiped my nosebleed. G.o.d d.a.m.n it this man was smoking hot both awake and asleep. How unfair.

I scored closer to him and wrapped my arms around his waist. I then rested my head on his white blouse. Our coats covering us. The smell of lavender and vanilla filled my nose. Baron's soft breath tickled my nose as I looked up at him. I smiled and closed my eyes as I felt my exhaustion finally hit me.

This was a nice feeling. I wanted to stop this moment in time and live in it forever. Is that even possible?

How troublesome indeed. But this is the first trouble that I'm willing to deal with.
