"Mom!! Dad! I'm back!"

Tears fell down my cheeks as I embraced my parents. My little sister joined in the hug as well. I can't believe that I've finally come back home! Drowning must have taken me back to the future. I rubbed my face on my mom's sleeve. I'll never do something as crazy as going on a s.h.i.+p again.

"Mila, how could you be so stupid?"

I pulled back from my mom's embrace. What the f.u.c.k? My mom would never say something like that. I screamed. My mom's face was scratched all over as she scowled. The same with my dad and little sister. I jumped off the hospital bed and ran down the hospital hallway.

The hospital was dark. Suddenly the doors on all sides opened. Water then came rus.h.i.+ng out of the hospital rooms. I screamed as water started to fill the walkway. I pushed through and continued to run down the long hallway. The water quickly rose to my knees. I struggled to breath as my lungs burned.

Instead of running I was now waddling through the water. I tripped. The water then started to enter my lungs once more. I tried to raise my head above the water but some sort of force was pus.h.i.+ng me down. I then touched around me. Eureka!

There was a door handle I grabbed it and pushed myself up. I took a breath of air as I swam down the corridor. It was like I was in river inset was of a hospital. I didn't know what the h.e.l.l was going on but something is telling me to escape and try to survive. My head bobbed above the water.

I'm not sure if this was a dream or real life. Either way no hospital would ever be filled with this much water unless a Tsunami or earthquake occurred. I stopped swimming. This was a dream.

Everything is not real. If I believe that then I can find a way out of here. I kept repeating that fact in my mind when suddenly the corridor stopped and a light shone at the end.

I smiled. I've survived! I then happily dawn towards the light. Suddenly I felt myself be airborne as I fell down. It looked like the end of the corridor opened to a cliff. I closed my eyes as the ground came closer. I was going to die from a fall. How pathetic. Crack!

(Back at the s.h.i.+p)

"Mila? Mila! G.o.d above what the h.e.l.l is wrong with her? Why isn't she waking up Jorden?!"

"Baron calm down, she's been through a lot, most people don't even survive what she had been through."

"But Jorden it's been over a week! She hasn't woken up ever since the incident! What am I supposed to do? She's actually someone important to me."

"Wow I can't believe the "most attractive man in the sea" who's slept with hundred of women would have a day where he actually cares for one."

"Shut up Jorden! I didn't bring you here to talk to me idiot. Please save Mila. I'm begging you."

"Baron I promise to do so not only because I am you s.h.i.+p's doctor but because of our long friends.h.i.+p."

"Thank you Jorden."

"You should rest a little Baron. You haven't slept properly ever since Mila's gone unconscious. I still remember the day you brought her. The storm that occurred was crazy that day as well. We must be getting closer to the Bermuda Triangle after all. I've never seen you actually jump into the water for anyone like that before. At first I thought that she was dead when you brought her to me. But seconds later she was coughing water. It truly is a miracle that you've saved her in time. If it was a second later, we might've been preparing for her funeral now."

"Mila is more important to me then the stupid treasure which lies in the Bermuda Triangle. So please promise me that you will get her to wake up. I just wish for her to open those brown eyes of hers once more. Even if she scolds me like always I'll still be content. Is it too selfish of me to want her to be by my side all the time?"

"Yes Baron it is. But I understand how you feel. I miss my daughter and wife back home. I can't sleep at night as I stay up worrying that there would be a day where they would forget me."

"I know Jorden but I've never felt this before. Whenever Mila curses at me or glares at me I feel my heart hurt. When she smiles I wish for her to do so all the time. When she smiles at others and not me I feel bitter and angry. Her tears make me want to cry as well. I want to be there for her in beat and worst moments. How do I make her like me as much as I like her?"

"Ha! Baron you truly are a young lad after all! After watching the two of you fight on the deck the other day I knew that you guys were a match. Both you and Mila are stubborn when it comes to something you care about. She's intelligent like you and doesn't care about status. She treats those around her with care. Whew he wakes up I will do everything in my power to get the two of you together."

"Thank you Jorden. But there's one more thing I must talk to you about. For some reason I feel like she's going to leave me soon. She came to me suddenly as well. When I touch her hand now something tells me that I shouldn't let go or else I would never touch it again."

"Let me just ask you this Baron. Did the two of you actually consummate the day you brought her on the s.h.i.+p?"

"No we didn't Jorden. I was enamored by her beauty and wanted to but she kept fighting back. At the end of the end I slept from the pure exhaustion of fighting her all night. But I won't tell her that or else she would start looking at other men. I am the only one that she can look at after all."

"You are just as selfish as you were when you were a child back in Belthram."

"And you're still a good listener and friend as you were back then Jorden."

I opened my eyes forcefully as the noise of two people talking disrupted my sleep. It must be mom talking to her sister Aunt Florian over the phone. I pulled up the covers. I just need to sleep a couple more minutes.

"Mila! Mila you're awake!"

What the f.u.c.k? Why was there a man's voice in my room? Did I leave my anime running all night? I turned and opened my eyes. My vision was filled with the sight of a handsome blond man with green eyes.

"Son of a b.i.t.c.h!"

Baron held his cheek which I had just slapped. I fell back on the bed. I was still in this f.u.c.king time period. And I still have to talk to this a.s.shole. Jesus! G.o.d above please give me some slack! Why could I have died? I'm sure that there must be some handsome guardian angels in heaven after all.

I felt arms wrap around my waist as Baron hugged me close to his chest. I could hear his erratic heartbeat. He then whispered into my hair.

"I'm so glad that you woke up my dear wife. Thank you for not leaving me."
