Opening his eyes, Gray without a doubt is back at the familiar interiors of the Chantry, right in front once again of the G.o.ddess' sacred sculpture.

You may only equip up to a limit of 3 t.i.tles.

Besides the new information regarding t.i.tles, Gray looks a bit baffled as to why he received 230 XP instead of the 200 that was to be granted during the time when the quest started. But then his eyes blink in realization as he remembers that he possesses the temporary bonus of

, granting him 15% more experience for 4 hours, thus explaining the boost of experience.

Before he could find out more of this newfound information regarding the t.i.tle system, The bombardment of system messages did not stop here.

Shrine Blessing Received:

- +10% Bonus to your Max Stamina for 24 hours.

'Shrine Blessing.' Gray nods in understanding as he seems to be familiar with the certain game mechanic, seeing as he experienced it in other RPG games. 'I see, if I'm not mistaken, then these positive buffs are bestowed temporarily by praying at a shrine to the specified G.o.d. If I remember correctly, each blessing has a different effect depending on the shrine that you have prayed.'

LEVEL UP!!

YOU RECEIVED 5 ATTRIBUTE POINTS!!

YOU RECEIVED 1 ABILITY POINT!!

Gray's eyes blink in a delightful wonder as he was not aware that he has also reached the experience threshold of leveling up.

As usual, he immediately spends 2 points on Intelligence, a single point in Willpower, and the rest for reservation.

He also ponders if he should be spending his Ability point on the final skill at Tier 1 which is the

.

In the end, he ultimately decided against it, saving his Ability point maybe for later seeing as the said skill requires allies which currently he still has none.

For now, he'll be reserving that precious Ability point for something that may come unexpectedly. Who knows, a secret skill maybe?

As this was going on, Theo welcomes him back in the world of living with open arms. But one could also see the expression of deep awe going on his face upon seeing the divine clothing that Gray is wearing at this very moment.

"By the G.o.ds..." Theo's eyes widen in utter shock as he recognizes the clothing from the books that he read in the Archives. "That holy garment, could that be the

? The one last to be worn by Lady Wynather's previous Champion?"

Gray nods in agreement, chuckling at the Priest's flabbergasted reaction as he clarifies him. "Yes, the Lady is very generous to part me with such a powerful gift."

"This is truly a wonderful day for the Village of Oakwood!!" Theo is now regarded with all smiles and cheers as his eyes were in joyful tears. "Never in the realm of my imaginations that I get to witness Lady Wynather's sacred Divine Artifact itself in person during this very era. I only heard such artifact in the Sacred Texts that I've been reading from the Archives of this Chantry ever since I was a youth. You have indeed made this old man very happy… Champion."

'Champion huh.' Gray thought of the new t.i.tle being bestowed upon him. 'The Lady didn't even mention of me becoming one. Perhaps it was implied by the clothes that were personally given to me, I guess?'

"I'm glad if I did so, Theo." Gray simply return the smile at the old Priest as he preferred not to think about his new t.i.tle too much. Then he notices that Eric is not with him which causes him to ask. "Where's Eric by the way?"

"As soon as the Tunic started to materialize while you are communing with the Lady, I've instructed him to send word to the entire village, informing them of the miraculous deed!!" Theo happily remarks with deep reverence.

"Ehehe, I see." Gray nods, chuckling sheepishly at how… committed these people are in their actions.

"A word of advice though Master Elf." Theo is now observed to look quite serious as he offers Gray his wise counsel. "With a Divine Artifact on your hands, I highly suggest that it would be best if you refrain from displaying it deliberately in the prying eyes of the public. Of course, I trust my people to keep this matter discrete as we all are devoted to the benevolence of Lady Wynather and her holy secrets, but the same can't be said about the others who are living in the major towns and cities. Many would most likely take advantage of you as a single Divine Artifact alone would fetch tens to even hundreds of thousands of gold."

"It's that valuable huh?" Gray comments as he brushes his chin with a look of understanding. "Yes, your advice does make sense. I'll follow it then."

'Selling a Divine Artifact.' Gray contemplates the prospect of an easy way to luxury. But then he immediately dismisses the idea. 'Nah, I'm here for power, not the money. Of course, one could say that money is also power but the Enchantments that a.s.sociate with the Artifact will benefit me even more in the long run. Besides, I'm not exactly keen on p.i.s.sing off a G.o.ddess anytime soon just because I traded one of her sacred treasures for a pile of gold.'

"Excellent." Theo smiles with satisfaction. "Of course, considering that the Divine Artifact is a s.h.i.+rt, you may also use it underneath the robes that you are wearing earlier."

"Is that so?" Gray's eyes widen in a surprise to his liking. If what Theo said is true, then he can retain the benefits of the Tunic without ever the need of unequipping it. This means that both the Tunic and his Robes can be equipped at the same time.

Heeding Theo's suggestion, Gray equips his

, now seeing that the two equipment truly stacks with one another.

'Neat!!' Gray thoughts with a cheerful character. 'I retain both equipment's enchantments and keeping the Artifact obscure at the same time. Just like killing two birds with one stone.'

"So, Champion," Theo says in a questioning manner. "What are your plans from this point on? If you don't have any specific location in mind, do know that you are always welcome here in our humble village."

"A plan huh." Gray sounded a bit unsure of himself in all honesty. Sure he could leave the village right here and now, but his lack of the common knowledge in this world may prove to be a hindrance in integrating himself properly in this fantasy-driven world.

As he was in deep study of his thoughts, an idea suddenly struck unto the Elf as he asks the Priest.

"You mentioned earlier something about the Archives, a library in this place am I right?"

"Yes, of course, Champion," Theo answers with utmost enthusiasm. "We have a collection of books and doc.u.ments detailing the history and a variety of information about the whole of Silverhart and its people."

"Excellent." Gray grins in triumphant. "Is it too much of a trouble if I desire in seeking entry into the Archives?

"Not at all." Theo happily grants the Elf's request. "The Archives is an open place for everyone regardless of race and status. Come and I'll show you the way."

And with that, Gray follows Theo upstairs, into the place where information and knowledge are kept in one room.

Indeed, The Arcanist has a lot of studying to do if he wishes to blend in with the Silverhartian people.
