Part 16

I smile, thinking how things have changed since I started modeling. It is such a great feeling.

"Jax?"

I turn around and Steve is standing there.

"Hey, man." We shake hands, getting right to business.

He tells me exactly what he wants and tells me to go put on a different swimsuit. I do, and when I return with my bag, in case he wants me to change again, he's all set up and ready to go. We do a bunch of shots in front of the water before he has me lying in the sand and in the water. The water is getting colder, so I'm hoping this part is over soon.

"These are coming out great. All right, let's move down a bit further, and you can change your trunks" he says.

The rest of the shoot is pretty much the same. He tells me exactly what to do, and I do it. It's not an exciting shoot, nothing special about it. He's a serious guy that doesn't bring much fun to it, so when he says this is the final photo, I'm not disappointed.

"Really great, Jax. I'll get these edited and give you copies of the ones worth sending. Thanks for meeting me here. I look forward to shooting with you again," he says, shaking my hand.

I tell him it was great meeting him, pick up my stuff, and head to the car. I check the parking lot to make sure no one is around and pull off my wet bathing suit, putting on a dry one. I climb into my car and check the time. It's almost eight o'clock, and I'm surprised the shoot didn't even last two hours. I figured it would at least go to eight, but I'm not complaining. I put the key in the ignition and throw it into reverse.

By the time I get home and shower, it is almost nine, and I still haven't heard from Kallie. Hopefully, she'll be done soon so we can hit the club. I sit down and flip on the TV, wasting time until she calls me. A half hour later, my phone finally rings and it's her.

"Hey, I'm ready. Sorry it took so long, but the shoot was amazing, and I showered as soon as he left," she says.

I turn off the TV and grab my keys and wallet.

"You should have called me when you were done. I would have waited at your place for you," I say. I'm actually a little p.i.s.sed she waited to call me. I've been waiting around like a f.u.c.king tool for her phone call.

"I'm sorry, I just wanted to be ready when you got here so we didn't waste any time," she explains.

I'm not even going to make a big deal out of it, I just want to go out and get drunk. It's been a long time.

"I'll be there soon." We hang up and I go over to get her.

The club is packed, which is normal for a Friday night. I grab her hand and lead her to the bar to grab us both a drink. She wants a beer also, so I get us each one, and we go to look for Blake and Max. I don't know if it's possible with this crowd. A song comes on and Kallie grabs my arm.

"I love this song. Come on, let's dance," she yells.

I laugh when I hear it's "Uptown Funk!" by Mark Ronson.

"I don't think this is a song I can dance to," I say, tipping back my beer.

She gives me a pouty face, and I chug back my beer. d.a.m.n it, this girl can get me to do anything.

"Fine," I mumble.

She squeals and starts shaking her a.s.s, which let me tell you is f.u.c.king hot. I just kind of move to the beat, I'm more interested in watching her. She is really into the song, and it makes me smile knowing she's already having a good time. When the song is over, she laughs at me when I whistle at her.

"d.a.m.n, I didn't know you could dance like that. I've been missing out," I say, grinning.

She takes a sip of her beer and squeals again when Brinley runs over to her. They hug and start talking a mile a minute while I just stand there.

"It's impossible to try and keep up with them." I hear.

I turn around and see Max.

"Hey, man. How've you been?" I ask.

We start bulls.h.i.tting while the girls are talking. I tell him about my shoot today, and he says he's worked with Steve before and felt the same way. It was just a shoot, nothing exciting. "Where's Blake?" I ask, looking around. He laughs and points his beer behind me. I turn and see him dancing with two women. "Having a good night, is he?"

"You know him, any night with a girl is a good one," he says.

We laugh, and finally Kallie returns to my side. I wrap my arm around her, kissing her head.

"Hey, Max," she says.

He kisses her cheek, and I do the same to Brinley. Another song comes on that Kallie loves, but this time, she drags Brinley out with her, and when I say drag, I mean they both scream and take off.

"Another beer?" I ask Max, shrugging my shoulders. He laughs and we head to the bar. We both get a beer, and I lean against the bar and drink it.

"How's everything going with you and Kallie?" he asks.

I search for her on the dance floor, and once I find her, I smile.

"Honestly, f.u.c.king amazing," I admit.

He hits his beer against mine and we take a sip. "I'm happy for you guys. It's nice to see an actual relationship come out of this industry," he says.

"Thanks, man. So what's going on with you and Brinley?" I ask, figuring if Blake won't be nosey I will.

He laughs without humor and sips his beer. "Not a thing. We've had s.e.x, a lot, but she's not looking for a relationship. She's kind of all over the place. I'm not going to chase after a chick*no offense," he says.

I laugh and order us each a shot. We throw them back and sip our beers.

"If it's the right girl, you'll chase," I say. We laugh as Kallie and Brinley walk over.

"Are you two getting drunk without us?" Brinley pouts.

I laugh at her and pull Kallie in for a hug. "You want a drink, baby?" I whisper in her ear.

She smiles up at me, and I press my lips to hers. "h.e.l.l yes. A shot and a beer."

I order another round of shots for us all, plus beer. I hold up my shot and so do they.

"To the most beautiful woman in the world, thank you for taking a chance on me," I say as I raise my shot.

We all throw back our shots, and she jumps into my arms, crashing her mouth to mine. I devour her, feeling like I can't get my fill.

"Holy s.h.i.t, you guys are hot together." We break apart and look over at Brinley. "What? I'm saying he's hot as f.u.c.k, and you're s.e.xy as s.h.i.t. You make a great couple," she says, lifting her shoulders. Well, you can't argue with that logic.

We spend the next few hours drinking, and the more I drink, the more turned on I get. Watching her dance and throw her head back laughing makes me want to f.u.c.k her on the bar. I finish off my beer and meet her on the dance floor. I pull her to me and kiss her neck.

"I'm not going to lie, baby. I'm drunk, and I want to go home and f.u.c.k you until we both pa.s.s out. You ready to get out of here?" I breathe against her.

She spins around and wraps her arms around my neck. I grab onto her a.s.s, lifting her up. We start kissing, and the minute my tongue touches hers, I'm done for. I kiss down her neck and suck on the top of her t.i.ts that are spilling out of her top.

"f.u.c.k, Jax, take me home," she moans She doesn't need to say it again. I don't even bother saying goodbye to anyone. I put her down and we leave, hand in hand. When we get outside, I grab a taxi waiting to take drunk a.s.ses like us home. We get in and she climbs onto my lap. We're like a bunch of teenagers making out in the backseat, but f.u.c.k, it's hot. I lift her shirt just a bit, exposing her stomach. I lick and suck on her soft skin, causing her to let out a moan. I look up at her, and my heart explodes.

"Kallie, I love you," I say.

She sucks in a breath, and a tear runs down her cheek. "I love you too, Jax."

Holy s.h.i.t. She loves me. We kiss again, but this time, we take our time, savoring the moment. I know I'm drunk, and I know I won't remember most of what happened tonight, but I sure as f.u.c.k will remember this.

Chapter Fifteen.

Kallie I lie awake in Jax's arms, thinking about last night. I wasn't drunk like Jax was. I had a buzz going on, but he was trashed. It was actually the first time since I met him that I've seen him like that, but let me just say that being trashed does not prevent my guy from performing multiple times. He was rough and wild, and I loved every minute of it. The thing that got me most was when he told me he loved me. He told me over and over last night, causing the last bit of questioning to completely vanish.

I know that even if he doesn't remember actually saying it to me, he meant it. Just looking into his eyes, I know. I know without question that this is where I belong, that we are meant to be together. It may be against everything I thought I stood for, but sometimes, life just doesn't work out the way you expect it to. He crept his way into my heart months ago and left his mark. There is no turning back.

I turn in his arms and watch him sleeping soundly. It's not something I usually get to do since he's always up before me and asleep after me. I honestly can't believe that I'm his, that he loves me. I admire his arms, taking in the riot of color, the way his muscles seem to enhance each one.

"Morning," he says, his voice thick with sleep.

"Good morning. How are you feeling?" I ask.

He winks and kisses the top of my head. "Not the first time I got trashed, Kallie. I'm good," he replies.

I roll my eyes and he chuckles. I want to ask him if he remembers what he said, but I won't.

"So last night was a lot of fun, right?" I ask, feeling him out.

"Last night was amazing," he replies. f.u.c.k yes, it was.

"You hungry? I was going to make us some breakfast," I say.

He flips me onto my back and places his arms on either side of my face. He kisses me, devouring me. I run my hands up into his hair and tangle them in. We both pull away, breathing heavily. He searches my eyes, looking so deep into them I feel like he can see my soul.

"I've done a lot of s.h.i.tty things in my life, Kallie. I've gotten high, I've fought, I've stolen. I don't know how I deserve you, how the world lined up perfectly, but I'm so f.u.c.king grateful. Because now...now when I get high, it's on your touch. I'll still fight, but for you, and I'll continue stealing, but only your heart. I love you so much, so f.u.c.king much," he says.

That does it, and I let the tears fall. He kisses them away before kissing my lips.

"I love you so much, Jax, and even though you may feel undeserving of me...that couldn't be further from the truth. You have nothing to be ashamed of. I love you for all that you are and all that you were," I say, placing my hands on his face.

I can honestly say that this is the first time in all the time I've known him that he looks emotional. He slowly leans down and gives me a kiss that is full of love and promises of the future. He softly runs his hands down my camisole top until he reaches the bottom. He pulls it up and over my head, but quickly replaces it with his lips. I wrap my arms around his neck while he removes my panties and his boxers. I want him so badly in this moment. I feel so raw with emotions.

He quickly reaches over and rolls on a condom. Neither of us has said a word; we just stare into each other's eyes. I've never felt this connected to another person, like we're becoming one. My heart may be beating in my chest, but it now completely belongs to him. He links our fingers, and never once breaking eye contact, he slowly pushes into me. It feels incredible as we both gently begin moving. I close my eyes, letting the feeling wash over my body.

"Baby, please look at me. I need to see you," he begs. I quickly open them back up, and he picks up his pace just slightly. "You feel so f.u.c.king amazing. I'll never get my fill."

He's right, I'll never get my fill either, but it's different this time. It's sweet, romantic even. We search each other's eyes, and he starts moving faster.

"Oh yes," I moan out, tossing my head back as he kisses my neck.

My body is so overstimulated that even his simple kisses on my neck cause me to moan loudly. He moves down and licks my nipple, causing me to arch my back and dig my nails into his hand. I try to pick up the pace, but he isn't having it; he keeps his steady rhythm. He moves to my next breast, nipping at my nipple, and I scream out. I try harder to get him to move faster, but it's useless.

He lets go of my hands and wraps his arms around me before rolling us so I'm on top. "Take over, Kallie. Show me how fast you want me to go," he says.

I plant my hands on his solid chest and begin riding him, and the faster I move, the harder he gives it back. He reaches up and ma.s.sages my b.r.e.a.s.t.s when I pick up my pace.

"f.u.c.k yes. You are so incredibly s.e.xy, keep going, baby, make me come," he pleads.

I don't even know where it comes from, but I move at a frantic pace, trying to get us both off. Every moan and growl he lets out just fuels me to ride him harder. I feel myself getting close, and I know it won't be much longer. He must know because he pinches both nipples, and it throws me over the edge.

"Jax," I shout, throwing my head back as wave after wave of o.r.g.a.s.mic bliss washes over me.

He lets go of my t.i.ts and grabs onto my a.s.s, digging his fingers in. I'm reeling from my o.r.g.a.s.m, and when I feel his legs start to tense, I know he's close. I keep one hand on his chest and run the other one down to where we are one. I look down and see his c.o.c.k, covered in my essence, moving in and out of me. It's f.u.c.king hot. I cup his b.a.l.l.s in my hand and ma.s.sage them, and holy f.u.c.k, does it work.

"Oh f.u.c.k. Holy s.h.i.t, Kallie," he moans and stills as his o.r.g.a.s.m washes over him.

It is one of the s.e.xiest things I've ever seen. His eyes are closed, his muscles are tense, and he has a look of sheer pleasure on his face. I stop moving and lie down on him. I can hear the rapid beating of his heart, and I can feel mine.

He moves one hand off my a.s.s and lifts my chin. "I love you," he whispers.

I smile and kiss his chest. "I love you too."

He wraps both arms around me, and we lie in our post o.r.g.a.s.mic euphoria.

After we finally are able to get out of bed, we both shower and decide to go out to breakfast. We're now sitting in one of my favorite little unknown diners, drinking our coffee and waiting for our food.

"So I never got to ask about your shoot yesterday. How did it go?" I ask.

When he picked me up last night, I could tell he was annoyed with me, but he never said anything. I thought I was saving time by just getting ready, but I should have called. We never even talked about our shoots.

He leans back in the booth and rests one arm up on it. "Honestly, it was nothing special. He was very boring. Not someone I'm overly excited about working with again," he says, lifting one of his shoulders.

d.a.m.n, that's the worst. A photographer should do everything they can to make the shoot fun and exciting. I know I try my best every time.

"That sucks for him, but I have news." He raises his eyebrows and I laugh. "We didn't do much talking last night," I say, winking and we both laugh.

He leans over and kisses my lips. "What's your news?" he asks.
