This man dared to offend Daniel and Samantha and all he got was half a pepper? Even letting him eat the pepper on his own, Daniel was already too kind.

"Mr. Nan seems to be tired, let him rest inside the box.", Getting bored, he stood up straight and brushed the dust away from his sleeves.

Sung Nan widened his eyes in horror, he was indeed claustrophobic! Just thinking about being locked inside already made him wet his pants.

"NOOOOO!! Please! I will do as you say!", He screamed but Sean's men pushed him inside the tiny room.

There were no windows and the only hole it had was from the small opening at the bottom of the door. The room was very small that he could not even stand up straight, and if he tries to lie down on the floor, he will have to curl and bend his body in order to fit.

"Oh, and give him the rest of the ghost peppers. He might get hungry later.", Daniel ordered before he huffed and walked out of the room.

The men did as they were told before they closed and locked the door of the confinement box. Sung Nan's scream echoed and filled the room but no one came to help.

Sean followed Daniel out of the room, "This is so not like you."

The two of them walked towards the room on the far right.

Daniel asked while walking, "What do you mean not like me?"

His friend shrugged and replied, "You are too soft today. This is like... you being cute."

"Mhmm… these things don't interest me anymore.", Daniel responded.

Sean thought of how he could describe what he wanted to say, "It's like… watching p.o.r.n but not getting my money's worth because it was all just foreplay."

"Who pays for p.o.r.n?", Daniel raised a brow at his friend before he continued, "There are tons of free stuff on the internet."

Sean blinked and thought about Daniel's remark, 'I was trying to compare his method of torture today to something uninteresting. And his response was... there's free p.o.r.n on the internet?', Sean tilted his head as he pondered.

"What website do you watch for free p.o.r.n?", he asked in which Daniel only shook his head in response.

The two of them reached the other room where they kept Cole.

Opening the door, Daniel entered and saw Cole sitting at the table. And just like Sung Nan, he too had his hands free but his feet were cuffed to the chair. There was nothing else in the room except a chair, a table and one of Sean's men to watch over him, it looked like an investigation room with no windows.

Cole looked up and saw Daniel walk in. He immediately recognized Daniel Cho as he was still in Trident when it started its partners.h.i.+p with Cho Corporation. He was very stunned to see him in the flesh, 'But why is he here?', he wondered.

Sung Nan and Cole were brought in separately thus he didn't know that the man whom he worked for was the one he heard screaming from the other room. He was scared s.h.i.+tless when he heard him cry and beg as if he had already imagined what was going to happen to him.

He had somehow realized that he was captured because of the game that he stole from Trident. So while he was in hiding, he had thought that he would be meeting the police or anyone from their company to question and arrest him pretty soon. But seeing the CEO of Cho Corporation, Daniel Cho before him, that was something that he definitely had not expected.

"P-president Cho, w-why are you here?", he asked nervously.

"Why am I here?", Daniel stood in front of Cole, the table separating them. "I guess we don't have to answer the question as to why you are here, then?"

Cole averted his eyes, obviously guilty of what he had done. Trident had been very good to him ever since he started working for them but because of money, he betrayed the company.

"Hmm… Looks like you already know why.", putting his hands on his pocket, Daniel added, "Why I'm here is not important. What I tell you to do, however, is. And I'm not taking no for an answer."

Cole balled his fists, Daniel's presence suffocated him as he thought that the room had suddenly felt so stuffy. With a careful tone, he asked, "What do you want me to do?"

"Very easy, admit what you've done in front of the media. That's it.", Daniel answered.

Though he doesn't understand why Daniel is doing this for Trident, he wasn't exactly in the position to negotiate and question as he believed that he had already done huge damage for the company. Cole looked up to Daniel again, his eyes were filled with fear and guilt. But he thought about it for a second and decided to try his luck a little, "Wh-what's in it for me?"

Daniel chuckled, "I like you. You're very easy to talk to, unlike that halfwit."

"I know about your sister who's in the hospital. She's the reason why you accepted that money and betrayed Trident, right?"

Cole's eyes wavered upon hearing Daniel, he was surprised how he knew about his sister.

"But the amount of money that Nan gave you was obviously not enough to cover the bills and her operation.", Daniel stated what he had learned about the man's background.

Cole remained quiet, he really didn't have anything to say to Daniel's statement.

"I will pay for your sister's medical fees and transfer her to a better facility. All you have to do is to admit what you did to the public."

Compared to Sung Nan, Cole was soft-hearted. He will do anything for his family and the only family that he has left was his sister who was very ill and in need of a heart transplant.

So without further delay, he agreed to Daniel's terms. "I will do as you say, as long as you save my sister."

"Good.", Daniel turned around and headed towards the door.

Before exiting the room, he paused and told Cole, "Don't be mistaken, I am very displeased at what you have done. So I'm not doing this to save your sister. I'm doing this for my wife."

Cole's brows scrunched up, 'His wife? Who is...', his eyes widened when realization hit him.
