Yun Bixue looked at the jacket draped all over her and then at how Xie Limo was clad only in a shirt. She felt apologetic and said, Youll feel cold that way.

Im fine, but youre weak. You cannot fall sick.

Yun Bixue insisted on making Xie Limo wear his jacket.

She was still rather excited. Looking at the sky, she welcomed the cold winds and asked, Limo, shall we run home together?

Yes, I havent run in a long time. When I was in university, I ranked first in my class for running!

Displeased, Yun Bixue answered, Even though I havent practiced in many years, Im still pretty fast.

Xie Limo looked at her hair that had been messed up by the wind and chuckled, Your hair will cover your eyes when you run later.

Yun Bixue used her fingers to comb her hair back and then took out a hair tie from her pocket. She pulled her hair into a ponytail.

After tying it in place, she turned around and looked at Xie Limo. She asked, How do I look? Dont I look smarter now?

Xie Limo looked at Yun Bixue. With her hair up, she looked youthful and pretty, and a surprised glint flashed across his eyes. It was as though they had returned to the days of their youth, where she was the prettiest girl.

While Xie Limo stared at her, Yun Bixue felt unsure. Could she look ugly? She asked, Do I look bad?

Xie Limo reached out his hand and combed through her ponytail. Feeling the smooth strands of hair through his fingers, he chuckled, You look great. I think you look like a high school student now.

Yun Bixue smiled, her eyes curving into crescents as she said, Limo, the winds are too strong. Lets run home. Lets see whos the faster one. Go!

As she spoke, Yun Bixue began to sprint forward.

Xie Limo watched her silhouette as she darted forward. She looked so energetic as her ponytail swayed from side to side. His heart wavered. It was as though time had stopped, and he was looking at the most perfect scene.

Yun Bixue ran a few steps forward and turned around to wave. Hurry up!

Xie Limo snapped out of his shock and began to chase after her. With his long legs, he ran leisurely and caught up with her very quickly.

He didnt pick up his speed and merely ran beside her. Watching her run, it was as though he was running alongside a little bunny.

When they arrived at the entrance to the alley, Yun Bixue covered her stomach and panted. Ahh, time spares no one. It was such a short distance, but Im spent! But luckily, you didnt beat me!

As she said, Yun Bixue looked at how calm Xie Limo was. She asked doubtfully, Why arent you tired at all? Why is your breathing still so calm?

Just as she was speaking, rain began to fall. Xie Limo pursed his lips and didnt answer her. Instead, he picked her up and walked quickly towards a condominium building.

Xie Limo leaned over to shield Yun Bixue, and the rain fell on his body instead.

Yun Bixue was so touched that she felt lost in a daze. After entering the house, she hurriedly took a towel for Xie Limo to dry himself. However, her eyes were reddened.

Xie Limo caressed her head. His eyes were full of gentleness and consolation. He didnt say much and merely went to the bathroom to take a shower. He came out in a bathrobe.

Yun Bixue watched the rain on the balcony. Upon seeing Xie Limos enticing bare chest underneath the bathrobe, she couldnt help but gulp.

Watching how Yun Bixue stared blindly at him, Xie Limo looked down at her and knew what she was thinking of. His ears turned red, and without a word, he took off his bathrobe.
