Chapter 9: Encounter

Just after the Nia set off with a few people and beasts, they came to an open s.p.a.ce in the forest! It seems quiet and strange around!

Currently, the battle strength of Nia’s men was quite strong. With the great drop in sense of crisis, Nia did not care too much about the movements around him. He brought the group of demonic beasts and walked over swaggeringly.

These are mostly demonized creatures like tigers with long teeth and Tiger Walker which standing with their two feet and carrying knife. There was also a Horizon Flame Tiger which wrapped in a layer of faint white flame.

With eight feets spider as the lower body, while the upper body was hanging with countless heads and eyes, thousand-eyed spider. The wicked Murloc with the dragon feet, fish body, snakehead, and so on.

There were still many decayed mercenary corpses, which were formed independently into a small group. It was not difficult to tell from the color of the armor that most human warriors here have died for a long time. The left eye had a deep scale until the bone is visible, He was holding a big sickle and standing behind the burly man. 

The other burly man on the right side was also standing on both feet, with incomplete transformation, a huge crocodile mouth was hanging on the neck. A large tail was left out from the trouser armor and swaying back and forth outside. 

Nia thought how painful would it be if one to be hurt by this tail, doesn't know if one will be dead directly.

The leader of them did not speak, while the goat head behind him opened his mouth first. 

"What the spy said was true, it was a few powerful characters, and even this brat Kesett was beaten back to his original form!" 

"Ruhr, are you an idiot? Kesett is obviously different from before. If I am not wrong, he was contracted, and it seems to have acquired new abilities." The little mage said with hoa.r.s.ely sound.

It may not be much different compared to Abyss Knight. The little brat is the Murloc Mage Remdo, who is skillful on water magic, his familiar Heavenly Fury Waves is horrible. The other bury man on the left is level 47 Baphomet, Ruhr. skillful in the melee combat. The burly man on the right side is a level 42 Giant Rock Crocodile, Jin. He is good at Earth Magic, while also has good melee combat ability."

It seems that on the day when Lucy was born, Dake saw the abnormal sign of the heavens and earth, he considered it to be the birth of the unusual treasure, so he ordered Kesett to come and check it out. 

The strength of Kesett was also considered one of the best in the forest. He should be able to retrieve back the treasure firmly, normally the place could be reached in a half-day, but one did not expect him to leave without news for two days.

Dake thought that Kesett has no courage to betray himself and run away with the treasure. Then there should be only one answer left, some accident has happened. 

Thinking with the previous report that there were a lot of human adventurers entering the forest, Dake can't sit still, thus, decided to a.s.semble the men and come to discover it personally. 

While It took a lot of time during the period, so might as well called the other guardians to come over directly, lest undue delay may bring trouble.

Seeing that Kesett spoke and bow toward Nia, at this moment, Dake turned his gaze from Kesett to Nia, Originally, he thought that the strongest person in there should be the three girls who he could not see through the strength but felt a faintly strong oppressive might charged forth. 

One didn't expect that the head of the group turned out to be the boy who was hiding in the middle. After Nia listened to Kesett’s words, he recovered from the panic just now. A trace of the king’s tyrants feeling returned to his body but he did not release it. He straightened his waist and looked at everything around him.
