"Okay, Sis. Thank you. I will wait over there." Quan Hou Chi nodded and moved the waiting area.

The woman nodded and called someone. She seemed to nod several times and talked in between it. After getting the answer that she wanted, the woman hung up the call and went to Quan Hou Chi.

"Miss Quan, Mr Quan already finished his meeting. You can go and meet him right now." The woman said.

She went to her father's room. Her father was looking at something on his phone. She could see her father's expression because the gla.s.s could see through. He seemed to look very shocked.

Quan Hou Chi thought that her father was probably reading about her mother's news. She knocked on the door.

Her father looked up and was surprised to see Quan Hou Chi here. His daughter should be in school right now

"Hou Chi, what are you doing here?" Quan De Bei asked his daughter.

"Dad, do you read about Mum's news?" Quan Hou Chi asked her father back.

Quan De Bei's lips twitched up.

"Dad, what are you thinking about that?" Quan Hou Chi directly asked her father. She wanted to know what his father wanted to do regarding the news.

"I..." Quan De Bei could not find the word to talk about that.

His wife was cheating on him and let him wear the bright green hat on his head.

"Dad, I don't think you should foolishly follow Mum anymore." Quan Hou Chi said.

Her mother never respected her father as the wife respected her husband. Her mother liked to scold her father if something had gone the wrong way, not what she wanted to.

"If I divorce, what will happen to you?" Quan De Bei held back because of his daughter.

"Don't worry about me, Dad. I am fine if you divorce." Quan Hou Chi said.

"But our family would not be completed again..." Quan De Bei sighed.

"Dad, are you notice our family is not the same as everyone? My mother... She never acts like a mother to me. I also knew that she never acts like a wife to you." Quan Hou Chi stated the fact.

Quan De Bei went to silence. What his daughter said was the truth. After Bai Gu Wen gave birth to Quan Hou Chi, she refused to take care of Quan Hou Chi like a proper mother. She gave that task to others.
