Anna looked at him and frown, "Tell me, when someone asks you to accompany him or her and then suddenly he or she left all without anything else to say after saying that, what would you feel?"

Hearing her question Zen got immediately caught on what happened between Anna and Kyle. 'Geez, if he likes Anna why would he act like that?' In Zen's perspective, everything since the moment Kyle glared at him makes sense now; it seems that Kyle likes Anna.

That's what Zen thinks and he is not totally sure but that is the only possible way why would Kyle glare at him for no reason and why would he ask Anna to accompany him, just the two of them. If he truly likes Anna then Zen thinks that he just did is what he shouldn't have done. Walking out after saying that is no no no. 'No good, no good my friend.'

"I think I would feel irritated. Is it about Kyle? I just saw him walking out of the kitchen."

For a few seconds, Anna did not reply. "No. Never mind." She said shaking her head. Wanting to change the subject she asks, "Did you talk to my mom?"

Zen knows what she's trying to do but he still answer her question, "Yup. She said that she will send someone here but in the meantime, we should keep a close eye with big sis Pia and Alexandre."

Anna nodded in agreement and then they both went to the living room where Pia and Alexandre is. When they arrived they saw Pia was sleeping on the couch while Alexandre was wide awake playing with his rattle toy. He looks so adorable that Anna forgot her irritation with Kyle.

Alexandre looked at Anna's direction and he smiles brightly as he raises both of his tiny hands, waving it playfully. He is so adorable that Anna and Zen's heart melted in an instant. Zen wanted to carry him in his arms but Anna slapped his hands and she carried Alexandre in her arms instead.

"That is so not fair!" He said angrily but Anna just ignored him and focus her whole attention to Alexandre.

Anna still can't believe that in her past life, she had no idea that her uncle Alfonso had a son and he did not even tell her about that matter. She wonders that if she had not visited Alfonso on that day would she knows about Alexandre's existence? Probably not.

In her past life the only thing she remembered is her uncleFonso is in a deep depression that no matter how much she tries to cheer him up, it did not help even a tiny bit. Looking at the upcoming plan of Elina, Anna could guess that in her past life Alexandre died from that plan of theirs that cause the depression on her uncle Fonso. Whether that is the real cause of not Anna is still planning on not letting Elina have the last laugh. She won't let Elina ruin either of Alfonso and Alexandre's life.

As Anna was playing with Alexandre she looked at the rattle toy that Alexandre has on his hands. She then remembered what her uncle Fonso said to her about this particular toy. She was about to look closely to it when a loud crash was heard not far away from where Anna is.

"Jesus! What happened?!" Zen loudly exclaimed that it woke Pia.

"W-what happened?" She asked. Her original pale face has gone paler than before because of the sudden shout of Zen.

Zen did not answer back and went near where the loud sound came from and he saw broken pieces of window gla.s.s and a small round thing laying on the floor; a very suspicious one on a matter of fact. 'Did someone just throw this small thing here? Unbelievable! How rude can they be?!' He was about to pick up the ball when it suddenly released a lot of smoke that it made the people in the room cough aggressively.

"What's going on Zen!" Anna said as she protectively held Alexandre. Alexandre was crying very loudly because of the smoke, looks like he is in pain.

"I don--" Couldn't fully hear what Zen just said because for every pa.s.sing second she is slowly losing her consciousness. Before she lost her consciousness the last thing she saw is Zen's body fall flat on the floor, while Pia was carried by someone with a mask on its face.

Anna weakly sat on the floor still carrying Alexandre. Another man with a mask on his face came near her; Anna does not have enough strength to stop him to take away Alexandre off her arms. Alexandre has stopped crying and Anna got worried.

"S-stop..." She weakly said but that was not loud enough for the man to hear and even if he heard Anna he won't obey her and will continue what he is supposed to do.

The sight on the man carrying Alexandre in his arms was the last thing Anna saw before she pa.s.sed out.

Kyle was sleeping in his room after calming his mind but he has woken up the sudden loud noises outside that he decided to check it out. By the time he reached the living room, there was smoke in every corner of the room that he couldn't take another step forward afraid that the smoke might have a negative affect him.

Kyle tried his very best to clearly see what is happening in the living room. He was shocked to see that the first person he saw is Zen's body laying on the floor and Alexandre's loud cry made his heartbeat races.

He wants to search from which side of the room is Alexandre is but his cry suddenly stops. 'Not good.' Kyle took out his handkerchief and covered his nose. He saw two men carrying Alexandre and Pia; Kyle dashed out to stop them since they looked so suspicious and all. He manages to grab the shoulder of the man who is carrying Pia but someone punches him out of nowhere. He did not expect that there was another person in the room.

Kyle stumbled on his feet. The smoke in the room is making his whole body weak, before he could even stand up properly they were already in their van and drove off. 'd.a.m.n it!' His cousin and its mother were abducted in front of his eyes and the effort of him trying to stop them was not effective.

Kyle looked around to see who is left and the only people he sees is Anna and Zen. This made him wonder why would those kidnappers took Pia and Alexandre when Anna was quite famous herself since she's the only daughter of the Coleman family they could ask millions for ransom. Alexandre is the son of his uncle Alfonso but the child is not even introduced in the public yet. How on earth could this have happened?

Kyle shook his head. The smoke in the living room is starting to fade, the first thing he did is making sure that Anna is alright. He went beside her, checking her breathing and her pulse. 'Everything seems alright.'
