"I was having too much fun that I cause myself in pain." Anna lied with an innocent look plastered on her face.

Zen who was on the side look at Anna with an amused face. Anna can lie without even stuttering; he himself can't do that.

"Where is uncle Alfonso? I have something to tell him urgently ." Zen said getting to what he really intended to say. Anna let them talk and went to the kitchen to grab an ice pack on the fridge.

When the ice packed touches her hand Anna hissed from the cold she felt. "Cold!"

Anna was focused on her hand that she did not notice someone else was in the kitchen silently observing behind her.

Ever since Anna left with Zen earlier he felt that someone just stole something that is his but he just can't point out what it 'is'.

He also remembers the words his uncle Alfonso after Anna left.

"Is that Zack's son?" Alfonso was so surprised to see who is the friend Anna was talking about. He wanted to ask where are they going but they already left before he could even react to follow them.

The name of the person and the person who he just saw outside does not ring any bells on him. But that guy he saw outside immediately made a bad impression on him. He does not know why but that is what he thinks and feel.

He was annoyed that is for sure but what annoyed him more is that Anna looks so excited going out with that guy. When Anna was with him she does not have that same look on her face. He felt that Anna was being unfair and he also felt that Anna should be only showing such expression towards him, only to him.

That thought surprise Kyle and he immediately erase such thought. How could he declare such a thing? He does not own Anna and what Anna does has nothing to do with him. He already did what he is supposed to do, apologize to Anna and that's it.

He has nothing to do with Anna anymore. They will be interacting with each other that is for sure since they are in the same roof; it's unavoidable but that's it and nothing else.

"Are they in a relations.h.i.+p? Goodness, does Mary and Zack knew about this?" Alfonso let his imagination run wild as Kyle listen to his every word.

Them in a relations.h.i.+p? Impossible. If they are in a relations.h.i.+p that guy would have stopped him from picking up Anna at her school. Kyle saw him there and he also saw that in his eyes Anna is just a friend of his.

At least, that is what Kyle believe.

But as his uncle kept on mumbling the possibility of Anna having a relations.h.i.+p with that guy. He is also starting to believe it bit by bit and it is giving him the feeling that he does not know how to explain and it irritates him to have such feeling.

Anna turns around and she was so surprised to see Kyle that she almost cursed at him. "My G.o.d! Don't you know how to make a noise? I might have a heart attack because of you." She said in an annoyed tone as she tightly held her chest using the hand that got swollen. She hissed at the pain. 'd.a.m.n it. I should really train myself how to throw a punch properly.'

"Where did you go?" He asked ignoring Anna's complains.

"At the park." Anna did go to the park so technically she's not lying, right? After all, she can't just say that she and Zen went to an abandoned building and eavesdrop on conservation that she should have not heard. The people there had a gun; quite dangerous. It's better to tell all this to her uncle Fonso than anyone else.

'Park? They went to the park?' They might be truly together and for some reason, that thought does not make him happy.

Kyle lowered his gaze at Anna's hand and saw that she is pressing the ice pack on it. He frowned; he wonders what happened to her hand, they only went to the park and her hand has gotten swollen? What could they possibly do there that she gotten herself hurt?

"How did that happened?" He asked referring to Anna's hands.

"Oh, this? Zen and I were having too much fun and an accident happens." She said using the same excuse before.

There are having too much fun. Anna was probably was laughing and smiling widely. Kyle wonders what kind of face will Anna make if she smiles widely and laughs in front of him; he will bet that she will a radiating beauty. But in reality, Anna only slightly smiles in front of him.

Kyle was about to say something but another voice interrupted him.

"Anna." The owner of that voice was Zen; he came in with a worried expression in his handsome face.

Kyle's forehead wrinkled at how worried this guy was as he seeks for Anna. Kyle saw Zen leaned on near Anna's face to whisper something. For some reason, the closeness between them is a sore eye for Kyle. 'I think I like it more if they are far away from each other.' That statement in his mind really shocked him. Did he really think that way? Goodness, what is happening to him today? He is totally not acting to his usual self.

"Then we can just call your dad. Uncle Zack will surely make a move, right?" Kyle heard the anxiety in Anna's words. What made Anna be this anxious? Why can't she tell him and ask for help if there is something wrong?

Without him realizing he is already glaring at Zen and Zen could sense that someone is staring at him like a dagger but he could be bothered by that right now. There is a much more important matter than to know who's glaring at him.

At that moment, Kyle was ignored by Anna and Zen.
