"Lannie please don't say it like that! People will misunderstand!" Anna immediately said in her defense after seeing the expression Nathalia and the others have .

"What's there to misunderstand? You two are living in the same roof, are you not?" Lannie said; acting like she's confused about the situation .

"Yes, that is true but! It's only TEMPORARY . " Anna said emphasizing the word 'temporary' . "I have my own reason for staying there . And you!" Pointing at Kyle, "Why are you not saying anything? Can't you see that my friends are misunderstanding the relations.h.i.+p between us? Come on say something!"

Kyle looked at her with amus.e.m.e.nt in his eyes it was as if he is watching an interesting show . But for some reason, there is a tinge of irritation coming from inside of him . Is she really that against the idea of them being together? As far as he remembers most women wants to be with him and even dreamt of him . How come she's very different from them? Does she not like being paired up with him that much? Kyle can clearly see that Anna is really against the idea of the two of them being together . Two words are the only thing can describe the feeling he has now, 'How annoying . '

Kyle ignores her plea and faced his sister, "If you're gonna stay then I'll tell Eric to pick you up . "

The smile on Lannie's face suddenly froze when she heard that . Her brother purposely said that to her, knowing that she likes Eric secretly . And her brother very well knows that if she and Eric were left alone together it is going to be so awkward . But then again no matter how awkward it might be an opportunity like this to be alone with Eric can only come once in a blue moon; so she might a well accept it and she has to keep herself altogether to prevent herself to do embarra.s.sing stuff in front of Eric .

"Okay!" She said gleefully .

Anna was in disbelief that Kyle is not even clearing her name from the misunderstanding that her friends greatly had on their minds . They are definitely gonna tell this to her brother, especially Zen; once her brother hears this he is definitely gonna interrogate her .

"You—" Anna wanted to finish her sentence but she was forcefully got on the car by car . He did not give her the chance to protest .

"Bye, brother! I'll see you when I see you!" Lannie said sweetly and Kyle only nodded . After that, the car was already gone away, and Nathalia and the others still have their questioning expression on their faces .

"Can someone tell us what is really going on between your brother and Anna?" Zen asked .

"Oh! It's nothing! They are not there yet . Hehehe . " Lannie said as she giggles gleefully .

"Not . . . there . . . yet?" Josh said slowly, "Are you trying to pair them up?" He asked when realization come into his mind and Lannie looked at him with a meaningful smile . Seeing that smile Josh was in disbelief; his guess was right! The moment his eyes first laid at Lannie he knew right away that she has an ulterior motive towards Anna . But he did not expect that her goal is like this . Making Anna and her brother to be together . Josh was expecting something more like making Anna stay from her brother or make Anna's life miserable by pretending to be Anna's friend . Who would've have known that she would rather have Anna to be her future sister-in-law and in order to achieve her goal she has to play cupid for them .

"Don't they look perfect for each other?" Lannie said as she fantasizes her brother's future with Anna . She even got to the point of dreaming a little one that has Anna and her brother's blood flowing inside the little one's veins . That little one would also be calling her beautiful aunt . 'Oh my! How exciting! I can't wait! I can't wait!'

After her 'little' fantasies she then took out her phone and called someone . Only three rings and the call was already answered; before that person could even say 'h.e.l.lo' Lannie said her true intention right off the bat . "Eric, pick me up . Fast . I want to go home . " She wants to go home now because she has to tell what happened here to her mother and father . And she's betting that her father would be happy as she is now .

"I just got a text from your brother and the meeting already ended? That was fast . Oh well, wait for me all my cla.s.ses already ended anyway . " After Eric said that, the call ended .

"Going home? I thought you have a meeting with the student councils?" From what Zen heard earlier from Lannie; she specifically said that there's a meeting with the student councils .

"Stupid . " Nathalia said which made Zen's face frown, "What's up with you boys being so dense when it's so obvious . Clearly, Lannie was only lying to her brother that there is a meeting going on later so that Anna and her brother can go ahead together, just the two of them inside in the back of the car . You know, create an opportunity for them . " Nathalia said in a matter-of-fact tone .

Josh and Zen now understand the situation . But Zen could not accept the fact Nathalia called him 'stupid' . "Hey! I am not stupid! How can I be stupid when I'm one of the honors in the princ.i.p.al's list . How dare you accuse me of being stupid, stupid . " He said with a 'hmph' . Nathalia could only look at him and roll her eyes on him . Sometimes, Zen is really annoying when he overreacts on little things .

On Kyle and Anna's side; inside the car, it was quiet that it was so deafening in the ear . Even the driver can't handle such quietness, so he decided to put on his earphones to listen to his favorite genre of music . Even though his young master is always quiet and it has been the normal thing for him now . This kind of situation is kind of different .

Earlier, when Anna was forcefully sat on the back of the car the driver was shocked that his young master did that to a young lady like Anna . The driver thought that his young miss, Lannie would be here also . But who would have known that the person his young wants to pick up at Crystal High is a Miss that he did not know about; but he could tell right away that this Miss is someone who came from a wealthy family . Could she be the future head hostess of the Robertson family?

However, the quietness was making Anna crazy; since she woke up from where she starts over again she is used to the noises she hears from the people around her . But this guys besides her is too quiet for her to understand and handle . He's too quiet! 'He's the one who forcefully put me inside this car and he's not even saying anything! If I did not know him, I might have thought that he's kidnapping me . Goodness! Can someone tell me why is he doing this?!'
