They have been staying at the hospital a for while now and the sun is going down . Anna has been thinking way back to her memories back in her past life . Trying to remember the time where she found out about her uncle Fonso's son sudden appearance . But in her past life, none of this happened before, which is really confusing to Anna .

The only thing she could remember is that after a few days from now something big will stressed her uncle Fonso that led him to depression that he can't escape . Since this is about to happen, Anna now is determined to know what's the cause and how to prevent it from happening because she doesn't want to see her uncle Alfonso to go through that again .

Outside Pia's ward, there was a woman raging in anger . She can't believe someone really manages to put her beloved to bed and most importantly that certain someone even got herself pregnant . Unforgivable! Unforgivable!

She is just a mere a.s.sistant in her beloved's life and that woman is just nothing is her beloved's life; yet that woman, Pia got so lucky to hold her beloved's body and have his child?! She, on the other hand, can't even touch Alfonso on a single strand of his hair!

Advertis.e.m.e.ntNonetheless, she is quite happy that Pia is dying and she doesn't have to make any move against Pia and just wait for her to be gone in Alfonso's life . But there's one little annoying bug is standing in her way and she cannot let that bug live any longer .

At first, she was just satisfied that Alfonso is paying a little bit of attention to her because she is his a.s.sistant but all of that attention will be gone if that little bug is alive . So in order to not to lose Alfonso's attention away from her, she has to get rid of the baby no matter what . Also, she has to make sure that Alfonso wouldn't know that it's her doing because she noticed that Alfonso is starting to care for that little bug and she can't let that go any deeper .

While deep in her thoughts planning to get rid of baby Alexandre, she did not notice that the door in Pia's ward opens by a certain G.o.ddess-like person, Anna .

Anna was startled to see that someone is standing in front of the door and not going inside . What creeps her out is that this person in front of her is smiling devilishly as if she's about to do something very very bad that will satisfy her own greed . "What are you doing outside big sis Pia's ward, miss Elina?"

Startled, Elina got a grip of herself and showed her usual face whenever she is in front of other people, innocent and kind looking woman . "Young miss, I . . . uh . . . I was contemplating on whether should I report to Mr . Dreyar or not since he is with his adorable son I'm having a hard time making a decision . " Elina felt disgusted when she just compliment the little bug that she is about to get rid of .

Anna squinted her eyes in suspicion, Elina might look like that she is falling for baby Alexandre's adorable charm but her eyes say otherwise it was as if she has an ulterior motive to Alexandre . Right now, she got the feeling that she cannot trust this woman to get near Alexandre, so she said, "You can tell uncle Fonso about the report tomorrow in his studio, he's gonna be there all day . "

"Y-yes . " Elina tightly gripped her hands tightly as she walked away from Pia's ward . Bring shooed away by Anna doesn't feel right to her . Elina got this feeling that Anna is someone that she needed to be aware of .

Seeing Elina silhouette is slowly disappearing from her sight the nerves in Anna's body is starting to get ease . Until everything has come to a better conclusion Anna won't let this woman get near Alexandre . Elina is giving her the vibe that needed to be avoided at all cause .

"What's with your face?" Aaron asked in curiosity . Anna's was too serious after she went out to get a bottle of water .

"Uncle Fonso's a.s.sistant I felt something odd when I was with her earlier . She's giving me this weird feeling that I don't like . "

"What kind of feeling?"

"I don't know . I can't point it out . " What Anna can tell is that her instincts are telling her that baby Alexandre is better off far far away from Elina .

"Want me to ask Nathalia to dig out information about uncle Fonso's a.s.sistant?" Aaron suggested . If his sister is having a bad feeling towards that woman then it might be true and to make sure that it's not that serious it's better to make an early plan against her to prevent any bad events that are bound to happen .

"You do that while I stay near baby Alexandre . . . Gosh brother, isn't he so adorable!" Anna said as she stared sparkingly at Alexandre who's Pia's arms .

Hearing what his sister just said Aaron rolled his eyes in displeasure . "What's this? I'm doing the work and you'll do what? Appreciating Alexandre's cuteness?" Anna nodded immediately and Aaron looks at her with an expression of disbelief in his face .

In truth, Anna doesn't want to tell the real reason why she wants to stay near Alexandre to her brother because she is not quite sure what's the real situation yet . Once she knows what is really going that is the time when she will tell Aaron

"How long are we gonna stay here, mom? I mean don't get me wrong, I love to stay here longer but I'm too tired and I want to lay on my bed now . " Aaron said grumpily . They have stayed here in Pia's ward for a whole day now and it looks like both his sister and mother are enjoying their time accompanying baby Alexandre and does not have the thought of going home .

"Just wait for a while longer, Aaron . I want you and your sister meet my very own sister . " Alfonso said with a slight smile on his face . From the way he looks right now, it looks like something bad will happen when he meets his sister .

"My daughter already met your sister, Alfonso it's only Aaron who has not met her yet," Mary said with a grin plastered on her face .

"I already met her?/She did?" Anna and Alfonso asked at the same time .

As both of them asked that question the door in Pia's ward suddenly opens . All of them turn their heads towards the door's direction and saw four figures enter the ward . Seeing the people who entered the ward, Anna was quite in shock .
