The people in the venue heard her say that and they all want Catherine out of this place. Such a woman cursing a months old child like that is unforgivable. 

Alfonso doesn't care if Catherine would like to curse at her whenever she likes, but if she dares to curse at his son in front of him, she will not get away from it unharmed. Before the guards fully throw her out of the venue, Alfonso gave Catherine his one last gift to her.

He slapped her real hard. No matter how angry he is, he has never been the type to raise his hands on anyone. This is the first time that he did it, and it really shocked everyone, however, they understand why Alfonso did that. 

"Curse at me all you want, but don't you ever dare say such words in front of me or to my son. I a.s.sure you that if ever do that ever again, I will make your miserable." In Alfonso's point of view, Catherine should consider herself lucky, because this humiliation is the only thing that he is giving to her.

If she ever does say such words like that about his son again, then Catherine should prepare herself because she will end up inside a torture chamber. And he will be the one torturing her every single day.

The media people who came to the show did not waste time and immediately writer everything that is happening tonight into their notes. All of them have this excitement look on their faces. They just got a scoop that Alfonso himself admits that the baby that he has been carrying around is his son.

The reason why they are all this excitement is because of the fact that it's hard for them to get a scoop about Alfonso's private life. Every single time, Alfonso caught them snooping around him and following him, and because of that some almost lost their jobs and some have no more future being a reporter.

While Catherine is being dragged away, someone suddenly kneeled in front of Alfonso. "S-sir! Please help me! I don't want to lose my opportunities in this industry! Please!" It was Allisa. She is currently crying, begging for Alfonso to save her.

"Help you? Why would I help you? You and I have no connection at all." Alfonso said straightforwardly. As when he thought that the drama is over, this woman who is kneeling before is suddenly asking him to help her out.

He is so confused about the situation that he could not help but act sarcastically at her.

"Sir, you told me that I am not allowed to be part of this event for next year. Catherine was the one who told me to say those words about your son. I had no choice at that time! She's the one controlling my career! And my career is very important to me, so please, help me!" Allisa had no other choice but to lie to Alfonso. Putting all the blame on Catherine will not make her look suspicious, after all, with all of Catherine's darks secrets are out, blaming that woman is the only choice she has.

"You're afraid of losing everything that you have now?" Alfonso asked, then Allisa aggressively nodded. "Hmph! I'm afraid that there is nothing I can do to help you. Even if I say the word that you can partic.i.p.ate in this event next year, I am not too sure if one of the designers in the whole world will even approach you." Alfonso bluntly said to Allisa.

What he is the truth. Even if he takes back what he said yesterday, it doesn't guarantee that Allisa will have a stable career for the next upcoming years. Allisa only has a good body and an average body, in some not so popular designers they might approach her, but it is less likely to happen.

What a designer wants is a person who can bring out the meaning of the designs that they made. They want their models to have the charisma and confidence for the designs that they make. Obviously, Allisa does not have one of those two things.

Catherine is that kind of perspective. She has good talent. She makes great designs, but she can't ever bring out its true colors. That is probably why she can never win against Alfonso.

Allisa turned pale when she heard Alfonso say that. Alfonso is practically saying that she should find another path to walk on because there is no more tomorrow for her in this industry. Allisa can't say anything else.

The only two people that she can blame for all these is herself and Catherine. She is the one who put herself in this situation. She didn't see through Catherine's real intention of approaching her.

Alfonso turned around, then he signaled Anna and Kyle to follow him back to their hotel. He doesn't want to stay in this venue any longer. He no longer has the mood to stay and hear who won this year's event.

The host and the staff manager were fl.u.s.tered seeing Alfonso leaving. They tried to convince him to stay and wait until the end of the event, but Alfonso turned them down coldly.

As for the media reporters, they want to approach Alfonso to ask him questions about the child, but none of them have the courage to approach him. All they can do now is sigh at their cowardness.

While walking towards their ride, in the corner of Alfonso's eyes, he saw Reid talking to someone. Reid and that someone is not that far away from his location, and the distance is enough for Alfonso so see that someone's face.

Alfonso felt like he could not breathe when he saw that person's face, and his anger is rising up to its fullest.

"Anna, Kyle, I want both of you to get on the car first with Alexandre. I have something I forgot to do first." Since Alfonso doesn't want Anna and Kyle to see him talking to that person, he made sure they both went in the car to wait for him.

Luckily, they both didn't suspect him. They just nodded and followed his orders.

"So, how is Alfonso doing?" Ask the man in front of Reid.

"Well, he seems happy. I guess it's because of his son." Reid narrowed his eyes, then he asked that man, "Why do you ask? I thought you don't care about him?"

The man gave Reid a meaningful smile, then he said, "I don't. Not even the slightest bit. I was just curious about him. It's been quite a while since the last time I saw him."

"Too long? Heh. You've gotta be kidding me. It feels like it was only yesterday when you killed Pia." Reid was startled when he suddenly heard Alfonso's voice, as for the man in front of him, it seems like he noticed that Alfonso was coming near them, yet he didn't say a word about it. "Johan, what are you plotting this time?" Alfonso asked.

"Asking me that kind of question right away? I don't even get a greeting from you or something like that? You're making my heartbreak, Alfonso." Johan acted as if he's hurt at how Alfonso is treating him.

"Enough! I want you to tell me what are you doing here." Alfonso demanded answers from him. He looks at him up and down, and he noticed that there is no weapon hiding inside of Johan's clothing, but that does not mean he should let his guards down.

Johan is a cunning guy, there is always a scheme behind his every move.

"I'm only here to see your new designs, and I have to say, you are talented as ever. I've never doubted that part of you." Johan sincerely said to Alfonso. Apart from wanting to see Alfonso's new designs, Johan's other reason would be trying to aggravate Alfonso from him seeing him. Apparently, it worked.

"I don't need that compliment from you, Johan." Alfonso coldly said to him. Then his line of sight landed on Reid, "Did you told that b.a.s.t.a.r.d to keep an eye on me during these kinds of events, Johan?"

Knowing that Reid and Johan were having a conversation about him before he interrupted, Alfonso got an idea that Johan put Reid to keep an eye on him.

"You could say that." Johan turned his body around to face Alfonso completely. "From the beginning, I already know that your weakness is Alexandre, but I want to know more, and apparently, you're not showing any other weaknesses. It's kinda disappointing, Alfonso."
