426 Revenge 427: Should Have Just Kicked Him Ou

In other people's perception, it might seem that Anna was being rude to her just now, but that is what Martha wants from Anna and Aaron. Their firmness in the decisions that they are making. No matter what kind of decision they have made, they must always put be firm and be ready for whatever the consequences are.

Of course, Martha won't tolerate it if Anna talks back to her like that all the time. She might as well slap Anna's face is she does it again in a situation where she should have not done it.

"I'm sorry for that, Elder Martha. However, inside this mansion, the ones who are in control are my brother. Although you have a different last name now, you are still part of the Coleman family through and through, however, no matter what you say, it's not gonna change anything that will happen today."

Anna got a hunch that Martha Cole does not approve of that hasty decision she and her brother made. Even if that is the case, the twins do not care.

"Kid, don't you think that you're thinking a bit way too much. My mother is not gonna say anything negative to you or to your brother. Sure, she might seem like she's going to, but that is not the case. She's impressed that you two can handle how things work in this mansion all on your own." Jay chuckled that Anna blurted everything that she wants to say to his mother all in one go. And he can tell that his mother is quite surprised by that.

Most people that encounter his mother, all of them are afraid of getting close to her.

"Uhh... t-that was not the case? Oh, G.o.d." Anna has now become fl.u.s.tered because she showed a bad att.i.tude towards one of the elders of the Coleman family. And it is a very rude thing for her to do such a thing. "I am so sorry, Elder Martha. I-I didn't mean to... you know-"

"It's alright, child. But the next time you do that, I'm gonna slap you. Understand?" Without any second thoughts Anna nodded, then Martha turn around to face the workers and said, "What are you all standing around for? Didn't you what the young master and the young mistress of the house told you? If I were you I would start packing my things now and get the h.e.l.l out of here! Now, get a move on!"

Most of the workers started to walk to go and pack their things, while the other three workers are kneeling in front of the twins. "Young master, please don't do this to us. This is the only place that can pay me enough money to support my family. Please don't take this job away from me."

Aaron coldly stared at the maid in front of him, and said, "Well, you should have thought about how important this job to you earlier and called at least one of my family members about my grandfather." Being a dictator is not what Aaron wants others to describe him off. However, if the workers in this mansion don't know how to do one simple thing, then he won't mind abusing his t.i.tle over them.

"You think that this is unfair to you? Well, I don't care." Anna spoke coldly. "We all care about our own families, and I'm sure that you would feel angry if one of your family members suddenly fell ill and n.o.body ever told you. So think for a moment before you try to beg us for forgiveness."

Unable to respond to what the twins just said to them, the three workers left. They all have mixed feelings about what just happened to them. They felt anger, sadness, guilt, and so on and so forth. But what can they do about those feelings? Nothing's ever gonna change. This is just how the Colemans are when their patience runs out.

After has left out of their sights, the twins led Martha and Jay to where Marcus is. "He's looking very pale," Anna spoke worriedly.

"Elder Martha, I deserved to know. My sister and I deserve to know what exactly did you told Grandfather about uncle James?" Aaron already knows that his grandfather and Elder Martha already have plans about his uncle James, but what he doesn't know is the details of it.

He is here, waiting patiently for them to tell him the whole truth. They want him to have his part in the Coleman family, but they are keeping him in the dark. He should at least know one thing about their plan.

"Mom, I also want to know what happened, the exact details." Although he is Martha's son, Jay is sometimes not allowed to know everything that is happening behind the scenes, especially the dark secrets that are happening behind the organization.

He knows bits of information about the organization and who is currently running it. But that is about it, he has no ties with the organization or whatsoever. The only connection that he has is the family business of the Colemans.

Martha sighed deeply as she sat at the side of Marcus' bed. "You already know that your uncle James is sent somewhere far away with his family, am I right?"

"Yes. And I heard that place is not what anyone of our family wants to be sent away to." Anna said. With all the talks about that place, Anna is getting more and more curious about what kind of place is it. 'Maybe someday, I will go there and see for myself.'

"Anyways, your grandfather and I decided to have someone watch your uncle James' every move and that also includes James' wife and daughter." Hearing that someone is spying on James' family's every move is not actually very surprising for the twins to hear. They expected that much from their grandfather and Elder Martha. "A few days later, we found out that James is secretly meeting up with someone. It was hard to get all the intel that we need, and when we did, it was very shocking James is meeting up with."

"Shocking? How?" Anna asked.

"James is meeting up with a certain who is part of a group who is responsible for cousin Martinez's death." Martha's words caught the twins and Jay was shocked to hear that name from her mouth.

"M-Martinez? You mean grandfather's brother?" Even though Anna heard from her grandfather that he has already moved on from his brother's death, Anna is sure that her grandfather does not want to talk about the people who killed Martinez.

"Yes." Martha simply replied.

"H-How can you be sure that the man who's meeting with uncle Alfonso is a part of that group? I thought that no one is sure about who actually did it."

"Not too long ago, your grandfather went to that place again, the place where Martinez and s.h.i.+ne lived together. And there he found something, a clue that he missed. He and I started an investigation of our own and found out who is the real culprit."  Martha explained.

When Marcus told her what his plan was, Martha does not support it. But even so, she still willingly helped him find the answers that they needed. The moment that they found out who the culprit is, Martha was quite surprised that Marcus did not want to have his revenge right away.

They waited and waited, waiting for the right time to take action, waiting for all the information to come. But when they found that James is meeting up with their enemy, what is happening right now is the cause of that secret meeting.

"So what if Grandfather loves uncle James, you should have convinced Grandfather to kicked uncle James out of the family." Aaron angrily said. He didn't mean to get angry, but the thought that what is happening to his grandfather is because of James, he could not help himself. "And this might not have happened," Aaron added.

"Brother! You shouldn't talk like that to her." Anna whispered said to her brother. She understands why he is upset, but this is not the right time and place for him to get upset.

"It's alright, Anna. Your brother was right, I should have not suggested to let James stay as a part of the family and just kick him out." She wanted to tell the twins that she needed to test something out, but she can't because the test did not work.

Martha tried everything that she could, but the result that she wanted, didn't turn out to be the one she's expecting. Instead, it resulted in something so unexpected, the group of people that James is secretly meeting with.
