415 Revenge 416: The Good News Or The Bad News

'Whatever he's going to say, don't get swayed. Don't get swayed.' She inwardly said.

Whatever Aaron is going to say to her, she wants him to say it fast because she doesn't think that she can hold her act for much longer.

Nathalia knows that Aaron heard her, and she can't understand why he is staying silent. He usually can't stay silent in a mood like this. "Well? Are you gonna talk or not?" She asked. After a moment of silence, Nathalia sighed deeply and turned around to leave. "If you're not gonna say something then, I will leave. You're wasting both of our time."

Seeing that Nathalia is taking one step to another, Aaron gritted her teeth then, he finally spoke. "W-Wait! I... I really need to speak with you." Aaron admits to himself that he is not used to this, and he never once thought that he would be expressing his feelings.

He is not good at it, and he's afraid that once he opens his mouth, he will say something that could make things worse between him and Nathalia.

Nathalia observes Aaron's expression, she can tell what is the number one thing Aaron is worried about. She finds it very cute of him. Her childhood friend, Josh, was right. Aaron will never learn how to properly express himself is she's the first one to give in.

Aaron needs to learn and to teach him, Nathalia is going along with Josh's plan.

"I'm already permitting you to speak to me, but if you're not going to speak what's on your mind then, we can do it next time when you're ready. I can't deal with this, Aaron. We both have limited time in our hands. I can't spend another minute here waiting for you to get ready."

The bell rang before Aaron can even utter a word.

"Well, that's unfortunate. If you need time, go ahead and take it, but I'm going to cla.s.s first. I'll see you then." The moment, Nathalia left the room, she finally can take a breather. Because of the air that was surrounding her earlier, Nathalia was so worried that she might collapse in front of Aaron.

That is the last thing she wants to happen.

Arriving at her cla.s.s, Nathalia was pulled by someone, and by someone that would be Anna. "What happened? Did you saw my brother? If so, what did my stupid brother say to you?" Anna asked one question to another.

"He didn't say anything. He was the whole time, and as a good person that I am, I waited for him to say something, but he just stayed silent until the bell rang." Nathalia said nonchalantly. There was no irritation or anything like that in her tone, and Anna is amazed at her patience towards Aaron.

"Argh. That stupid brother of mine. Why is he wasting time? I can't believe this." Anna never knew that her brother would be this bad at expressing his feelings, now, she worries about what will happen to her brother's future.

"Give him time," Nathalia spoke. "Aaron was once under training with Grandpa Marcus, right? I'm sure that Grandpa Marcus told your brother that he must steel his heart in every circ.u.mstance."

Hearing that, Anna can only give Nathalia a disapproving face. It's hard for her to believe that Nathalia has this much patience towards her brother. If something like that happens to her, she would be angry no matter what she feels towards that person.

"You're too nice, Nathalia. You shouldn't be like that to my brother." Romance is something that Aaron is not good at. Anna has this feeling that her brother and Nathalia are going to have a very challenging love life.

Anna is somehow thankful that Kyle is not like her brother. Although Kyle's words were sometimes too much for her to handle, at least he knows how to express his feelings, unlike her very own brother.

Nathalia stared at Anna, and she asks, "I've been meaning to ask you, why are you so strict to your brother now?" Before the incident happened, Anna used to push Aaron towards her, now, Anna is criticizing her brother for his actions.

Hearing that, Anna sighed. "Look, don't get me wrong, Nathalia. I was a bit happy that my brother made a move. But he shouldn't have done that. In my opinion, it's very rude because you know your own feelings, yet he doesn't know a thing, even at his own feelings he has no clue."

Even though it is not similar to her situation back in her past life, Anna is just reminded of the fact that she kept loving Juan blindly. It's obvious that her past life and Nathalia's life right now is not similar, however, the only thing that is similar is that Nathalia kept of liking Aaron without even confirming everything.

"Anna, I know that you're just worried, but you shouldn't bother yourself thinking too much about me and your brother. Let me handle it, if I end up getting hurt then, it's my fault. Also, I'll from it." For now, Nathalia is happy about what is going on, she's not gonna make herself worry about such rival matters. All that matters for her now, is herself feeling happy.

"Fine. Whatever you say." Anna replied.

Time flew fast, and now Anna, Aaron, and Nathalia are in the cafeteria with Josh and Zen.

Josh and Zen glance at Anna, and they saw her tired expression. They wonder what happened to her. "Hey, Anna. What's with that face?" Zen asked.

"Do you really want to know?" Basing on Anna's voice she sounds so frustrated, and knowing her character, Zen immediately shook his head. He wouldn't want to have a conversation with Anna if she's like that.

The reason for Anna's mood is because of Nathalia and Aaron. She is now hating the fact that the three of them have the same cla.s.s together. Those two made her their personal messenger. They won't talk to each other directly.

She was in the middle of them, and the situation has gotten worse when they were put in a group activity. At that time, Anna was on the verge of pulling her hair and wanting to change her seat. She never knew her brother's love life will make her suffer for the time being.

"Anyways," Anna spoke. She can't stay mad just because of Aaron and Nathalia, she has to pay attention to other things also. "Did you find the box, Josh?"

Earlier, they got separated because their search was taking too much time. The solution that Josh came up with to search for the box faster is to split and in a different direction. Despite that, Anna couldn't find it.

The students who just arrived look at her weirdly. She couldn't blame them though, it's early in the morning and she's already doing to much work.

"No, and neither did Zen. So, I asked my father for a clue, but the clue gave me is utterly useless." Just remembering the so-called clue his father gave him is only giving him a headache. His father loves to make things difficult for him, sometimes, he wonders if his father is a real s.a.d.i.s.t or something similar to that.

"That's sad. Do you think someone took it already?" With that thought in mind, Anna's mood did not go up, instead, it went down. She's a big fan of the technologies Josh's father makes, and she would do anything just to have more of those technologies.

"I don't think so." Josh spoke, "I mean, even if someone did manage to take the box away, that someone won't be able to open it. The box has a fingerprint sensor, the people who are allowed to open that is us and my father."

"I'm glad to hear that then."

While Anna and the others are having their conversation, Lannie, who just entered the cafeteria is anxiously looking for Anna. When she finally saw her target, she immediately runs towards her.

"Anna!" She shouted.

Anna was startled hearing Lannie shouting her name as if there is a big emergency going on. She turned around and stared at the frantic Lannie, "What's going on?" She asked.

"Which one do you want to hear first, the good news or the bad news?"
