"Zen, I never thought that I would be welcomed by you like this." Honestly, he is surprised that Zen is the first one to greet him the moment he comes home. After all, he heard from Zen that he has a tournament game and it might take a while to greet him.

"Cousin, you should praise me more. I mean, I literally skipped that tournament just to be the first one to greet you!" Zen is even more surprised to himself. He didn't think that he could skip a game tournament that he has been looking forward to.

"Oh? Really now? Is it really because of me? Or is it because your mother took your games away." He and Zen grew up together, and he knows him too well. It's not easy to believe that Zen will skip a game that he's been looking forward to just for him.

If it is true, he will reward Zen for skipping a game.

"Cousin Zedrick, can you not doubt me even for a little bit. I mean, I'm in a very good mood right now and I don't want to ruin it because you're doubting me." Zen just can't erase Aaron's image inside of his head. Aaron looks so irritated, and it's because he provokes him.

Just the thought of Aaron getting irritated because of what he said is making him cry in joy.

"Zedrick, don't mind that brat, he's been like that since he came back from school." When Andrea heard that Zedrick has arrived, she immediately put everything that she's been doing and rush to where Zedrick is.

Zedrick entered her household since he was seven years old, and he is like a son to her now. To add more, she is quite happy that Zedrick is a part of her family because her husband and son are a bit too much for her. They both like to fool around and she can't handle that. It's truly a good thing that Zedrick is a well-mannered child, she couldn't ask for more.

"Aunt Andrea, you are beautiful as always. If you weren't my uncle's wife, I may have pursued you despite the age difference." Aside from Zedrick's well-mannered characteristic, he also has his way with girls. Zedrick's flirtatious words can easily affect a girl's heart.

However, those flirtatious words are not gonna work on Andrea because despite being such an annoying man, she already has that man in her heart. "Oh my, Zedrick. You can't fool me with those words." Andrea approached Zedrick, then hugs him. She truly misses this young man.

"She's right. Besides, if she ever gets swayed by your words, I will win her back, and you know that I'm gonna win. So, don't even try it." Zack who was on his way towards his wife and the kids, then shook his head when he heard Zedrick's flirtatious.

"Uncle Zack, you're competing with me now? You do know that I'm younger than you, right?" Whenever they have the time, they always joke around like this. They consider this as their bonding time.

"Yes, you are younger than me, but I'm more handsome than you." Zack confidently said, but the reaction he was expecting wasn't exactly showed by his wife and son. They both only gave him a look as if he is some kind of a joke.

"Dad, you could have just made another effort, but you just have to go with your face as a counter-attack." Zen didn't even hesitate to say what was on his mind.

"W-Wh" Zack is somewhat speechless to heard that from his son. "Honey! Your son is being rude! How dare him."

Zack wants his wife to defend him, but it seems like she is not on his side this time. "Honey, that's also your son, and he got he is a lot like you." After she said that, she told the maids to bring Zedrick's luggage to his room, then she led both of her boys to the living room. All that is left on their previous spot is the neglected husband, Zack Fischer.

"How was your life in abroad? Is your study going well?" Andrea asked. Since their joke time is over, it's time for them to have a common conversation that every family in the world talks about.

"My life and studies are doing well. I have nothing to complain about. Besides, Zen always calls me up, so I'm not really bored about my life over there."

Hearing that Andrea felt a huge relief that Zedrick is doing fine. Ever since he decided to go to a college abroad, she hesitated to agree to his request because she is worried that he might have a hard time and there is no family member to take care of him.

"That's a relief then." She said.

"Also, I'm thinking that I'm gonna finish my year over there then, I'll come back to continue my studies. Is that alright for you, Aunt?" Zedrick's life abroad is not bad, however, he just misses his family so much, and being with them could really lighten up his life so much more.

"Zedrick, is that even a question?" Zen asked. "Of course, you can! Mom and Dad would prefer that anyway. Besides, if you're back our household will be as colorful as it was before you left." The reason why Zen likes to play games is because of Zedrick. He introduced all sorts of games to him, and it will be happier if his gaming partner is back.

"I guess, it's decided then." Zedrick only has little memories about his birth parents, but despite them leaving him so early, he never lacked love. Zen's parents, gave him parental love, and he couldn't ask for more.

The only repayment he could give to them is to be there for them when they needed support.

"Anyways, you were so hyper when I just got here, what happened to you?" Zedrick asked. When he heard that Zen wasn't hyper because of some game, Zedrick got curious because the only times he gets hyper like that is when Zen discovered a new game or he won on some hardcore game.

"Good thing that you brought that up, my dear cousin!"
