392 Revenge 393: Zen Deserves I

The first one to leave the school ground was Anna and her family, while Nathalia and the others were left to deal with Elizabeth.

"Is it just me or Kyle Robertson is looking at me with the intent of murdering me." For quite some time now, Zen felt like someone is looking at his direction with the intent of killing him. When he finally decided to know who's the person is, Zen is quite surprised that Kyle is that 'someone'.

Hearing that both Josh and Nathalia turned around and looks at Kyle. Without any hesitation, they said in unison, "Yup. He does have that look."

"Why?! I didn't do anything to him though!" After learning about the organizations his father and mother is a part of, he also learned that the Robertson family is also running an organization of their own.

Without even asking, Zen knows that Kyle has experience of a physical fight. Between him and Kyle, he knows that he will have no chance to win against him, and at this moment, he is already backing down without any hesitation.

"You didn't? Are you sure about that Zen?" A voice from behind was suddenly heard. Zen turned around and saw Lannie.

"What do you mean by that? What did I even do to your brother?" Whatever he has done to Kyle, Zen is sure that there must have been a misunderstanding. He and Kyle never had any conversation with each other in the beginning. So how is it possible that he offended Kyle?

"Do you remember telling Anna that my brother was only faking to like her cooked food?" Now that Lannie is thinking about it, she realizing more and more that her brother is being childish. Just because Anna is not sending any more of her cooked food that doesn't mean her brother should act like a child.

Since Zen has a good memory, he immediately remembered every word that he said to Anna. Remembering all of that is only making him more confused. "What does that have to with anything? And how do you know about that? You weren't even there at that time." He asked.

Hearing that question, Nathalia and Josh could only shake their heads at how dense Zen is.

"Stupid," Lannie said, and that made Zen frown. "My brother can become very childish when it comes to Anna, and because of what you said to Anna, she stopped cooking for my brother. That made him feel upset. I told him that it was you who discouraged Anna, and how do I know that it was you who said it? Well, someone close to you told me about it."

With that long explanation, Zen doesn't even know what to say. He was only being playful at that time, how did that get him in Kyle's radar?

He knew that his words somehow affected Anna, but he didn't expect that she would stop doing what she's doing for Kyle. 'I really need to learn how to stop my mouth from talking stupid.' Zen inwardly said.

"Wow. Your brother is pretty childish." Josh said. He already knew that Kyle truly treasures Anna, but he didn't expect him to act like that. For some reason, he is thankful that he is not on Kyle's radar since he is a guy who is close to Anna.

"I know. But don't say that in front of my brother." Good thing that Kyle is not that close to them and everything that they said so far is only between them.

"Why? Will he deny it?" Nathalia curiously act. In her opinion, Kyle is the type of guy who doesn't like its pride to be ruined, and if they call him childish, he might not like it.

"No. It's quite the opposite. It's very annoying if you ask me." The last time Lannie called her brother 'childish', her brother proudly said, 'I'm only childish when it comes to Anna. There is no reason for me to deny that.'

Lannie didn't expect that reply, and it really annoyed her because she was trying to annoy him. But it didn't work because he is proud of it.

Noticing that Zen has turned silent, Lannie looks at him and couldn't help but feel sorry for him. "Cheer up, Zen! It's not like my brother is actually gonna kill you. Give it some time and he will forget about it." Though Lannie is not sure when will her brother will forget about it.

"Do you think I'm just gonna believe your words?" Zen may not know what kind of a person Kyle is, but he is sure that Kyle is scary like his mother. "Is there anything I can do to make him not look at me like that?"

If Kyle doesn't intend to hurt him, then Zen will do anything just to make Kyle stop looking at him as he is going to kill him. Since Kyle and Anna are going to be in a relations.h.i.+p in who-knows-when, it is inevitable for them to not see each other from time to time.

If they meet each other by accident, he doesn't want to look at him like the way he is looking at him. 'it's too much for my soul.'

"Talk to Anna, that's all I can to you." Lannie's phone vibrated, she took a look at it and saw her brother's message. He is telling her to stop talking to her friends and that they should get on their way. "Well, I have to go now, guys. My brother is telling me to hurry up."

After saying their goodbyes to Lannie, Nathalia and Josh stared at Zen who is still looking so gloomy. "Stop it, Zen. We don't have the pleasure to let you brood things over. We still have to finish off Elizabeth today." Josh said in a matter-of-fact tone.

"Josh is right, Zen." Nathalia agreed. "Don't worry, we will help you solve your Kyle problem." In all actuality, Nathalia and Josh don't even feel sorry for Zen. They both think that Zen deserves it.
