"I wouldn't say that I'm using you, it's more like I'm asking you a favor." The way Josh said it sounds so harsh, and Anna didn't exactly like it that way.

"It's more or less like that, Anna." Whether Anna is asking for his favor or using him, it's all the same for him. "So, tell me, what do you want from my Dad?" 

"I heard from my Mom that your father invented something new. A mini device, mini silent drone." When Anna heard that from her mother, she immediately took interest in that new invention Josh's father made.

If she can have that device, then she will be able to use one of its uses. She will be able to use it to eavesdrop on every suspicious conversation Ilana will have to anyone. It might be the wrong thing to do, but she has to do what she has to.

"That new drone?" Suddenly, Josh felt an extreme headache. "Anna, there is no way my Dad will ever let me get near his new toy." Every time his father has a new invention, he can't get his hands on it until a month has pa.s.sed.

This favor that Anna is asking him to do is the most impossible thing he could ever do. The last time he touches his father's new toys, he received the worst punishment ever. Even his mother can't help him at that time.

After hearing that Anna stared at Josh, staring at her if he is actually telling the truth to her. "Are sure that you can't do anything to persuade your father? I mean, I really need it though."

"Anna, I know that you have this new mission going on, but I really can't do anything for you." Josh is sure that whatever request Anna has for him, he is a hundred percent sure that he is able to do it without failing. But this kind of request is just something he has no ability to do so.

"How about I ask my Mom to ask your father to let me borrow it?" If Josh won't be able to help her, then she will just have to use the big gun to help her get the device that she needs.

"Why didn't you think about that in the first place then?" Anna is a smart person and he just can't understand why would she go and ask him a favor when there is an obvious answer in front of her.

Anna smiled and did not say a word because she is way too embarra.s.sed. She can't even look straight in his eyes without remembering the conversation they just have.

"Anna, I can't do that. Your uncle Mike is the type of person who doesn't wanna share his new things until a month has pa.s.sed." Mary said with a frown plastered on her face. Earlier before her daughter came in and asks her to do her a favor, she was reviewing the doc.u.ments that James sent to her. And just by reading those doc.u.ments really is unlocking the beast out of its cage inside of her.

"But I really need it, Mom," Anna said pleadingly. "I want to use it to spy on my brother." Anna made an excuse which really made Mary looks at her with a questionable look.

"You want to spy on your brother? Now, why on earth would you want to do that?" Out of the ridiculous things that her daughter had said to her so far, this is the one that is on the top of her list now.

She can't believe that her daughter would actually do such a thing to her son. 'Seriously, what is going on with this girl?' Mary inwardly commented.

"I mean, I wanna spy on him because of what he said." Though feeling bad for involving her brother's name to her excuse, Anna still manages to keep the expression on her face to look natural. "He said that there is a girl he is interested in and he's been making his move for a while now. I said to him that I want to meet this girl, but he wouldn't let me. That's why I'm asking you to do this favor for me, Mom."

To this day, Anna is still surprised that she is able to come up with such an excuse just to get what she wants. 'Aaron will kill me once he found out that I'm using his name again as an excuse.'

After hearing that, Mary succ.u.mbs into deep thoughts. 

Lately, she has been worried about her son. She knows that her son is still young and has a lot of years ahead of him. But in this day and age, most teenagers in Aaron's age already has been in a relations.h.i.+p or two.

"If you're gonna put it that way, then fine. I will have to force Mike to let you borrow his new toy." Mary stood up and took her phone out of her pocket, but before she could even dial Mike's number, she said a few more words to Anna. "Remember this, Anna, you are just gonna borrow that drone, don't you ever dare put a scratch on it or break the drone. You don't know what kind of a madman Mike is."

"Understood, Mom. You don't have to worry about a thing." Anna showed a triumphant smile to her mother.

"You said what to Mom?!" Aaron screamed over the phone and the people around him stared at him as if he is crazy.

Not wanting to have more eyes staring at him, Aaron went to a secluded place where there is only a few people pa.s.sing by.

"I said what I have to say to borrow that drone, brother. It's very useful you know. Besides, with my excuse, Mom won't ever have a doubt about s.e.xuality ever again." The person Aaron is talking to over the phone is Anna, and Anna just by listening to her voice, Aaron knew that she is trying to soothe him. Unfortunately, it's not working.

"Seriously? Anna, have you ever thought about where I can find a girl for you to prove your claim? Have you ever thought about the possibility that Mom will know about your lie?" As much as Aaron wants to grab a girl and say that she should pretend to be the girl he is interested in, he couldn't because most girls know about his ident.i.ty and they will most likely use him to their advantage.

Those kinds of girls are the type of Aaron doesn't like. He might kick the girl to the streets and let her be trampled by the cars because of her scheming brain.

"How about Nathalia? I'm sure she's willing to play along with us." Anna suggested.

"Nathalia? Are you crazy? Uncle Leo will kill me once he found out that I'm interested in his only daughter." Just the thought of Leonardo coming to the Coleman mansion with a gun on his hand and is searching for him is really scaring the h.e.l.l out of Aaron's being.

"Well, you're not actually interested in Nathalia in that way..." As Anna is saying this, she is actually hoping that her brother will take interest in Nathalia. In her point of view, she is actually making a bridge for her brother and Nathalia to fall for each other, and this plan is the best plan she has ever thought of.

"Anna, whether it's an act or not, uncle Leo will still kill me." Everyone in their inner circle knows that Leonardo is an overprotective father to his only daughter. Even a small scratch on Nathalia's body will enrage Leonardo to the core.

With that kind of father, Aaron thinks that those who have a crush on Nathalia can't even get near her without getting through Leonardo first.

'Gosh. This sister of mine really wants to kill me.' Aaron inwardly said.

"Come on, brother. Would you rather have another girl to act in our play?" Anna asked seriously and full of confidence, Anna is sure that her brother will let Nathalia take part in their so-called play.

"You know what? I hate you." As soon as Aaron said those words, he could feel that Anna is smiling brightly. Without waiting for Anna to reply, he immediately ended the call.

Aaron grumbled under his breath and as he does that, someone from behind called him. "Young master Aaron, master James is calling you to his office" Aaron turned around and his expression was void of emotion.

Currently, he is at the main headquarters of their family business and is currently taking his training under his uncle's care.

"Okay." He simply said and went on his way towards his uncle's office. Every time he goes to James' office, Aaron felt like he is suffocating from the smell of betrayal of his uncle.

The moment Aaron arrived at James' office, James immediately scolded Aaron. "Aaron, I know that you're an heir to our family business, but you shouldn't be too relax because who knows, your grandfather might change his mind."
